I used to live up the road from here so naturally this was my gas station (I only use Chevron) before moving to W. Richland. What I did not like about this gas station was how high the gas was and unfriendly staff, grossly overpriced items. Do not miss it at all.

The staff are solid and down to earth, I use to hate their software but theyve since got new ones and the place is always clean.

Great biscuits and gravy

Love this place, friendly staff, good prices on beer, ok prices on liquor (yes this gas station sells alcohol).They make a pretty good sandwich, but if they are busy you will have to be a bit patient. They have biscuits and gravy in the morning that are pretty good.

Super nice people working there. The manager guy is tip top all the time. Makes everyone feel like a friend. I go there daily and will continue to and suggest it to anyone else.

Everybody needs to check there debit/credit card activities. I got double charged for a pack of cigarettes. My account went into the negative which I had to fix. Mind you I only had enough for one pack. So I called one stop mart this morning to see what I could do about fixing it. I explained what happened and they told me to come into the store. So I walked all the way there just to get told that no manager is on site to help me and to just come back tommorow. So I nicely begged and pleaded that she call the manager because I had already walked there and had physical proof of being charged twice. So this worker grabs the phone and goes into the back of the store to have a private conversation about me and my situation. She then comes back and tell me that the manager lives in kennewick and its too far for the manager to drive today to help me since she will be in tommorow. So I have to go back in tommorow and drop everything I have going on to get own property that I have already been charged and paid for. If I was any right minded person I would avoid this gas station at any cost because the worker told me the manager and the owner are the same person and to me that is not good management and I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what I went through since the worker also informed this happens to them all the time and they dont know whats causing it but they dont really want to help there customers either. So are they purposefully ripping us off our money so they can have more?

Pumps have terrible software and reject cards half the time... so slow... hate it.

What they DO have:⚫️ Local/family owned! Chevron licensed.⚫️ Friendly staff.⚫️ Chevron gas. Which is the best btw (except Costcos)⚫️ Access Safeways rewards program for discount fuel.Propane.⚫️ Awesome sandwiches homemade sandwiches. They even give you a big dill pickle spear if you ask.⚫️ Hot classic gas station fried burritos and such.⚫️ Pepsi and Coke fountain drinks.⚫️ Espresso.⚫️ Drive up window⚫️ good window washer stuff.⚫️ Close to my work.What they DONT have:🔴 Time to baby customers.🔴 Wait for propane can be long.🔴 Busted/out dated terminals and card readers. There always seems to be one down.

Friendly cashiers. They have a good deli here.

The people there are very nice

My SO got hit by debit fraud after Christmas (2018). KPD told her they suspect this gas station was where it happened. I just got hit with debit fraud today (Feb 2919). Ive only been to this gas station and Richland WinCo in the past to weeks. Dont shop here unless you want your cards skimmed.

Dont shop at this store unless you want to be falsely accused of shoplifting. I dont know what kind of training their clerks have, but accusing innocent people of crimes is just not acceptable. I would recommend that they train their people to watch for real crimes and stop accusing loyal customers. I wont be shopping here again.

Rude manager and even ruder owner. Talked to shortly, watched the entire time, and generally treated like a criminal. Wont be back.
