I check out Walmart wherever I travel and I have to say this was one of the cleanest and organized one I have been to.Staff member Anissa was very nice and she helped me find what I was looking for. In fact I found the whole team of employees very nice and helpful. You guys have customer service down . Kudos to the managers for hiring excellent employees.

Its about as standard as any other Walmart. Theres over a million items ( literally ) to choose from. Sometimes the availability of staff isnt the greatest when you need them but youll find one...eventually.Good selection of house plants for people who like houseplants. But theyre basic plants.

Kind of the go to store! It has something for everyone! Prices are hard to beat and they carry items in their grocery section other stores dont carry! Always a must stop!

Thank you Walmart for breaking a debit card in the pharmacy drive thru at the Richland, WA location. Even more thanks for not apologizing and saying it could not have been you when we let you know immediately after. We opened the canister to find a broken card. Do you know how difficult it is to change everything online and not have a card on hand for a week or two? I’d feel a lot better about it if the card was on its last leg or was lost/stolen. Even just an apology. We don’t have a bank in my town and hours at others are restricted due to covid. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I had a good experience here. The service with my cash register lady was good. She seemed exhausted but told me that she is dedicated to her job. She wiped down the counter and had her mask on and on the way out she asked me to have a good safe day. It’s been good shopping at this Walmart.

As for the store itself, it’s like any other Walmart. What is there to say?As for the grocery pickup/online order pickup.. Jesus. I called the number on the placard about 8 times over the course of an hour. At least twice I spoke to someone to “check in” since the app wasn’t working. They both assured me they would get me checked in and that my order was ready.About an hour later I spoke to one of the workers in the parking lot that has just finished loading up the vehicle next to me. He told me that I was not checked in yet and apologized for the inconvenience. I understand that you’re busy. This man did what he could. But there’s no excuse for the ball being dropped 2 out of 3 times guys. This service as a whole is unreliable and poorly managed.

This guy Topher works there in OGP (the department that does the personal shopping for the online customers) Topher always is on point with his customer service very helpful and happy to do so.

Disappointed the checkout lines are mostly self service and no cash accepted in them. There was 3 cashiers open with long lines. Lots of managers standing around directing to the self checkouts.

Had to pickup a couple of prescriptions, the pharmacy is great to deal with!! You never run out of your meds, they call you just before your prescription runs out, asking if you would like to order more, and then again when its ready, what pharmacy does that?? Super nice people, cant do enough for you, fast, clean, rates this pharmacy A+++++😷👍👍👍

Need to drain your intelligence and get mad at the same time? Shop at Walmart. Just try to stay in this store for 5 minutes without getting angry about something. Go ahead. I dare you. Save yourself the headache and just shop online or go somewhere else.

Go when not busy if you can❗️While hubby shopped, I was in & out of the truck with our two dogs, keeping them happy & safe! Paul found most of the items we needed. This is a Walmart we drive across the Tri-Cities into Richland for because with this area’s growth & more people at home during the 😷pandemic, there seems to be a greater need for everything people are wanting. We left the store around 5 pm on a Tuesday. Go when not busy if you can!

I just started to use walmart+, the free delivery. It is awesome! I used it to buy groceries online. All my items are well prepared and packed carefully. My orders are all delivered on time with no interruptions. The drivers are very friendly and responsible. The customer service is great. I contacted them a couple of time through the online chat. I got instant response and all the problems were solved efficiently.The only issue I have is sometimes my order could stuck in the system and got delayed forever. But, the issue has been resolved through the chat. This is a little annoying, but overall great service!I am switching from Amazon to walmart.

Nice Store... Had more on the shelves than most Ive been to. Employees a lot nicer at this Walmart then my Walmart in Idaho

Dont seem to keep items stocked consistently. They do have a problem with people stealing items out of packages, so there is a chance you may purchase an item and it is not there once opened. They need to have more security in store for this reason. Plenty of parking, plenty of shopping baskets, though they do need more of the electric ride on carts for people who need them, and they need to restrict who is allowed to use them, as Ive seen perfectly able bodied people take them, leaving people who need them to go without. I was very happy to see they introduced a designated parking spot for police officers. I do wish they had parking lot security though.

They have way more self checkouts now, and hardly any employees. It takes a long time to get someone to help you if you need an item locked in a case. Customer service has gone out the window. Even the machine that cleans the store drives itself. I dont like how walmart is giving jobs to machines when theres a lot of Americans that need a job.

Shore shelves are empty a lot of the times & good luck finding a helpful Associate.

I usually go to Walmart when I need to run in and get something quickly and now I go to target. Everything is in different places. There’s no guides or pamphlets to tell you about where anything is. I asked an employee where the saline solution was and he told me he didn’t know. I followed up with asking him if there was a way to find out and the employee then said no and continued on with what he was doing. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

Decent store and nice and clean and its hard finding clothes that you are looking for and you cant find the sizes you need

I live in Yakima Washington and cannot get any Lactaid cottage cheese at my local Walmart. But I was able to get Lactaid cheese at the Richland Walmart oh, why is that? I dislike very much to go into other stores for things I cant get at Walmart.

