Despite they are very busy department, Cameron was in constant contact with me to keep me informed and spent the time and effort to go over the service details afterward. I bought a used car from Audi Richmond this week, and the experience was nearly flawless from beginning to end. Because I live on Vancouver Island, Covid restrictions prevented me from going to see the car in person when I was ready to buy.When I found the perfect car online at a price that was almost too good to be true, I almost just wrote it off because it was on the mainland, but decided to reach out to them just in case we could make something work. The price on the vehicle was about $1500 less than the next best one of the same trim, and that one had higher mileage, so I figured it would be gone before I could get it anyway. I ended up dealing with Dylan Hanna, and he immediately started working with me to see if we could make it happen. I put a deposit down on the car, and they happily held it for me for two weeks, while waiting for restrictions to be lifted. Unfortunately, they werent lifted as soon as we were expecting, so it delayed everything by another two weeks. I fully expected them to say they couldnt hold it any longer, since it would end up being a full month before I would be able to go pick it up. To my surprise, they said theyd hold onto it for me.We started the process of evaluating my trade-in and doing a credit check, all through text messages and e-mails (which is what worked best for me). Dylan was super patient with my questions and always got back to me quickly. When the day finally came for the restrictions to lift and go make the deal, things couldnt have gone better. I was really impressed with the dealers Covid safety procedures. I didnt feel inconvenienced by them at all, but felt really safe the whole time.I went upstairs to meet Dylan, who guided me to my new car, which was immaculately cleaned, fully fueled up, and fully charged (its a plug-in hybrid). I couldnt believe how clean the car was for a used vehicle. Even the engine bay was spotless. I could definitely have been convinced that it was brand new if not for the odometer.Dylan took my old cars keys to start evaluating my trade-in, and left me to check out the new one. When he came back, the quote he had given me over the phone had only changed slightly due to some damage that I didnt capture in the photos I had sent in. Considering everything they found, the price they gave me for my car was very reasonable. Im sure I could have gotten more from a private sale, but I doubt anywhere else would have offered me more on a trade-in.The finance person I spoke with, Howard, was great too. He went over everything in detail, making sure there were no mistakes. There was a bit of confusion at one point over the duration of the extended warranty, but again he made sure that everything was clear before continuing.After finalizing all the financial details, I was taken just down the hall to the insurance people they have in the building. Im not sure if this is the norm, but it sure made things more convenient. May was fantastic and guided me through my first time doing this in BC. She went over all the details of what to expect and made some great recommendations that helped save me money.Once that was all done, Dylan was right there with me to finish up the process and get me on the road in my new car. He even went out of his way to let me park the new car next to my old one to get some photos of them together. Just before I left, he made some great lunch recommendations before sending me on my way.The whole process took less than 3 hours from the time I pulled in to the time I drove away in my new car. Its been 3 days now and Im loving the car, no issues at all. Dylan has followed-up with me to make sure everythings going well, and I have no doubt that hed make it right if it wasnt. Fortunately, everything has been perfect.I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from Audi Richmond when the time comes, and if Im still living in the area, Ill be checking there first when I go car shopping next.

The reviews are no lie, Michael Chen and the team here at Audi Richmond went above and beyond for us!I contacted Michael about a Mazda in this dealers used inventory after a few weeks of no luck finding a good fit for my sister-in-law. I find many sales departments hit or miss after several years working in the industry, (maybe Im just too picky) but I cant speak highly enough of Michael and the sales department!He and his sales manager Jackie were super thorough, transparent, and extremely patient with us from start to finish. They were totally professional with us and more than helpful while we worked through the deal.Michaels professionalism, friendly personality, and wonderful restaurant recommendations made us more than happy to give Audi Richmond our business, and I hope to return in the future!

