They replaced my fender, front grill and straightened the radiator brace after I lost a shoving match with a deer (yes, the deer walked away unfazed). Beautiful work, the new parts merge seamlessly with the original. Cost fell within the estimate. I will, without a doubt, go again should the need arise. Today I was privileged to meet one of the nicest people in a long, long time. I mean genuinely nice. Ive met nice people, of course, but with Arsen, he is the real deal. Took my truck in, an older 2006 Nissan, he did not treat my vehicle with any less care than had Id driven in with a high-end luxury vehicle. He was gracious and fair, and to my amazement, he was able to tend to it right there on the spot. Half an hour later it was as good as new. I was incredibly relieved, as this truck holds a lot of sentimental value to me, so I try my best to take good care of it. Without a doubt, if I ever need auto body work again in the future, Richland Collision Services is my go to. Highly recommend. A business run with integrity is a business worth its weight in gold.

We had an excellent experience with Richland Collision. We had the unfortunate experience of accidentally backing one of our vehicles into our other vehicle in our driveway. Down two cars! But Richland Collision did a beautiful job on both cars (a 2010 and a 2016 vehicle) fully repairing, excellent body work, a great paint match, and a very fast turn around time. We were so pleased with the work they performed, the great communication, and the time sensitive service. We were an insurance involved repair and Richland Collision worked so well with our Insurer. Highly recommend. Though we hope we wont be needing an auto body shop again soon, when we do Richland Collision will be our first call.

Small shop with fair prices. I needed a new bumper and needed it done within 2 weeks for a trip and they were very accommodating and communicated well. The repair was made with minimal increases in cost from the estimate (a few internal brackets were also busted) and by the agreed upon date. Would definitely use again if necessary.

Arden was nice cool guy. The overall experience was OK. Only thing is that you get charged for $75 to get a quote if you car is more than 10 years old. You wont get the money back if you decided not to fix it. If, however, you decided to fix it, that money will go to your final bill.

The paint work was pretty good. They repaired damage caused by hitting a coyote. I also asked them to repair a small dent that I had repaired on the passenger door. Instead they repaired a small dent in the other door that could have been repaired with paintless dent repair.

Wanted to pay out of pocket for a badly damaged back door and some relatively minor damage to the rear side panel of our Honda Civic. Competitor up the street wanted $6200 (insisted on rear panel replacement). RC wanted $3200 for new OEM door and back panel repair. Competitor said they would need car for 15 business days. RC had the car for 7 business days. Half the cost in half the time. Repair looks perfect and Arsen took the time to explain how things were done correctly. Color matches and paint was blended with original. Honest, Professional and personable. The car looks great again!
