Only gave them 1 because 0 was not an option. The car we got from them had transmission going out and thank God I took it back when I did because they dont tell you about the 5 day money back at the time of purchase and they tried to tell me I was to late but it was only 4 days and I got my money back. We put 5000 down on a 11000 car and when they finished with the paperwork for my husband it was 25000 owed. Not going to happen. God had me look over those papers the next day.
I was greeted by the service advisor at 7am, with did you buy your car from here? I said no, then told then me if need a battery for the auto stop feature it would cost $500 to $700..and I said for a 2020 Malibu? The S.A Omar has no clue what he is doing.... after a 4 hour wait in the waiting room, he said I thought you were leaving the car for service, keep in mind the guy looked at me several times, while he called other customers to get their cars.
Had my part and was fast. in and out
My experience with the service department here was the worst experience I’ve had with any shop ever! I drive 50k miles a year, so I’ve been to a lot!My experience with Chevy corporate was almost as bad. More info below.I brought in my car for an oil change, tire rotation, tire balance, differential fluid change, brake fluid change and to change a leaking clutch fluid hose (I showed them where the leak was). One would expect that these services would take a few days and my service advisor said the car would be in the shop the next business day.Long story short it took a total of 4 weeks. The initial services took 2 weeks. And I had to bring it back twice since the wrong fluid was used in the differential causing the clutch packs to engage/disengage erratically. This is a safety hazard. If the clutch packs were to lock in the rain I could have lost control of the back end of the vehicle in a corner. My service advisor brushed it off.I had to research on my own and tell them what fluid and friction modifier to use! There’s even a HUGE tag on the drain plug that says “Use approved fluid and friction modifier only.” You’d think they’d consult a service manual after seeing that!I’m writing this 2 years after the fact since today I tried to take off my tires and the lug nuts were torqued on so tight that I needed a breaker bar to remove them (it’s a literal rookie mistake to go to town on lug nuts with an impact gun… which I assume they did).I asked for a partial refund (the third time I was there) since I spent $800 and was without the vehicle for 4 weeks. The manager promised to make it right. When I came back to pick up my vehicle and the manager wasn’t there I wasn’t given a partial refund.I called corporate and got a free oil change. Pretty weak in my opinion. I didn’t even use it since I would never go back to this place for anything routine or (god forbid) something moderately complicated! The worst part is these jobs are so easy I would have done everything except the tire balancing on my own if I had a garage at the time.I havent gone back to a Chevy dealer for service in 2 years since corporate gave me an oil change in exchange for being without a vehicle for 4 weeks!
Had to go in for a recall piece, well it all went down hill from the attempted scheduled appointment. I arrived on the day I scheduled appointment by phone . They insisted that my appointment never existed. Scheduled one in person . Came back next day to get a recall piece taken care of. Picked up car no problem until next day. Went back to complain that recall piece didnt change anything. Advisor checked something real quick said battery was low and thats why recall piece didnt work. BS...BS .. scheduled another appointment said they would charge$ 380or more just to diagnose what is wrong... find a good mechanic somewhere else before they ruin your car.
Worst experience I had i was waiting for a sales person for over 2 hours so i decided to live and never come back there is better places and with better Customer service
Theyre customer service and professionalism was absolutely the Best!!! I havent ever been treated by a car dealership service department where everyone was very polite, courteous and swiftly got the issue resolved . What a Great staff. Chevy Auto Nation NRH Tx...You Freaking Rock!!!!!!!!! Thank you again for the impeccable service and your true sincerity. I will be sure to spread the good news!!!
I use this service department for all my vehicles. They are very professional and treat me with respect. All my questions are answered and I am updated on progress appropriately. This is the best place I have been after visiting many other places
Was trying to buy a car from here and they didnt want to work with us as far as having to sign papers IN PERSON. I guess technology isnt good enough now days. Tried to go sign paper work and only had a moment due to me working 6 days a week. They couldnt get me the paperwork in time during my break and then the deal wouldnt be good with my financing anymore if it wasnt done by a certain day. I work like anyone else that has a job. We ended up going with another dealership who was more understanding and willing to work with us. Our finance check was sent to this dealership with NO papers being signed and the dealership is still with holding our money and my finance place is saying they are going to take payments out of my account due to this dealership not sending the check back. I WILL be taking them to court if money is taken out of my account for a loan I DID NOT sign off on. We have called and left several messages so my husband will be showing up in person and I will be contacting my bank and finance company to go after this dealership. If they would have been more convenient for people who arent just on their time, then they would have gotten a sale. I have gotten a car before where the finance guy brought the paperwork to my job. AFTER i went with someone else, then they say they can do that same thing. I didnt have time to wait. We needed a car asap. So here we are getting threats about another payment being taken from our account due to this place not giving them money back. Best believe this will be resolved !
Ok here you get great service and the representatives are very cain and professional; how ever that been said they do take a long time to get the job done. Now I understand that they may be busy or that they take their time, but one can only wait for so long. I wish that their services where quicker then that.
