Please research and get multiple quotes on repairs. This company is very expensive on their repairs. I had a second quote and the price was almost half of Lonestar. They will charge you instantly to diagnose. They wont look without your credit card number. Very poor call back and response too. Do not waste your money like I did. I never write reviews but feel this is necessary.

Cesar, the parts manager, quickly identified the mystery 80s forklift air filter i brought in and found a replacement for it (where I had zero luck after exhaustively searching for more than 5 hours). I have a new forklift from them and it looks like it’s a salvage. Because I got three years warranty and they don’t want to fix. So they sell trash don’t buy it from them they knew that Forklift was messed up from the first day they delivered. They keep it for over three weeks nobody call me back. Very bad service. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered multiple parts for a clark forklift, parts take too long to arrive, when we received the parts 6 out of 9 parts were the wrong part. When returned the parts rep seemed to be mad at the fact that the parts were returned. They took the parts back and said they couldnt refund the money on site and that a check would be sent back to the company. Still waiting for the check on the return.
