These guys are amazing! They were so patient with me..I had a friend try n put my back breaks on and it was all messed up. They got me out of there just in time to get to an appointment I needed to get to!! You guys are the best! U made my day today!! Highly recommend!!

Nate the store manager has always taken care of any issues we have had. Ive had numerous repairs on my vehicles done and there mechanics do excellent work. There are some issues with the front of the store that i voiced my concerns with, but everytime i have voiced my concerns Nate has addressed them and fixed them to my satisfaction. I will continue to bring my vehicles to this location and I do recommend this tires plus.

Joel was very unhelpful. We got charged way more than we were supposed to and he kept people waiting for an hour plus for quotes on tires. He also kept checking his phone and just standing around. Service was unbearably slow for all parties. (I will say however that Larry was extremely helpful and got us out of there finally.) But, overall it was a horrible experience and would not recommend.

I bring my track car here and I have a very hard time trusting it with a lot of mechanics. This Tires plus isnt just here you get your Blizzaks, its actually a full service, experienced mechanics shop. The men here have been fixing cars professionally and correctly for longer than Ive been alive. Ive taken my car to the best of the best in the twin cities/metro and these guys go to toe. However they also have a secret weapon thats had me coming back for a year now: Honesty and genuine care.With the help of the talented team mechanics, Erin Bentz (front desk) and Ben (the manager) go above and beyond to ensure you leave happy and taken care of. Ben even jumps in sometimes for the inspection to give everything a second look. Unlike alot of other franchised shops, there is no upsell here, just dedication, straightforwardness and tightly run ship with no frills.

Good experience, they were friendly on the phone and in person. Buying tires wasnt a hassle because their website is pretty good and their customer service is excellent.

Most of the guys here are great. There is one lady who works there though and her attitude is the worst. Not helpful at all.

Bought a set of tires a year ago. Supposed to have a warranty. My warning came on for the tires so I called to see if they would take a look at them. I want them to make sure there arent any objects stuck in them and Id like them to refill them. The person on the phone was really rude and made it clear that I was just a burden. The soonest time I have is Sunday. Then he just hung up. No greetings or salutations. There are so many around that I can throw a rock and hit a tire shop. One of them will have good customer service. Ill remember that next time. Stand by the products you sell and behave like you care about your customers.

I needed a car inspection for work. The manager understood how the inspection sheet works to connect with the mechanic. I got a call a few hours later from a the sales rep saying the mechanic noticed a few items fail for inspection, what would I like for them todo? Replace parts or mark as fail inspection to that item. I told her to have them mark fail. I didnt get a call when it was done, decided to swing by after a few errands seeing it parked right outside the front door. (Rather than a parking spot). I go in to pick up my inspection sheet and pay the $21 inspection rate to then get annoyed and frustrated. The Sales rep was tell me the mechanic didnt sign my failed inspection to report to my work that a professional looked at my car. The Sales rep was telling me how she cant understand the inspection sheet. Look girl, theres a reason youre a sales rep. I didnt need her opinion on my business, needs, wants, how my car works, what the mechanic was thinking, what the mechanic knows, I explained everything on the phone and ended up saying it again in person to then waiting for a signature. Sorry I didnt buy anything... The manager was very helpful, saw that I could use a coupon for a discounted inspection for $12. I put my card back in to be reimbursed, to bad he didnt see the service from the Sales rep I just received. Yet, I did not get reimburse even waiting for a month before writing this review. I would give it 0 stars for horrible costumer service, payment issues, and parked car protection.

When I showed up at south dale tires plus I walked in and had the best greeting from the service writer Errin. I explained to her that my car was all over the road and thought that I needed new tires. She was very patient with me even though they were closing in 10 min and explained all the different types of tires as if they just opened and she had all day to talk about them. I also will be making an appointment to get new tires soon and feel well educated on something I was not familiarized with. The front also looked like it has been cleaned through out the day and felt like a healthy environment. All together very friendly, professional, and excited to take my business here. Highly recommend. A+++