No way. They just wanted to put my car in a waiting line for 2 and a half weeks before even looking at it. Then charge me a diagnostic fee even though i knew what was wrong with it.
Absolute worst experience in my life. I took my car (chevy camaro) in on a Tuesday at 7am. Called the day before and was told if I bought it at 7am Tuesday they would have my diagnosis done by the end of the day. Never heard from anyone. Called on Wednesday and was told that it would take 2 days for the diagnosis. Never heard from anyone. Called on day 3 and was told now that they are 3-5 days behind on engine diagnosis and I would get a call. Never heard from anyone. Called a week and a half later advised them if my car has not been diagnosed that I would be coming to pick it up. It was magically diagnosed and I was told it would cost me over $5,500 for repairs for two head gaskets amongst other things. I was also told I could finance the repairs or trade it in. Needless to say I went and picked up my car (had to pay them $159.00 for the diagnosis) and took it to another reputable place that has worked on other cars I have had before. They only had it for two days and only had to replace some hoses and said my head gaskets were fine. I took the survey and of course not to my surprise no one from upper management has called me and it has been almost two weeks. I called every day for a week to speak to a service manager and no response. I reached out to customer service via chat on their website and was told that someone would reach back out to me about my refund of the diagnosis (not to mention I had to rent a car for the week and a half they had my car). I wont hold my breath for a call back.
I actually like coming here for the oil changes to my truck. The staff is more than helpful and entertaining
Needed a radiator hose and once I got there I was in and out
Very satisfied with all my experiences at this dealership. From management and salesperson, absolutely will be returning for my next purchase and without question recommend to stop in and see what they offer, ask for Sales manager Miguel, Anita in financing, and Adam in Sales department
They took good care of my Husbands 2003 Avalanche. The service man was very polite and took really good care of our needs. Thanks Auto Nation.
They did a great job! Very fair and professional to deal with.
Waited six days to see what was wrong with my car.
Over all good experience
Worst experience ever when dealing with a service center! I was promised that my truck would be finished in one day. Just replacing the CV axle and two days later I finally get a call back after multiple attempts to contact them! They proceed to tell me that my lift is to high on my truck and the powertrain warranty wouldnt cover the part. Moritz Chevrolet never gave me an issue on any repairs under my warranty in the past two years. Im going back to Moritz and never back to autonation again!
Now that ive driven my new car for a few months i would recommend people go with a different make, ford or toyota, chevys cant handle much and a week after driving off the lot i got a recall call from the dealership. And they made me feel like the black equinox was the only thing available, i would have preferred a different color and after being there for 5 hours i just went with it.
I have been in the car business my entire life and this dealership is top notch! Brought my 06 Grand Prix in complaining about a wheel hub going out. They fixed it within a few hours at a very fair price for a GM dealer. Great experience!
Awsome delivery parts dept. Outstanding customer service unmatched
They were very helpful.
Very helpful n professional service.
They have an awesome service department. I have to honest sometimes you have to try ignore some that really go out of their way to not see you as in helping you. But in most cases the service is awesome.
Employees are very friendly. Only downfall is theyre are more expensive than other chevrolet service centers.
Service depressed disappointing. Rude gentleman answering phones. Very disappointed.
Great dealership! Friendly staff! Great selection of cars. Recommended!
Very poorly, james was unprofessional not knowledgeable
When I asked the estimate I told him I got the part it was the same price as not having a parts almost they try to back you up in the corner and force you theyve been like this for years and Im taking on the financial burden my mom just had another major surgery and shes a diabetic and some other health condition I asked them that is mandatory required to have a loaner vehicle before I do the mechanic work they laughed and told me well youre just going to have to deal with the shuttle nah youre going to have to deal with lawyers if my moms health decline so I decide just stay with Grapevine Freeman and Huggins Honda
Great place to buy a car
The Service and the Help was Amazing, Sales Person and the Manager Helped me A Lot
Not very fun! Spent hours there on the 23rd, to be told in would be gotten back with Thursday. I call my Salesman and Finance Manager to be told they are extremely busy and get back to me later this afternoon. Not Happy going to Moritz maybe get some attention in Person.
Very nice
Very nice but the wait was too long.
Good people, knowledgeable, great customer service!
Helpful people! Thanks Zac for all your help during my car purchase.
So nice and cleaned up my car after servicing it.
Over priced. Long wait for il change. 2 hrs.
Very timely, explained the problem, got it fixed and me down the road.
Service department failed to explain that they didn’t want to do work on my car. Paid for a diagnoses without getting a full story.
Good service
Dont buy here or any AutoNation
When exiting the oil change the antifreeze tank was well below the level. The tires on my vehicle are inflated to 35 and I got them inflated to 38. The specification is clear in the manual. The oil was above level. The service to the vehicles is very bad. As a dealership they are excellent but in service to the cars not so much. Despite all the treatment is always friendly but that does not justify that they do bad maintenance or do not know the specifications of the vehicles.
