The store was awesome but It was this heavy set woman employee that was on the phone having a very inappropriate conversation the whole time while walking the store. She was very loud and made me and I’m pretty sure other customers feel discomfort.

This Dollar General has a very friendly staff. In the several times I have visited here I usually find what I am looking for and never leave feeling like I disrupted the staffs everyday tasks. My last visit the cashier was extra pleasant.The store is not as clean as it could be but it is not entirely bad. COVID standards are present but not top priority. I didnt see anything on the floor or any safety hazards. I didnt visit the bathroom to confirm with that was tidy or not.They do not offer a curbside pick up but you can shop on their app and pick up the items inside the store. I didnt have to ID myself when I picked up my bags. I simply walked in, looked for what was mine and left. That said they also did not find all my items in my pickup.The app is great if you shop here. I use it to organize my coupons and have found amazing deals. So if you coupons then this is a good location for you.

Im not sure of the lady that was there.... But thankfully she was she was very nice and she led me straight to the phone chargers.... I dont know I just really appreciate great customer service and this lady has it... I visited December 7th around 10:30 in the morning... We need more people like her in this world.. Thanks

The Dollar general is a great place to shop I go there on my way to assisted living while I have a client there but they always have everything I need only complain I would say if they have items in the hall cuz they they be stocking so sometimes they leave stuff in the aisles but other than that its a great place to shop I find everything I needed one place

Its ok a dollar store. It depends on the customer service you get. You my get good service are bad it depends on the people. But I bought a few things from here the cashier was happy with the amount. Lol.

Amazing customer service down to earth and open to a short chat anytime I come by they treat me like family it means a lot these guys are really good they have a good selection of goods at good prices but the Thats not unusual for a dollar store but in this world just being nice friendly people its really a pleasure to experience.

Clean store. Kind of chaotic but cant blame them right now. Friendly and helpful employees. Dog treats are a really good deal @DG. My dogs love them.

The associates are friendly, And its a convenient to a quick stop. And the prices are on point.

These guys always have great customer service and I am always greeted warmly, and I love that even when they are restocking, the store isnt a mess most of the other locations in this area

The ladies at work there was very professional they helped me with my needs and I would recommend that everybody should shop over there. That was one of the cleanest stores I have seen in a long time

I went to Dollar General to try to find gloves for a friend whose mother is in hospice at home. A lady who worked there said they were all out but then she offered to give me her gloves that she had in her car. She was willing to give up her gloves that she bought before so that I could give them to my friend to take care of her mother! What selfless act. I couldnt accept them but it was one of the nicest things Ive seen in a long time. I wish I would have gotten get name but she knows who she is and she is a great person! Great employees at this store!

Many items at the lowest price around but some things you can get a better price on at Walmart. Its easier to find a Dollar General than a Walmart in a lot of areas though.

I always find great stuff here whenever I go. They have good price too! Love this place.

Store is junkie and seems like thet hire junkies. Was at the register and some guy was doing something behind the register and he just walked off. Didnt greet me or anything. Then the lady working seemed as tho I was bothering her. Whack store. Family Dollar is better.

I was able to find what I was looking for and the cashier and I had a nice conservation.

For the service today .. Service, thats laughable. Two girls in there RIGHT NOW .... Running their mouths to the point they dont realize a customer walks in and openly States something about NO CARTS inside and the ones they did have outside they had already locked up. They dont close for another 2 hours as of this post, obviously I was in prior. Then ..... Get the 3 12pks of sodas because thats their deal plus my other two items in a hand held basket to be told when I get to the counter - oh, haha, I forgot to turn off my light, youll have to go to the other register. ... Well, if it had had a light on, I would have gone to it initially when I walked up to the first register that was unattended. This store needs DESPERATE management supervision

Store is disgusting! Aisles are clogged with merchandise, employees are lazy, and trying to find what you need is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack! Gave a one star due to convince of stores location to where i reside.