I am usually not one to complain about bad service, but if I could give this location 0 stars I would. Back in July I took my 2006 Nissian Sentre to get an oil change, I Usually go to a different place but I was expecting this to be just a quick oil change. When I was driving home from the oil change, My fiance (Who was following me in her car) almost hit me because my brake lights were not working (They were working the drive to the tires plus.) So The next day I called them because the time I got home they were closed. When I called them they right away were giving me the go around, saying that 120 people experienced something similar.So I finally got them to look at my car a couple days later, when talking to the mechanic he was being very curt and rude, telling me that there is no way of doing an inspection of the car would have messed with the brake lights. He told me he tried to check my brake light switch and but that it could be the wiring in the car itself. They replaced the bulbs on my brake light for free to see if that was the problem.They were trying to charge me $180 just to see what the problem was as they called me saying my car was finished even though the brake lights still werent working! They sent me away with no brake lights!. When I returned home frustrated I ended up getting a new brake light switch and replacing it myself. It worked perfectly! Except the left light wasnt lit up at all so I went to go look at the bulb itself!But ... and here is another kick in the face! This is how they put in one of the bulbs that they replaced! They didnt even put it in the socket!I have never felt more disrespected in my life, never going to this location or company probably ever again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION to get your car fixed. I recently took my car in to get an oil change done and have some tests run on my car since the check engine light was on and my car was having issues accelerating. I brought my car in and mechanic DAVID told me they were going to run diagnostics on my engine and see what was going on. He told me that the battery needed to be replaced which cost me $200 dollars and that the engine was fine. He then called and said that it was ok to come and pick up my car. After paying $324 total for all the services, I went to drive my car home and the check engine light was STILL ON. I went back in and told the rep ERRIN that the light was still on and asked if David could come out and check it again. While getting in my car David made rude comments about how he didn’t understand how I could even get in my car with the seat being so close to the dash. I am short and any regular person with common sense would know how to adjust it. After checking the issue on my engine, he stated that it was an issue with my actuator valve and that he would get me a quote. The quote for the part was $200. I asked him why the battery was switched if that wasn’t the issue and why my check engine light was still on. He stated that the light wasn’t on when they were working on my car, which I find hard to believe because that doesn’t just disappear unless the issue gets fixed. I then, after getting home had my boyfriend call and speak to David to ask for my old battery back so I could take it to my dealership and have them run different tests. David refused to give back my battery and cursed at my boyfriend. When asking to speak to a supervisor he stated that they were all on vacation. David also called my parents who are also customers at tires plus stating that my boyfriend had cursed at him and treated him poorly, making my parents both upset with me as well. My boyfriend went back to the store and calmly asked for the battery back. Both ERRIN and DAVID were speaking badly about my boyfriend directly in front of other customers. While leaving the store to go home, David followed him out of the store and waved his hands at my boyfriend saying he looked like a crackhead. I dont understand how a grown adult can act in such a poor demeanor and speak to laying customers this way.AVOID THIS LOCATION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

If I could this place would have Zero stars. David and Errin are just bad and unprofessional. This place is like having an toxic ex.1. If you call and complain they will talk about you infornt of you then try to be friendly to get your money2. Dont say anything back if you dont want to be followed and harrassed.3. They will call up your family and disrespect you in that way.Then they wont fix your problems they will just make things worse. I got an oil change yesterday (at a different auto stop) and they did not properly secure the heat shield underneath my car upon completion of the oil change. It started dragging when I was going 60 mph down the highway this morning. Luckily, I was very close to this Tires Plus. The friendly staff was able to immediately look at my car and use a creative solution to fix the issue. They did it at no charge! I am so grateful.

Came here for an alignment after level kit was installed on my truck. Cant say enough about the tech - Larry that preformed the alignment. He tightened a couple of nuts on the top of the spring assembly all the way down that were loose. He made sure all was good before letting me out the door. Great experience - many thanks TP team!

A trustworthy repair shop is hard to find, but look no further. Everyone here is always very friendly and helpful and they never try to cheat you out of money. David called to see if a part on my Jeep was under warranty before doing any extra work on it and saved me over $1500. Highly recommend.

I used to get my oil changed wherever was clever, but some places are a little touchy about working on hybrids. TP has become my go to for oil changes and maintenance that I can’t perform myself. It’s been the same staff for a long time and they are professional and do a solid job. I have a tired plus card and so far I’m happy with that. 5 stars may seem high, but dealing with car places sucks, so when you find a decent place it’s quite valuable.

We’ve gone to this location for years!! The staff is amazing! And we’ve always been able to get in for an appointment pretty quick! The location is nice if you want to grab lunch or do a little shopping while you wait! Otherwise their waiting room is nice!

I recently had 4 tires replaced on my truck at a cost of $950. I got the insurance so I was covered for punctures and free rotation etc.When I went back for the second tire rotation the so called technician informed me that he couldnt do the (free) rotation because the wheel bearing was loose!!!I told the guy I knew about slight play in the bearing and one of the front tie rods.On hearing this he turned around and threw his arms up while shaking his head.As a customer who has spent alot of money there he was so lucky I didnt open up on him.Very professional attitude...Anyway I took the truck to tires plus eagan got the tires rotated with no issues.I also had a serpentine belt replaced at tires plus richfield that went bad after 3 months.I had a real technician look at it before taking it back to get replaced. The(technician)!!!! With the attitude couldnt see the wear at first. What a surprise...But they did replace it saying we stand by our work lol.Buyers beware tires plus richfield try to con people out of there hard earned money.Please use another location if possible.

