These guys were great. I own a 2016 Tucson. The motor went out in it on my way to work. They handled all the work with the warranty company and got the engine swapped pretty quickly.

Excellent service! I have taken my car here 3 times but the most recent time was for an oil leak. I was scared that it was something like a cracked hose or a gasket but they discovered that Pep Boys didn’t put the oil plug on correctly during my last oil change. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I have decided to start going to them for ALL of my car’s needs, including oil changes!

Had them do our drum brakes for the rear axle of our Civic. Price matched me on the parts and had it done fairly quickly. Parking brake wouldnt engage and brakes were kind of squishy when I got it back and they were more than willing to check it out for me and make the adjustments. Highly recommend.

I found them through my CarMax app. I’m so glad I did! They were so friendly on the phone and in person. Moving my appointment because of the winter storm was hassle-free. They did an oil change, changed brake pads, and changed front rotors for under $400, and all in the same day. I had an 8:30 appointment and they had the car back to me by 3ish. This was so helpful, as my husband and I have just the one car. They didn’t push me to get anything extra done. I would highly recommend to anyone!

These guys were recommended to me by my uncle. My moms air conditioner was on the fritz in her 2000 Honda CRV. She took it up there and they were super helpful super patient reasonably priced and Incredibly friendly. I think the gentlemans name was Colton. Fantastic customer service. By far the best experience Ive ever had with any automotive repair service. Theyre extremely transparent and thorough before and after fixing my car. They only fixed what I asked but gave me a detailed write-up on all the recommendations and estimated costs. Theyre also extremely friendly and quick. You cant get better service with such a competitive price anywhere near here. Will definitely be using them for now on. It also doesnt hurt that they less than a mile from my house.

This is the 2nd time I have taken my Chrysler Town and Country in for AC issues in the 3 years I have had this van. Im a single mom and rely on my car to get to and from work and not fry myself and my kids in the process. I have never had a place care so much about their customers like they do here at TNT. Not only helped me with getting my AC fix and also the brakes that I knew were bad but didnt think I could afford to have them fixed at this very moment, but helped me out getting my self to my kids and to work until its fixed. I will recommend them to any and everyone Eddie and everyone I have talked to at the shop are amazing. They listen to you and do not try and make you feel like you are dumb. AMAZING. I had my car towed to TNT after it died in the Chic-fil-A drive thru. They got back to me the same day. They let me know that the issue was most likely covered by an extended warranty at the dealership. No charge for the diagnostic. These guys are the best. Super friendly and helpful. On May 17, 2018 T-N-T Automotive Repair, Serviced my Ford Taurus 2010 Limited Edition. First of all, EXCELLENT SERVICE. These guys are hard workers and honest, wont cheat you outta anything. The communication throughout my vehicle being serviced was awesome. Luckily I had part of the jobs done on a extended warranty. The spark plugs, o2 sensor and the a/c circulating switch were reasonable priced. Everything works great and hadnt had any issues. Needless to say I need more repair work done on my car, so you know I will definitely be coming here for service. Its hard to find good caring mechanics like T-N-T Automotive Repair. I recently moved to Texas from LA, where I was part of an automotive family that my relatives before me had also been a part of. So in moving here and not knowing anyone, I began using Firestone simply because I know things would be done right, even though Im not fond of corporate chains. My car broke down in Dallas and as a college student from almost 3 hours away i was absolutely distraught. This was the closest mechanic shop to where I broke down. I got towed there practically in tears because i was so far from home and my parents live 5+ hours from me. The gentlemen who work here were absolutely amazing. So comforting and assuring while i was having a mental breakdown about my car. They let me hang out, watch TV, and charge my phone while they assessed my car. Turns out i needed some parts and was going to need to leave it there overnight. Because i lived so far i was unable to find a ride there the next day so they kept my car in the back for almost a week and they even VACUUMED IT OUT FOR ME. They also called a week later to check up and make sure it was working properly. These guys were absolutely amazing and i will recommend T-N-T automotive to absolutely anyone. thank yall for the amazing customer service.

Had an issue with my car over the weekend got it towed to my office then called T-N-T, Eddie quoted me a price based off the information i gave him. At noon i wasnt able to get the car to start to get it over to them, so he sent 2 guys over to me .2 miles away from their shop that got me going so i could drop it off. The guys took time before their lunch to come help me. My Fiance bought her daughter a used Ford Focus and we wanted to take it somewhere to get it looked at and fix any items that needed repair. I found T-N-T Automotive on my repairpal app and saw all the good reviews. They couldnt have been more right about this shop. I spoke directly with Eddy, the owner and explained that i needed a reliable safe car for my Fiances daughter and wanted any repairs required. When I took the car in, it had a shake at low idle and the tires were getting pretty low. It also had 90,000 miles and needed some preventative maintenance done also. I was surprised how quickly the repairs and preventative maintenance was accomplished. It ended up needing an engine mount replaced and of course all 4 tires. They made adjustments to the rear brakes and performed all spark plug changes and fuel injector cleaning. They also found the r/h windshield washer sprayer broken and replaced that. When the car was given back to me the next day, it was like a new car! It ran so smoothly and quietly, it was amazing. All this work was done at a very fair price.Its so hard to find a good honest place to take your car and after working with T-NT Automotive, I can highly recommend them for you Auto repair needs.

