I get all my strings and guitar picks from here. As an acoustic 12 string lead guitarist of a band in the genre of sierreño, I double string my guitars without octaves so I buy singles. I gig every weekend and no less than four hours a night. Four hour contracts usually mean six and above. I dont hold back so I go through strings like crazy. Whether Im rubbing a corona or Buchanan bottle up and down the strings as a slide or just playing in extreme climate fluctuations(outside then indoor when it gets late past sound curfew)or simply just a useless sound technician who doesnt give me any reverb, it is inevitable that I will be popping strings. I can always depend getting my gear on the fly every time. My livelihood depends on these essentials. Definitely my to go to dealer.

The only reason I gave them 1 star was because Google made me do it. This vendor does not deserve any positive comments !I purchased a Luna acoustic from their on-line site in July. Paid in full immediately with PayPal. I did not receive the guitar - did not any receive shipping or tracking information. Requested status of order through website contact form - no response. Emailed - no response. Called store - no response. Left voice mails - no response. Did each off those things again to make sure but still - no response. Finally, forced to file a dispute with PayPal - vendor did not respond to that either.I was truly hoping to receive this guitar to replace my daughters that had burned in a home fire. PayPal was nice enough to issue a refund Sept 20th so, all I can do now is warn others of this companys business practices This vendor doesnt care about customers at all, they apparently just care about getting your money.

Nice shop with some amazing instrument selections. Management took time to answer questions and offer recommendations. Only drawback, because of cramped space, a little confusing at first entry to find desired product I was searching for.

We needed a bigger better violin for our daughter and he spent the time to talk to us about everything that plays into whats important for each person and how to choose. He was great, kind, and patient. It was nice to get everything we needed without someone just trying to push a sell.

I dont normally write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Music Unlimited that I thought I should share. I have a band instrument that hasnt been played in 30 years. Ted Brown Music quoted me $425 to replace all the pads. Over the phone, Music Unlimited quoted me half that price to replace all the pads, which is what I assume needed to be done.However, once I took it to Music Unlimited, he looked at it and told me that the pads were fine (except one that might need to be replaced) and said that it just needed to be adjusted. In the end, it took 3 days, they adjusted it and didnt need to replace any pads. It works great, and it cost less than $50. So... I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Music Unlimited. They did a great job and were very honest with me.

I drove from Charbonneau park this Sunday morning to purchase some items from music unlimited. Their website showed them being open at 11:00 a.m.. I get here to find out that they are closed on Sundays. Very disappointing in these times when small businesses are struggling.

These guys always have good advice for me and my family. I dont have a lot of experience with instruments, so I count on their expertise to help get good products that arent totally overpriced. They are very approachable, and the shop is full, but organized.

Small but packed shop with a great selection of guitars. The owner is very knowledgeable and always takes time to answer questions without making me feel like Im an idiot or my questions are a nuisance. They have other instruments and provide a wide range of services. My daughter takes jazz piano lessons here. I highly recommend this great little home in the wall shop.

Always have loved this place. It may be smaller compared to other music stores but Ive always found what I needed. Their prices are reasonable their staff (more like owner) is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Its like coming home when you go there, especially if you want to go home to a music shop ;)

Unfriendly staff.Prices are higher than a normal mortgage.You can get everything in this store at a fraction of the cost elsewhere... You can probably have a better interaction as well.Bummer, I used to love coming in her as a kid when my mom had to get music supplies.Your wallet will feel vacant... And you will feel cold from the stingy unfriendlyness of the gal in there.Save your money, and your smiles for somewhere else.

I just want to be clear and say that I havent had one problem with the staff here. Theyve been kind and courteous, even set up a couple of my guitars. Honestly, its a great little store, but thats why I cant give it 5 stars. It just has such a small selection. Its not their fault, but Id like a little more to choose from. They do have Cort guitars though, And those are pretty nice

I used to buy accessories here all the time and the guy at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. I havent gone in a while but I will be going soon to buy guitar picks and maybe strings if theyre available. Love everything and no complaints. It is not my favorite music store of course but it has helped me.

Well established store in Richland, Wa. I think it has been in the same location for nearly 20 years. Good variety of instruments of many different types from drums with a wide selection of guitars. Most other stringed instruments as well as woodwinds. Huge selection of accessories and will help get whatever you need for your musical inspiration. I always go to this store for anything musical

Mostly beginner level gear. Has a decent selection of parts, strings, picks, effects, etc. Some hidden gems buried in the stock pile. Super nice guy, very helpful.

Good, traditional music store. Honest and reliable folks here. I refuse to go to that other music store anymore. This place has saved me hundreds of dollars in the last year or so.

Great store, the owner is very friendly, and he was very helpful when I bought a guitar there. Pretty good selections, they actually have more left handed guitars than most of the bigger stores like Ted Brown and Guitar Center.

Not service animal friendly! Went with my friend who is an army veteran and his service dog. The owner was either unaware or blatantly refused to follow the ADA regulations on service animals and was extremely rude to us. We tried to educate him about the law, but he became very tense and walked to the back of the shop, wished us good day & we left. Very disappointing.

Used to go in there from time to time to get guitar strings/accessories, sheet music, etc. but have since stopped. Every time I go in there, the customer service is lousy. The store attendant never asks to help, and when I ask him a question, he always acts put out and answers condescendingly. If its too much trouble to help a customer, you shouldnt be in retail.Not a good place to buy a guitar (not a great stock, very few brands), especially not for a beginner.Basically, if I were you Id go anywhere else but here.

Came in to get a uekele for my daughter. Dont know the first thing about eukeles, so the guy who worked here spent at least half an hour explaining different aspects of the various instruments they Had so I could make an informed purchase. Customer service was top notch....
