The only reason I’m giving this business two stars is because of the lady that fitted me for my device. The Superviser was rude, refuse to honer my Rx. They revived a prescription from my doctor. I was the last person to see my doctor upon his retirement. The office sent the Rx in. It was after hours so o waited until the next day to call. That was the third Monday in May. They said they had not received the Rx and to call the doctors office and check to see that they had faxed it over. I did they agreed to fax it over again. I called they said they would check the phone hung up. So I decided to wait I didn’t call back that day. However, At that point the Rx was good. About three weeks later a rep phoned and asked if I needed supply’s. I replied yes, I informed them of the change. They said they had not received notice. And that they would phone me back. I have of yet received that call. Now today the Superviser tell me it is no good and I have to return to another doctor and she was so rude about it! And I must admit so was I! Honestly I am tired of these medical supply people treating people like ponds or chess pieces. When they want you they turn on the charm. When they have sucked the insurance company for all they can then the people in charge talk to you any way get to you when that can and make rude comments about you when they hang up on their face. It is wrong and if you’re not careful they will make sure that you don’t get served by the insurance company if you get one of the frustrated vengeance old lady’s like I did! I am for one sick of being treated like someone that doesn’t matter. But I will say this. You rep what you sew. It may not be you it maybe someone you love but one day you will reap what you sew. Don’t do business with this company shop around.
I have been getting my supplies from them for a couple of years now and so far it has been a pleasurable experience every time I stop by.
They overcharge you tremendously. Dont buy it from this store, buy it online and save yourself tons. The front desk woman did not show me the insurance coverage when requested and the information my insurance company told me they covered vs. what the front desk woman said. Tremendous rip off.

Have been into this shop on several occasions over the years, with my last visit about 4-6 weeks ago. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and will definitely be doing business there again. If you are looking for CPAP supplies locally and a friendly and knowledgeable staff, I would certainly recommend them.
My entire experience was excellent. They called me multiple times to provide me with status updates regarding my prescription and insurance approvals. There was no wait time for my appointment. Josephine had my CPAP preconfigured. She taught me how to operate the unit before I left the store. She also provided guidance on the various masks. I left with everything I needed and have had no issues adjusting to life with a CPAP.
I have been ordering my cpap supplies here for 8 years for a reason. I call or text my order and it rarely takes more than 2 days to arrive. They bill my insurance and make it so easy to get my supplies. I love this place!
This the worst CPAP store I’ve had deal with I started going 2017. I had 2 machines that quiet working. I just received a mask they charged my flexible card $140. And 3 weeks later the mask is losing air all around the face. Oh they don’t have to worry I want be back
What a great experience..... called and told them my cpap died, they checked my insurance, told me my options. Got me in the same day... had everything in stock, got in got out quick.Great customer service. Highly recommend
Ive been going here for years for C-pap supplies. They always have what I need. I dont need to go anywhere else. Another provider was trying to sell me a C-pap machine for five times the price and I got the same kind of machine here. They sell Res Med brand supplies. They will also ship to your home.
CPAP Store in Richardson is very easy to work with and took my BCBS insurance. CPAP Store showed me how to work the equipment and the process was easy. I would recommend CPAP Store in Richardson to any one that needs CPAP equipment
My husband went in to this store with a cpap that was gifted to us needing tubes and mask. He had no prescription but had his sleep study. This is our first machine and his doctor is not communicating which is on the doc. However, he came in with a cpap machine and a sleep study calling for an apap. He was told he had the wrong machine and no prescription. However, knowing he was wet behind the ears they sold him $200 worth of equipment and never said a word to him about it not being refundable. Even when we called a few hours later asking if we could return it since we had no machine to hook it to. We were told no and that it would work on any machine. He was even upsold to a heated tube that does not work on his machine (fits but paid more for something we cant use now). Shady practice.
I flew into Dallas for a few days and left the mask part of my CPAP back home in Delaware. On a Sunday afternoon, I called the Store and Roger took my call, gave me Uber advice, and agreed to go open the store for me! I got to the store around 530PM and Roger took me right in, fitted me with what I needed, and waited for my Uber driver to come. FANTASTIC. I wish I was local to do more business with him and the store. Great experience.
Horrible experience! Went to them for a new BIPAP machine because they were nearer vs Apria in Irving. I had called my insurance on my deductible, then got CPAP store to give me a quote and call insurance to confirm out of pocket cost. The amount matched what my insurance told me - so proceeded with purchase after getting doctors prescription etc.They have no email only fax - so I had fax 15 pages!!Went to collect machine and this Josephine Mejia wouldnt let me even hold the machine before I paid my ~ $200 co-pay, she wanted be to pay first, then waited for my credit card to get approved before she would even let me hold it!!! Ridiculous and rude.When I took seat next to her to examine the machine - she moved away like I had a contagious disease (exactly same as another reviewers experience!).I got the machine ~ June wk2. Yesterday 7/10/19 I get a call from Josephine that my insurance declined to pay the balance - asked for proof that they declined, she refused to give as confidential - she can only send me an invoice! She said you pay the $1300 now or we will send you to collections!Callled Insurance immediately and they forwarded me the explanation of benefits dated 6/25/19 that showed I owed only $10.05 delta!!! Will be reporting them to health care fraud!

After trying several DME companies in Dallas, I’m glad I finally found The CPAP store. They have my supplies when I need them, bill my insurance in a timely manor so I can get my supplies on time, and quickly ship any back orders.

I really dont understand the bad reviews on this business.but not only were the staff VERY professional and knowledgeable I left with more knowledge on my cpap unit and how to maintain it.i purchased an new cushion for my cpap and THE PRICE WAS RIGHT!!👍👍👍👍👍 Im a customer FOR LIFE