Good Staff is hard to keep at this location. Ive never seen the same employee twice here. one night I went into this location and the sales girl was closing the store because the manager gave her the keys saying I quit it was the sales girl first day on the job...I would say somebody needs to look at the general manager and reconsider his position because lower staff is only as good as the management above them is my view

I went in today but left empty handed. The store was such a mess. Other than the main aisle, I could not walk down any aisles with my cart. Ill go out of my way to find a cleaner DG to shop at.

They have updated their app and it makes shopping easy you can now scan the barcode of the product to see if their is a coupon for the product. I love shopping here! Lots of things on sale.

The store isles are often cluttered and the wheelchair ramp is blocked by the cart return which makes it difficult to use my walker. Store personnel have been notified of the issues but nothing ever changes.

Its a dollar store, if youve been in one, you know what to expect. I give it 5 stars simply because of customer service alone. The Haltom City location just off of Hwy 10 and 820, the associates were very friendly and took care of me expediently and w pleasant attitude.

Price wise and customer service is great, if they could actually keep people at this store. What bothers me is that everytime I am in that store I have to move boxes or rolling carts of overstock out of my way and its not just one or two its pretty much in ever aisle of the store. If they could fix that it would be an ever better shopping experience.

After the newly repaired door (all Dollar Generals get the front door broken) I was glad to find they sell beer and knock-off Girl Scout thin mints. If they sell Girl Scout costumes it could be almost as fun as the adult book store. Two thumbs up.

This store used to be clean. It used to be stocked. It used to have decent employees. Not anymore. Dirty store, poorly stocked with rude and clueless employees. Go to Family Dollar on Hwy 26-its 5 minutes away and a much better experience. Dont waste your time calling corporate and speaking to people who arent fluent in English and are in another country.

This is the only place I can find prell shampoo, and couple of other items I normally buy!! Plus they have all kinds of seasonal things. My hubby swears PRELL shampoo has cleared up his dandruff. Ok, ok, okay!!! Lol.

I had a huge issue with a prepaid card called GoBank. My $200 funds were never deposited to the card and greendot which owns GoBank has no live telephone number to an agent. I contacted dollar general as soon as I realized the funds weren’t there and after several phone calls and emails this issue has been resolved. I was in tears prior and I am grateful that Dollar General did the right thing! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Just don’t buy a GoBank card from anywhere. I’m not sure what greendot is doing but they are not taking care of their customers. Thank you Paul Olsen for your help with this matter and your corporate office.

This store is up for most improved. They got a couple of tracks and got it all stock store looks a lot neater and they fix the broken front glass in the door. Looks like a few new faces behind the counter all friendly and eager to help.

Fairly nice, but if you are a couponer beware, they do not understand couponing and ALWAYS give you grief when using paper ones. Although you get what the coupon says and you have a digital one that is exactly what the paper one is for, YET they claim you dont have the right merch.

You cant beat the prices this place offers. I always leave with more than I originally set out to buy. Too many deals in a small space.

Just stood in line for 10 minutes then since I was tired of wait I went and found a worker and they where just talking in a back room nobody was at the front of the store for 10 minutes could have walked out with anything I wanted

When the Halloween candy I purchased didnt ring up at the sale price ( buy 2 get 1 free ) the clerk told me he doesnt normally work at this store and it just is what it is. His oh well comment didnt work for me. The manager was called to come out and proceeded to tell me that the box and label was incorrect and that I was wrong. I normally dont waste my time at places like this and this is just another reason why. I decided that the hassel wasnt worth it so I just left.

This company is ran by beaurocracy, politics, and greased palms. If you work there and you have a strong personality, strong moral compass, and you dont just roll over for upper management, you wont work there for very long

Customer service in relation to manufacturer coupons, Dollar General App, tied together with in store sale prices is very poor. No one including management could give a statement of how the savings could layer or not. Left paying more than I thought advertisers intended, plus they kept several manufacturer coupons they were unable to facilitate. Went back the next day hoping to get clarification from another manager only to see the same one. Left frustrated because I could tell it wouldve been more difficult.

This place is really over crowded with supplies. I know they clean it because i saw a girl mopping but its just dirty no matter how much cleaning you especially with supplies all over the floor