I’ve had my oil changed at this location previously and the wait time for the appointment is usually between 30-45 minutes. Today I checked-in at 4:50pm for a 5:00pm appointment and wasn’t handed my keys until 7:10pm - 2 hours and 20 minutes. If you value your time, I suggest choosing another location.In addition, they were unable to reset the oil maintenance light on the vehicle.Beware of the recent 5-star reviews, there is a sign at the front desk for a $5 service credit in exchange for a 5-star review.

Great timing on my oil change

Don’t go here. They said I had an appointment and then when I showed up they said “we didn’t confirm it so you don’t have one”. No one called or emailed me. I brought my 10 month old out in 20 degree weather on my off day only to be told it was my mistake. Don’t rely on their online appointment system. They told me they could get me in 3 days later and didn’t offer to make it right. Won’t go back.,

I had to get tires out on my car two separate times in a week since they were wearing. Kyle did an absolute fantastic job and had me in and out in 30 minutes both times. I schedule an alignment and they were kind enough to check and explained I didnt need one and took it off the bill. These guys are awesome.

I have been a Richfield Tires Plus customer for years with three different cars. Ever since I made my first visit in the 1990s and after each subsequent visit I have always drove away feeling I made the best choice for auto service on my car (simple oil changes, brake work, shocks and struts, etc). I recently began having problems with a tie rod and wheel bearing on my 2010 Forte with 125K miles and the car was unsafe to drive any longer. My goal is to get at least 3-5 more years out of the Forte before I buy a new car. I called on a Sunday and they told me I could leave the car Monday morning before I went to work and without an appointment and that they would complete the work by the time I returned Monday afternoon. It turned out I needed front and rear brakes too (which I already knew). Nate and his service team completed all the repairs (tie rod, wheel bearing, front rotors and pads; rear rotors, pads, calipers and a tire rotation) for a reasonable price and I know I saved $100s or more compared to other garages or dealership service. I feel like I am driving a new car again.Thanks for the awesome service you have provided my cars over the past 20 years.

Family has been going here for ages. All work we have had done on our cars has been done by people who really care and take the time to explain whats wrong with our cars. I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation and while they took off my tires they found that my brakes were going bad. I wouldnt have thought to get that checked on my own time with how busy I am. If your looking for people who genuinely care about your car and take the time to look at it. Look no further, this store is amazing in the way that they treat every car as their own.

Went in for an oil change, they recommend tire rotation. No problem til they find the stripped bolt on one. $200+ later its got a new bolt and nut. Then I come to find out its a nut that absolutely cant be unscrewed with a traditional wrench/socket wrench. It was a bit of an inconvenience trying to switch out of snow tires.

I have been bringing my car here for about a year now and so far I have been happy with their service.There is a $5 off for leaving a review but it is not only for 5 starts (like someone mentioned in their review)

I feel that I need to counter some of the negative reviews posted here. I discovered that there was a nail in my tire causing a slow leak at 6pm the night before I was supposed to leave on a family road trip. The nail was near the sidewall so I was uncertain whether it could be plugged. The representative at Tires Plus told me they would look at the tire that evening if I brought it in before they closed at 7. Without an appointment, they looked at my tire that night and (correctly) determined the tire could not be plugged. They had the exact tire I needed ordered from a warehouse for the next morning (at an excellent price compared to what I found on the internet) and said they would have it by 9 am the next morning. I got a call at 7:30 am that the tire had arrived, I got to the shop at 8 and the tire was installed by 8:30.I interacted with four separate customer reps during the process and they were all friendly, motivated and helpful. I also spoke to one technician who was eager to help get the job done correctly and efficiently. Im not sure what else I could have asked for from a tire shop.

Very disappointed to learn that the warranty on my tires is not usable unless the emergency can be scheduled. I have a nail in my tire and they cannot fix it without an appointment and the earliest appointment was 2 days out. Not sure how to go about scheduling my next tire emergency to fit into their schedule?

Went in for a car plus package mainly for a quick inspection. Got my car back fine same condition It was in. Few days later while making a turn my car started to restart on/off all within two secs. While it was off power steering was locked up engine still on almost hit the curb until car eletrical rebooted back on. I thought it was some sorta electrical problem since I bought the car few weeks ago. Didnt pay it much attention until the next day. I was heading to work made a turn onto a highway and the car rebooted but the engine stayed off electrical parts rebooted. Lost steering again but it was much worse since cars behind me were going 50+ mph. Almost got rear ended luckily not. Restarted the car pulled over into my jobs parking lot and popped the hood. I took a look at the battery and notice the bolt/nuts were completely loose not even a little bit, and they freaking didnt secure it back on. Every time I took a turn the battery was moving from its plate and causing the car to short/restart. They nearly cost me my life and my car...whichever mechanic left it unbolted it must be reprimanded. Went in week later for tire quotes and also told the guy at the front about them forgetting to secure my battery. The guy didnt care at all just skipped the topic back to the tire quotes. The Worst tires plus ever. They give the franchise a bad rep. The one in shakopee is way better..

