Ulta Beauty is a clean and organized store with lots of makeup, skincare products, and a salon with a Ulta Credit Card everything can be a benefit in the right direction. I enjoyed looking at all of the interesting items in there so much to view. The staff was friendly and is very observant to your needs and wants.

No handicap push buttons and worker/greeter didnt bother to open/hold the heavy doors. I was able to find a fully stocked product of what I wanted after a different employee asked me if I was looking for something in particular. She was nice.

Nice store, but impossible to get appointments at their salon because they NEVER answer the phone. I have been trying for 2 weeks. I must have called them about 50 times. I give up.

I was buying acne patches and she made it sound like theyd make my skin break out and then I wouldnt be able to return them. It was super predatory. I wished to to leave without buying anything by the end. Awful.

I love ulta!!! I always come to this specific location I’ve never had a bad experience in fact I had one of the best experiences!! I walked in and right away I was helped with my questions and was suggested products for my skin (that I bought because of this helpful women)!! Shoutout to the worker Tiffany she definitely is skilled and very self explanatory with the products she recommended me!!! I got 30% one products full price on the other plus 10% $50 and an additional 14 points off so I paid $34 for 2 big bottles of products worth over $60!!! thanks again for your help Tiffany you are the best :)

If your looking for a beautiful blonde color look no further than lori honestly she did better than any over priced salon Ive been to, I actually have what I wanted and for years I havent so she did the thing just right! Just right! Get in to see lori! I almost cried how awesome it looks!

Just walked into the store with my mom to return a product and then the manager/ cashiers there basically accused my mom of stealing the products we wanted to return when we had the receipt and the card we used to buy them??? They were SO disrespectful to her, it was absolutely appalling. Im not the type of person to make a big deal about stuff like this but these workers were terrible. They claimed they couldn’t reimburse us because of the way the previous employee rang up the the products on the receipt... which is their own employee’s fault, not mymoms. They could have at-least been polite about it. As a person who works in customer service myself, they should be fired. We won’t be supporting this location again

I’ve been shopping here for years but after my experience today I’m not sure I’d shop this location again. I purchased a product yesterday when I opened it later in the day it had clearly been opened already. It was over $70, I wanted to exchange but they didn’t have anymore in stock. The girl that helped me return the product today never made eye contact or even apologized for the inconvenience.

Ulta has been my #1 for a few years now, anywhere from makeup to eyebrows to full hair salon. I just wish they would regulate the more affordable option testers more frequently, I feel like theyre always old and crusty. But other than that I love this store!

I always find everything I need when I come here. The staff ensures they greet you as you enter and assist anyway that they can while maintaining space so you can peacefully shop. 5 stars in my book!

Is it a requirement for every Ulta employee to infantilize their customers? After waiting (the longest of anyone, in plain sight) in the wrong spot, the cashier sent me to the back of the line with a very snippy tone. I decided against half my purchase and reminded myself why I never shop here.

Great experience here at this location. The staff are all very nice and helpful, especially Jamie who provided me a wonderful facial service. She took her time with me and really explained the different products that could help my individual needs.The inventory available here is extensive and the products themselves are of the highest quality.They have makeup, hair products, shampoos & soaps, and pretty much anything else you could think of!Definitely worth a stop when youre in the neighborhood.

Its a good store. Most of the workers are friendly and will always help you if you have a question. Its not the cleanest store and they are often out of, or almost out of stock of many basic or promo products. However, there is lots of selection to choose from so you can often find a similar product that works just as well.

I went in for shampoo and conditioner both products had free things that were supposed to come with them. I got out to the car and realized I didnt get either of them. I was looking forward to trying the free conditioner that came with it. I went back in and asked. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me a dry shampoo.... I dont use dry shampoo. That wasnt what I was supposed to get. I get if they were out of the giveaway but she didnt even look.

I will never suggest this place for eyebrow wax... you gonna get really bad experience at all. The lady in benefits store really rude and racist.

Its your typical makeup store, the employees seem to have a chip on their shoulder and are kind of smug. Nobody ever asks if they can help you which is cool if youre antisocial. Its aight, not good but not bad.

A friendly, blonde associate convinced me to try a foundation that she thought would match my skin/makeup concerns and she was SPOT ON. Love the recommended product and will definitely shop here again :)

Everytime I have been to this Ulta theres no problem. However today there were 12 people waiting in line to check out. There was one girl ringing up people & she did great. Finely someone else came up to help ring up. Ulta needs to have more people staffed so this doesnt happen again.