They put in all self checkouts except for 4 spots to get personal service, but only opened 1 line. I waited over thirty minutes to check out. Found I had forgotten a couple of items but with the hassle Id been through I refused to leave the line and start over. I am not going back. I can shop some place else with better customer service.

I prefer the Pasco Wal-Mart as they always seem to have a better selection. However, the Supercenter in Kennewick is fine. They could use more help at the courtesy counter.

I order my groceries online and most of the time have them delivered. So far the shoppers have done a great job choosing fruits and vegetables. When substitutions are needed, they pick good alternatives. 👍

Store is always clean, pretty well stocked with items I am shopping for, prices cant be beat.

We bought a ladder there, or, rather tried to buy a ladder. We paid for it online, we got notice it was at this particular store. We got there, logged in and waited...And waited. An employee checked, found out we were not logged in and did that for us. Another 15 minutes went by and another employee did the same thing again. Still later another employee went to look for said ladder only to return to us with the knowledge that they do not have it in stock. Further that we were at the grocery pickup section. Though that is where customer service directed us. We got the charge reversed.Home Depot, it turned out had a better ladder at a lower price. The employees were knowledgeable. We bought it and went on our way.An hour at Wal-Mart, no ladder.Ten minutes at Home Depot nice ladder at a good price.

In store shopping is fine. Delivery/pick up is a disaster! So far I have had a grocery delivery that never came - with zero explanation as to why (after a 30min hold time to talk to someone in the department), and 2 pick-up orders where I waited in the spot at least 40 min past the scheduled time (my email saying the order was ready) only to have to abandon my order because I could no longer wait. I tried to call the number on the pickup parking sign to tell them I have to leave and no one answered and the voicemail was full. Got charged as if I picked up the order and have to hassle to dispute that. Never using these services again. Zero problems with delivery or pick up from other stores such as Fred Meyer or Yokes or Target.

It isnt the best grocery store in town and one of the workers went up to me to gate keep my demon slayer shirt? Very odd, was probably compensating for something but I always find what I need as well as great deals! Wish there was more variety in the home goods area.

They went above & beyond. Service was great. I hope the open box I got was not a returned item. That doesnt work. But we will see

They have the best prices in town. Shelves were well stocked I got everything I came in for and more. The store was very clean and organized. Well staffed the check out lines were not long and I had no problem finding someone to help me a few times. All employees I encountered or sought out were helpful and friendly. Great experience overall. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was the quality in the produce section, it was well stocked and had a good variety I wasnt impressed with the quality.

I just placed my first online grocery order for delivery with Walmart.com. I cant say enough how much I would not recommend them. Of the 37 listed items I ordered, 23 were not delivered. 62% of my order was missing. I ordered 100 cups and was substituted a 25 pack (which werent delivered). Why not find a way to get me another 100 cups?! The apples and bananas were both shorted over half a pound. After I called customer service I got absolutely no resolution. 0/10, would never, ever recommend this to anyone.Edit: I called the CS number and spent over 20 minutes going nowhere. Despite telling the girl I did not want a refund over half a dozen times, she refunded my order after we got off the phone. She spoke quickly with a heavy Indian accent and I had to ask her to slow down and repeat herself over 15 times. We were literally going word by word through her sentences. She told me she would follow up with the store for redelivery, but I had zero confidence in receiving a resolution so I called the local store (this one).Mike, a supervisor, took my missing item list and redelivered. It took 2 hours for the second delivery and I was finally able to make dinner. He called to follow up and then told me they forgot a frozen good. IT TOOK 3 DRIVERS AND 4 HOURS TO GET IT RIGHT!!! Kudos to Mike for trying to make it right and throwing in some extra apples and cups (I received a poor substitute on the cups).

Our server was fantastic, we decided to try the soups and the fry lasagna dnt remember the name is an appetizer, also we order some spaghetti for tomorrow lunch, we dnt live closer. We were there when they just open so everyone was joyful. Love the deals they have its good for a big family and they can effort taking the family out to eat.. Keep your great ideas are fantastic..

The Richland Wal Mart consistently fails to give even an unremarkable experience. The pharmacy and grocery pick up are to two reasons I shop here. Yet using either results in a 45min or more wait nearly every time. The Road 68 Wal Mart is a much better managed store. Possibly worth the extra 10 min drive.

Cant really complain much about prices or customer service. everyone that works up front is great. however, being an associate here, there are more downs than ups, one of which being a manager named jamie who seems to think his whole job is to make jabs at the people who do real work and then do basically nothing when hes asked to help because the front is understaffed.

Found an awesome deal on hamburger patties.

For a Sunday, it was very good. There was hardly any waiting. Philipe was very courteous and quick. Today was his first day he mentioned when we talked. I wish all pickups were this good!

About 50% of the time they are out or have not stocked the cat food. This is important to me because it and filters for my fish tank are about the only reasons I drive the distance to this store.

They were out of stock of most of the items I went in for. When I approched a associate who was working stocking in the department he looked up the item for me and told me that they had some in the back but had to much other work to do to help me.