I went to Tires Plus and got new tires, very happy with the service and tires. Later, when I got a nail in it they stood by the road hazard. Amazed what people expect. Just be cause you have road hazard doesnt mean you go ahead of everyone else, accusing a store of stealing your new tire and putting a used one on is ridiculous. It seems the complaints are mainly about unrealistic expectations

SOUTHDALE LOCATION is great!!!I had been going to the eden prairie location for routine maintenance, tires, oil, rotations etc. Then that place closed and i started going to the southdale location. Went in for some routine check and confirmed that i needed new breaks and rotars. Also needed new calipers and tire rods in the front.The staff was up front giving me the options and recommendations based on saftey.About 2 months later my breaks started screeching again. So i broguht my car in again to the same place puzzled while my new break were making noise.Tires plus crew without hesitation resurfaced my rotors and swapped in some premium quality pads. They didnt charge me a thing fornthe labor or parts. Thats what i call standing by your work.I live in maple grove now but will go back to that location in southdale because of this experience.

The service was speedy and the price of our tire was a reasonable cost compared to their competitors across the road.

Came in with a coupon $99.99 per axle to get new brakes ! Cool, great price . Get my tires off tell me well you can wait you dont really need breaks now.And my dumb ass no go and change them . I feel like they need to be changed.Walk out spending $752 so $200 for breaksAnd I guess $500 for the rotors. Why would I need new rotors if I technically didnt even need new breaks yet.Then they tell me my brake light is on and they have to figure out how to shut it off . Because no it was not on when I came in . Oh the sensor for your brake fluid broke when we emptied the brake fluid .Oh okay .Well over night the part and fix it tomorrowWell how is the brake light off is the sensor in there is broken ?!?!Icing on the cake .I walk out the door get in my car make it not even to the exit of the parking lot now my car is making a very loud clicking sound it was not making before.Ive been her since noon . A 2 hour job has now turned into a 4 hour job . I had a appointment and my car sat in the parking lot for a hour before thy even pulled it in the garage.4 hours and a headache later and Im still waiting on my car .Honestly wish I didnt even come here today

Took my car in to have a tire repair and the work was never done! I sat in the waiting room for about 40 minutes while they claimed to be patching a slow leak in my tire. When I got my car back the tire light was still on. I thought that maybe after I drove it for a while the light would go off after it recalibrated, nope, no such luck. I pulled my car over at a nearby gas station and took the tire pressure manually. Of course, the tire pressure was still low so I had to fill it up. Now, my conclusion is that tires plus did NOT provide the service that said they did and charged me money for a service that they did NOT complete. Really tires plus???? Youre a horrible organization. After my experience with this place I took my car to have the tire actually fixed at another local car mechanic. Just as I had concluded, they told me that nothing had been done and actually did the work that I brought my car in for.

Horrible customer service by Taylor M. Called in for an appointment and was told we didnt call the right place. Called the same number and the phone rang inside. Taylor was very rude and unfriendly. She gave very vague answers to any questions we had about the quality of the tires we were purchasing. Not once was greeted or thanked throughout the process. Didnt offer any other services and was later called by someone else to ask about an alignment. I was going to have my 3 other cars brought in. After this I will be finding somewhere else to purchase my tires.

I have been going to this location for years. I enjoy the staff, they always make me feel appreciated. They always go above and beyond. I have moved away and used other tires plus locations and local bobby & steves... none compare to the quality care I get from the Richfield location.The service manager Ray and his team get 5 stars from me!

When to this shop because they had the tires I like. They immediately tried to up sell me. They then took more than an hour and fifteen minutes to replace and balance my tires for this they knocked off $50 on a $518 sale. I am giving them 2 stars for that. Sadly when I got on the road to head home my car shook so bad that I called a shop the next day to have the work checked. I went to Firestone because I would have gone there first if they had the tire in stock that night. I also knew that Firestone owns Tires Plus. When Firestone the tech who looked at my car came back all she could do is shake her head. I have been bringing my car to the Richfield Tires Plus regularly since 2009. The big factors that led me to this location: they are close to my home and open weekends and evenings. I have been treated well at this location and feel like the staff has my best interests at heart. At this point, the manager and many of the office staff know me by name. Theyve done many oil changes, alignments, several sets of tires, shocks, struts, gaskets and other routine maintenance for me. I recommend the staff at the Richfield Tires Plus location!

I have filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General against this Tires Plus location. I came in for a standard oil change. I believe the whoever was working on my car was careless and not only left me with a nearly $600 repair, but also refused to take responsibility for the damage, left my car immobile, and conveniently did not have a rental car available. They repeatedly blamed the damage on, whoever changed your oil last... I am appalled by their business practices.