I went in today to grab my normal murad acne wash, when i saw this new product by them. I started reading the back to see what it did because i have acne scars and was interested. One worker came up to me super sweet asked if i needed help. That was the only positive experience i had today. After putting the new murad wash and acne scar cream in my shopping bag these two workers, one had purple/pink hair started literally stalking me around the store. Ive worked in retail since i was 15, i know what they were doing. I went to the perfumes to smell them since i needed a new scent and the woman with the purple and pink hair literally stopped infront of me and watched me. Assuming i was stealing. Brushing it off and trying to not get an attitude, i went to check out when she followed me up to the register and asked one of the check out ladies if she could take over to check me out. All in all this was a horrible experience and you guys need to really train your workers on when to spot shoplifters. I worked at victorias secrets at MOA, and we NEVER did what this worker did. I will not be coming back to this store. I am more than humiliated especially when i bought over $100 in products, im about to return them and buy it at sephora.

Expensive but Im gonna try some new products from them and Ill let you know how they go

Its always a hit or miss with people working on the floor. Ive had really awesome service and Ive had awful service. Ill never go to the salon again the stylist Ive gotten is the same service I can get at great clips for less and they dont try and add in things Im not asking for.

The store itself was charming and well organized. I was in the store for over 30 minutes trying to find a few different products that I needed.to find. No one asked me if they could help me find anything, if I needed anything, and there were plenty of sales associates walking around. Once I had at least 5 items in my hands, one associate walked by but did not ask if I needed a bag or anything. Very disappointed, check out process was also long and only 1 person working checkout. Will not return to this location.

I shop here often and make returns *almost* as often and its always quick, easy and reps are usually friendly. (Except for one, but shes easily avoided 😅)

I was at the ULTA at the shops at Lyndale in MN. I have to say that the have all been lovely and helpful. 3 employees stand out and I will get their names tomorrow so that I can write another review for each of them. I have to say the staff remembers me when I come in and know all the products I ask about and I’m done shopping in 30 minuets with only spending $200 a week or 2. Also if there is something new like an eye shadow pallet, my weakness, they put it on hold for me. I love them so much and spend about 1/4 of my paycheck on hair, skin, makeup and essential products there. If I didn’t work in film I would work there.

They are suppose to open at 10:00. I was waiting at the door and they didnt unlock the door until 10:05. I know it sounds petty but they should open the door a little early not late. Especially when someone is waiting.

I noticed a lipstick had been opened and tampered with so I took it to an employee who rudely proceeded to deny what I was telling her. I just pointed out that it had been opened and obviously used and the employee kept saying that it was not and stared me down the rest of my time in the store. Just trying to save Ulta another lawsuit for selling damaged product.

Im a product junkie - and while they have a good selection of stuff - Im done with Ulta. First - theyre really shady and have product reps roaming around, seemingly employed by Ulta (because they dont disclose anything else, and walk up to you and ask if they can help you). It doesnt matter what you ask for, they will ALWAYS steer you to their crappy line and give you a load about why its the best ever. So you think youre getting advice based on knowledge of all of their products, but in fact youre getting scammed. Thats shady.Secondly - they need to get a clue about basic customer service. Today, there were two registers going. One concluded their transaction. The other one needed a product pulled. Instead of continuing to ring customers - one of them stood around staring at the ceiling while the other (that was done ringing the customer) decided to go find the stuff. Really? So NOBODY gets helped? Then, after waiting five minutes for the team of two to go on a snipe hunt, I finally get rung up. One of the shady product consultants walks up and wants a price check. So - clueless clerk stops ringing up my items and starts to log in to another register to do a price check Even after I pointed out how rude it was, she and the shady consultant just gave vacant looks and didnt say a word. How about sorry Im really rude and think that Im the center of the world? Okay, how about just sorry? Nope - apparently they dont have a clue. This isnt the first, or even the second time that this type of customer service has happened here.If you know exactly what you want and have NO questions, and dont mind waiting a long time to get helped and then having people cut in (and the staff willingly comply), then this is a fine place.Ill be going to Sephora from now on.

Im not from Minneapolis and my family and I drove down here from Calgary, Canada (18 hour drive BTW) and was looking forward to shop here when the lady who helped me was not a pleasant person. I dont usually write bad reviews because I dont want to bash companys but apparently Im not the only one who felt the same from that store. Thats obviously the last time Im going to that location. Wish they can show some compassion to their customers because Im sure if it was the other way around they would feel the same.2 STARS because ulta is one of my all time favorite store and its too bad we will never have it in Canada so my experience there was unfortunate but in the end I got what ive been waiting for! If my experience was a tad better than it would have been 5 stars...just saying.

Sarah made my experience very positive. She didnt try to make any hard sales, she totally knew what products would be best for me, and on the whole I felt very positive about the whole experience.

Ive been to this location many times, and every time I easily found what I was looking for, and associates were able to help my find the products not tested on animals. I am not giving the 5th star because a couple of the makeup artists really like to paint pictures on my face. Their faces are filled with makeup, which looks highly unnatural and unappealing. They did the same to my face both times, and I clearly had WAY too much foundation on. A mini-makeover is one thing, but prepping my face for a theater production is another.