One of the most efficient and professional automobile service establishments Ive ever been to. Eddy and Caleb were great with explaining things to me about my car. Being a female, I hate being talked down to when it comes to this. They were informative and courteous throughout the whole process. I’ve been to just about every auto repair shop in this area as I am also an owner of a 2004 Dodge Ram that I just can’t part with. In the 10 years I’ve had my truck I haven’t been a repeat customer to any other local shops due to all of them severely lacking in mechanical skills. The only other person I would trust as much with my vehicles is my Daddy (retired mechanic). I do plan on continuing to do business here for a very long time. I took my 2006 Hyundai Tucson in for rear tire wear. The owner stated they would do a alignment check. I received word my car was ready 5hrs later. I picked up the car and the owner was not there. The mechanic that did the work asked if I wanted the alignment printout. I noticed was that there were adjustments on the front but the back was as before. So there was no repair for the rear tire wear but I was charged for an alignment. Bottom line: They were nice people but they did not fix my car. They are probably good at fixing obvious problems with your automobile but lack diagnosing ability. I later found out that the problem was a worn strut on the back.In response to the owners response: I stick with my original statement that My complaint was Rear tire wear and I did not get a repair for Rear Tire Wear.

Great group of guys that work here. They helped me from pre purchase inspection to getting my truck in great running shape. My husbands car had a small oil leak, it was time for an oil change so he took it where we normally go, and they did not tell him anything about a oil leak, (not Good), So me thinking that maybe it was coming from the oil filter, so thought the issue was taken care of. NOT the leak was making a nice puddle in our driveway, and it was getting worse, so I called around, and people think cause Im female you are going to pull one over my eyes, good luck, so I was giving up hope, Until I called T-N-T, and spoke to Mike and explained the issue, and wanted to know how much to check it, he said have your husband bring it in, I asked again, he said bring it by and we will take a look. Husband went in, they told him he would need to leave the car, Mike gave my husband a ride to our house, within 1 hour called him back and told him it was the Oil Pump Sensor, and the price, So we had it fixed, Mike called when the car was ready, picked him up, not even a 1/2 day did my husband have to wait for the car, and now Im happy no more puddle in the driveway, sure my husband is as well, no more of the ^%$%^& I would do about it. This place is awesome, not out to get your money and is very honest, we will be back, Our original mechanic moved shop to far for us, but T-N-T will have our business, thank you so much you guys rock

My radiator split and transmission cooling line burst leaving me stranded on 820. TNT automotive not only sent a tow truck to rescue me, they replaced my entire cooling system and transmissions line for a very fair price and had me back driving in a little over 1 days time. Was referred TNT from a customer of mine and I am so thankful he did. After getting a couple of quotes from other shops(corporate shops) to have my brakes replaced I was given quotes to replace both front and rear breaks and all 4 rotors. Both estimates were close to $1200.Went to TNT and Eddy was very honest, friendly and helpful in telling me exactly what I needed and when I needed it. Difference in cost was astounding - but more importantly, their shop gives you quality service and quality workmanship on the work your car ACTUALLY needs.Was very impressed with entire experience. The guys at T-N-T auto and cycle have been working on my cars and trucks for around seven years now, and all I have had from them is great work and service. Eddy is the guy that I always deal with and he is as honest as they get. I would recomend them to any one. The prices are reasonable and the work is top notch as well as timely. The get an A+, so give them a try.

I had been having issues with my Altima and had taken it to a few other shops asking their opinion and was told nothing was wrong. I am not the most car savvy but I knew something was off. I came here and they immediately diagnosed the issue and got it fixed. They offered to give me a ride home but it was rainy out and I opted to stay there. Great Local Place! The guys took my car in on a same day phone call and checked it out and quickly gave me an idea of the problem. Fixed same day and when I asked for a preventative maintenance plan to keep it on the road they gave me a crystal clear one to keep my rig going!

I took in my Honda accord that tend to lose power as you accelerate with AC on. I took my car in on Thursday and it wasnt till about two days late on a Saturday that I actually had to call them to find out what they had find out from the car. I originally took the car in because it was losing power and they came back and say that it was the alternator which I was kind of questioning or hesitant to believe that that thats what it was and theyre going to charge me $492 just to see if it is the alternator. There plan is to replaced the alternator and then again check to see if there was something else so that was causing the problem so I said no so if you guys dont have 100% a diagnostic of the situation and then its just its just a trial see if its the problem and then if not well move on to check something else and I got to pay more money, so I said well I dont I dont think I want to do. They said well you can go change it yourself. So I went picked it up paid the $89.99 for the fake diagnostic and took to some else. The new mechanic test the voltage on the battery. He immediately said its not the alternator, its the compressor. Which made sense because the car seem to only lose power when the AC is on.I am glad my guts feeling was telling me to something wasnt right. What Ive learned with this situation if your new in town ask people you know for referrals. Just go to any mechanic in if youre in a bind.