This is one of the better Walmarts out of the three in our area they always have lots of checkout stands open and people are very nice you dont have to worry about the Walmart employee standing around with their finger in their nose with no information for you

In-store is fine but the Grocery pick up is horrible. The rd 68 branchs Grocery pick up is fast but for some reason the duportail one always takes a while, like minimum 30 mins, our longest wait was almost an hour.

This Walmart has been vital for me working at the firework stand, it provides water and ice in 120 degree weather and keeps cool inside.

I only do pick up. They always have my order and they put it in my vehicle very quickly.

My sons got their vaccines there and it was an excellent experience. They were fast, friendly and helpful. There were 3 of them and we were in and out in 40 mins.

Walmart has mostly everything we need but the store we shop locally really needs to work on engagement and customer service. Its extremely rare I leave satisfied. I always have to hunt someone down to get help if I need it and even though I might be polite to them, they have offered nothing but attitude and are very snarky. I wish they were required to take customer service experience classes because man Im fed up with bad customer service. Ill add in and say that Not ALL of the people working there are this way but, it doesnt matter if its me shopping, my husband, family or friends.that makes me sad and not want to shop here. Thats our experience.

Otherwise Walmart has its own perils.Not the best return policy. General grime and high anxiety feeling when you enter. It feels like a factory, which could be good or bad. You can get what you need relatively easily, but with everyone milling around it always seems like youre in the way.Id rather shop local to be honest.

Curbside pick up isnt like how it used to be. Didnt get half of my order one time. Waiting over an hour. Understand that everywhere is short staffed but missing items is not very good.

Most of the time they have this placed pretty well stocked & the customer service reps are kind & happy to help.

I do fine, find everything I usually purchase. The smaller shopping carts are great for light purchase, IF I CAN FIND ONE. I will only use self scan if light shopping. If I go with large shopping list I use regular registers. This is when and why I now call your stores WAITMART, AND DONT BUY FROZEN ITEMS.

I was tempted to give a low review to keep my Walmart a secret, but didnt want to do the employees a disservice.This Walmart is the cleanest out of all the Walmarts in this area. Theyre more likely to have what Im looking for, and seems to be less busy than the others. Ive had great experiences with pick up and the produce they pick for me is fresh.As far as Walmarts go, this is the least Walmart-esque out there.

Their grocery prices arent that grea; lower than Safeway but higher than winco. Used to have good deals on clearance clothing, art supplies, shoes, etc, but dont anymore. The thing that really irritates me, however, is the presumption that customers should check their own groceries to save WAL MART money. Prices dont get any cheaper for us, its entirely for the greedy corporations sake.

We ordered curbside pick up, having a friend pick up for us. The order was not ready ontime. Supposed to be 7pm pick up we ordered before noon. My friend finally is getting order at 820pm. After customer service put me on hold for over 25 min. They were not even answering questions from customer service help desk for curbside.

This Walmart is the cleanest Walmart in the Tri-Cities. Of the 3 it usually has the best stock level. The employees are slightly more friendly. You will never get really good customer service at any Walmart but this is one of the better ones. The customer base in Richland, there arent as many un-watched kids running, screaming, and crying down the isles. This location the cart return employees even bring the new smaller carts up to the bay. In Pasco if you want a small cart bring your own from the parking lot or you wont get one. Kennewick Walmart the parking lot is very small as well as the store. They do a good volume of business but its just very busy in a small area.

I ordered grocery delivery on tuesday. Only half my stuff came, I was charged 90 dollars for items I didnt recieve, i called, they found my bins, had 6 items delivered still leaving 54 dollars of items I didnt recieve. I called again, he found them again, when trying to get them delivered again, he mentioned bringing them off the clock personally and I told him schedule it for the morning instead, it never showed up, now I have talked to a manager, he was suppose to call me back, now the Russian lady in customer service keeps transferring me to nowhere and I cant get ahold of anyone. Worst delivery experience ever, even worse than uber, still trying to get my groceries because its things I need, russian lady wont stop transferring me, doesnt even let me talk.

Walmart is still a viable shopping option. Since Covid, theyve lost many of the staple favorites for me. The prices are nice but you have a much reduced variety most days. Sunday the shelves are bare and the restock slow. Im sure it mustbe a shipping issue due to tariffs but its problematic to the consumer. The staff is still happy to help any way they can which makes the venture a pleasure and not a pain.Hope they can cut the corner this year improving stock levels and variety..

Not enough help again. App wouldnt let you checkin and phone messages were full. Employees had to take xtra time wandering around a very full parking lot. Long wait time ☹ chaos in parking lot.

I left a bag in self checkout on Friday. Saturday I spoke to a man in electronics who told me I couldnt retrieve the bag without the receipt. He supposedly put a manager on the call and this next person took my information and said he would look into it. I called back on Monday. A lady told me I could retrieve it using the card I used. Customer service is shady at Walmart on Queensgate, West Richland, WA.

Walmart is a convenient place to shop when youre in the Area, I like that you can order your items online and pick a time and date to go pick them up
