After going to four USPS locations with a USPS prepaid shipping label from eBay I was told that UPS could help me out so I went here. The associate at this store was familiar with how email and printers work. This allowed me to get my package shipped at this UPS location.Thank you for understanding how these wild technologies work so I could ship my package.
Some of the worst customer service. It cost a $1.50 for them to print a label for shipping that has been pre paid. Only 15cents to make a copy. They dont tell you up front nor is it a normal fee. Many other to most ups stores dont charge for a label to be printed. Its what they need to do their job. I will use the store in kennewick or north Richland. Never again to this store until I find out manager & owner are both gone.
I shipped a package next day air early am delivery and I didnt arrive. I phoned ups customer service and was told I needed to go to this store to file a complaint. I went down and was told by Luis that he didnt know why it was 2 states away when it needed to go to a neighboring state. He told me the manager would have to look into it tomorrow. I asked if they were going to refund at least part of the hefty fee for next day early delivery and he just stared at me. I will gladly pay extra and drive a little further to use a different company.
Awesome service. after having a frustrating phone call with fedex and them not being able to resolve a shipping issue I stoped by and the associates here were very helpful and helped me resolve my shipping situation

TERRIBLE experience. Customer service had great attitudes, but they sent the package out to be delivered when it had instructions NOT TO, we had to wait 2 days after it’s estimated arrival just to retrieve it. They told me how I wasn’t suppose to call the number because they don’t deal with that kind of services, they told me they’d check trucks, they told me they’d call back.. etc. They’ve lost my service.

This is the best UPS store Ive ever been in.. I ran my own business for a period of time the ladies there ALWAYS helped me to find the best prices and to help me ship to my clients on time. I also just had my invites printed and they look amazing. You walk in they treat you like family they create professional work in a friendly space. I always have to send mail and boxes to family in the USA i wouldnt go any where else! this is the place to go if you need work done or to ship!!! i wouldnt go anywhere else

Unfortunately, I will never be using this service again. I am a freelance artist who has done a ton of large format printing since I started in 2009. I was excited to hear that this store did large format printing however I did not expect the horrible service. The first few times I went in to purchase three very large prints they were rolled inside out so the rubber bands were damaging the surface of my artwork. When I then unrolled the prints there was a big black streak on one and something sticky on another. If you are someone looking to stick to a deadline this place is not for you because chances are you will arrive and have to reprint.Yesterday I went in and was presented with paper that was not what it was described to be by a young man who works there and has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever come across. After explaining to him that I was not going to pay for the print because I was mislead as to what it was I then went home to give this store another chance and once again send in another print that needed to be to my client by the end of the week. This morning I arrived to send that print out again and the print quality was terrible. Which is something that could have been easily fixed if they had emailed me back to tell me that the image quality was poor before printing. I would have resent the high quality image instead of paying for a print that I will now throw in the trash.Bottom line... if you want to run a professional print service then you need to offer professional quality prints and service. Not one time was I offered a bag/cover for prints when leaving... I have had to reprint every time I have been there and have always received very poor customer service. I am sad because this location is convenient but as a working professional who has deadlines to keep and a high quality reputation to uphold I will never again be using this service. I gave this place several chances and they have now lost all of my business.
Went to return an Amazon purchase so I had to go there. It was HORRIBLE. I stood there and got no acknowledgement!!! Just to be acknowledged that I was there to do business and they knew it while they were helping other would have been nice! Is never choose them. EVER! Waited about 10 minutes in li e to be helped.
I try to avoid going to this store as much as possible. The employees are fine, but if the older lady with glasses is the owner then she is horrible. She literally looks bothered every time I go in with my 3 small children. They always go straight to the cards to look at them because they find the pictures on them to be so funny. So imagine, im at the counter with my checking in my package and in the background is my 3 kids looking at cards and laughing. Mind you they arent making a mess, but only grabbing a card, chuckling and putting it right back where they got it from. She always comes out and is just staring and waiting for them to do something so that she can tell them something. Its the most annoying thing ever. Especially when they arent doing anything other than laughing out loud. I literally try to go to the one off of Gage anytime I have to ship something off. I just think for being a business owner with a business in customer service, she sure does look miserable.
I do all my business and personal printing here now. The staff is so helpful and professional. They are patient and expert troubleshooters. The labels they print for me go on products that are shipped worldwide so quality is a big plus!
The employees at this store consistently EXCEED expectations when it comes to customer service--in a very busy growing area, they take the necessary time to get it right whether its a large or small job. They do both our printing & shipping. Thank you guys!!
Always FRIENDLY and always FAST. They accept usps shipments now too! So now when I have to ship something back to Amazon that was shipped through usps I dont have to deal with usps! I can just go here. They try their best to make sure you package gets out as soon as possible. I love UPS.
Disappointed in the UPS store. A couple of weeks ago I asked an employee if they could do anything to make a package from Santa and she said they could. Today I came with my package to mail and the employee didnt have any idea of what to do to help me make it from Santa. Combined with high shipping prices and not much faster shipping times than USPS, I wont be back.
Got ripped off. Told I could get box free and after I payed receipt showed I paid a stupid amount of money for just the box. Shipping was cheaper than the box. Not happy.
