Would give 5 stars if the the chilled beverage section was actually consistently stocked. Extremely limited options with alot of empty spots where things used to be. Its been like this for months, now I go to Rite Aid for drinks as they keep everything stocked up with plenty of options. Otherwise this Walgreens is great

I love this store. I use Walgreens for their pharmacy. The entire staff is amazing but Jon is my favorite. He always takes time to explain things to me. And his manager ( I cant remember her name ) put together a care package for me last may when I had a bad cold. Great people.

It was unfortunate to find out my order had been sitting on their back counter and not delivered due to printer failure regarding addresses. However, they took the time to help me and they made me feel like they were sincerely wanting to make things right. I appreciate their help especially during this crazy Christmas season!

This store is a great alternative if you dont regularly shop. It has had many things I couldnt find elsewhere recently. I am happy that I found this out.

Poor service at pharmacy. Had a scheduled appointment for flu shot at 10:45am 45 minutes later I was still waiting. Left without receiving the shot. Will never return.

Heidi was very nice and quick, but I left my film photos there and I was told they would call me when they were done and they never did. So if you drop off photos you need to check in after like two weeks.

Great Service. Pharmacy Tech called and asked if we could get doctor to split my antibiotics into 3 prescriptions instead of one single combined 3 combo. Saved me $300 for same medications. I always get text message saying when my prescription is ready or if there are any issues. Thank you.

The Pharmacy is the worst. Very miss managed. The need to honor/use the Express Lane. Waited in line for over 35 minutes for a pickup!

The pharmacy is very good for customers. I see a post from a doctors office that they are not so great to work with but we have always had good experience there.

Pharmacy unapologetically slow. They act as if they are doing you a favor by helping you. Pro- tip- go through the pharmacy drive through for faster service. 3 people were helped in the time that I waited in line (over 20 min). Or you could do what I did, transfer your prescriptions and never go back. I would give negative stars if I could.

Theres a girl who works there names Katiee, I think, and shes awesome. Her coworkers dont show up for work and shes there with a positive attitude sticking it out like a bad ass. She should get a raise.

Slowest pharmacy around. They take their sweet time doing anything and everything. Sitting here in pain waiting for meds and they just go about business as normal, chit chatting about their day instead of doing their jobs.

Employees are either amazing or completely apathetic. Id still rather come here than Rite Aid though. Selection is what youd expect from a Walgreens.

Worst staff ever. Completely rude, the manager was zero help resolving unusual behavior of one of his staff. My family will not be returning to walgreens after such a bad experience this afternoon. Please save yourself some trouble and go to a different pharmacy or store.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. Have been going there over a year and will finally be switching. They fax the wrong doctor (then never apologize), almost never can fill my medications within the hour, and I can never get through when I call. Whenever I go in store at least one of the people behind the counter is making a personal call or hiding around the corner in the back and doing nothing, but I can see them standing there doing nothing in the mirror on the wall! So unprofessional.

Scheduled an adult physical appointment online one day prior.Showed up and they tell me they dont do adult physicals and to go get a primary.Thanks for wasting my lunch hour.Fix your stupid website.

Horrible! Treated me like an opiate addict for trying to get my blood pressure meds refilled! Chinese pharmacist completely rude and incompetent! Pharmacy techs are rude and impatient! Please save yourself and go to different pharmacy!

This pharmacy has a few good pharmacists but most are subpar. They always seem to think people introduce themselves by their last name, and I always have to repeat my birthdate to them. Its a real shame because they are a drive-thru and are easily the most convenient in the Richland area.