Driving a US car in Canada when an emergency occurred. I talked to service advisor Eric who was exceptional and said I could bring it in right away. He said they would need a few hours but that it would be ready by the end of the day. Before the end of the day I received a text from him that it was ready. I said I’d pick it up the next morning. When I picked it up I was greeted by Roland who was outstanding. Everything was ready including a complimentary health inspection and wash. Even when I drove off and couldn’t figure out how to get a red light on the screen off and thought it was a service alert and went back. Roland went out of his way to help me and Eric checked and showed me it was simply that I had not used that menu before. Both were courteous throughout. I never met Jordan but he was the name on my receipt as the tech so wish to acknowledge him as well as whoever washed my vehicle so carefully. Overall my experience here was most excellent. Five star customer service thank you.

My wife and I recently visited the new showroom to look at the Q.7. David Nelson met us at the front door, we didnt have an appointment but he was very helpful and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. There was no pressure to buy and was quick to provide us with numbers. We eventually found the dream car around the back of the parking lot and were pleasantly surprised when David worked out the numbers. I didnt expect to leave with the car but they cleaned and detailed the car quickly and Megan provided us with a brief tutorial, Excellent service all round, probably the best car buying experience I have had!

Audi Richmond certainly stepped up to the plate after having bought a 2006 Lexus. When we purchased it had been inspected by their service Department. But as a precautionary we had he car examined by our own mechanic who found several matters that had inadvertently been over looked by Audi service department. One to do with steering was a fairly significant issue not cheap to repair. Brought it to Michael Chen’s attention and he made arrangements with their service department (Tharsan) to deal with the matter. Audi Richmond completed the repair at their expense and provided us with a loaner for the week the car was being repaired. Audi Richmond is highly recommended. They did what they said they would do. My experience at Audi Richmond was exceptional. Jerry Zeng was extremely patient with my many requests. He even replied my messages after hours and on his days off. I like to number crunch so I even had a call with the finance manager Howard and he was able to break down exactly what I was paying for. The lease contract was finalized with finance manager Sherry, who stayed over time so we can pick up our car that day! She did an amazing job explaining to us the optional insurance offered by Audi. She only recommend us to purchase what we needed. Overall, fantastic experience and the dealership is first class.

Jeff was the advisor and in charge of the updates that needed to be done. We own a 2015 A3, nice machine but have experienced a few issues. Late last year we reached out to Audi Care and found them unapologetic and unwilling to assist the customer. Enter Audi Richmond and their spectacular service team. The Service Manager made every effort to work with us and resolve the complaint. The service was completed, the issue resolved and a customer retained. Suffice to say, without these efforts Audi Canada would have lost a customer. Their Richmond representation restored our faith in the brand. Thank you Audi Richmond!

I dont normally leave reviews but I really have to share my outstanding experience at Audi Richmond.When I started to shop for a new vehicle several weeks ago, I mentally prepared myself for aggressive salespersons and shady dealer practices.My experience at Audi Richmond however, was totally the opposite of my concerns.  The moment I walked through the door I felt welcome and when I started to deal with my salesperson JZ, it felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a salesperson.   With JZs help (even on his day off), I ended up picking up the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price without any unnecessary fees or charges.  The car was so clean at delivery, which went super smoothly. Plus the after sales service has been great, with JZ promptly answering my questions.I cant be happier with my experience here, tops marks to JZ and Audi Richmond.  Highly recommend this place if you want great service, professional advice and a no nonsense car buying experience.

Jerry Guo and the team at Audi Richmond were wonderful to deal with. From the initial phone call to picking the car up (from out of province), the team was professional, the dealership was spotless and modern, and the whole process was very quick and easy. The full inspection, detailing and walkthrough of the car prior to even coming to British Columbia was peace of mind. A few small nicks here and there were missed, but to be expected on a lease buy-back. The pricing on my used BMW was also very competitive given the shape of the vehicle.Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Vancouver/Richmond area, as well as anyone thinking of buying from out of province.

This dealership offers great service and has a couple of really large showroom upstairs for new vehicles and a smaller showroom downstairs for used vehicles. Service advisor Jeff was great I would give 10 stars for him . However when I called to ask when to pick up my car. A lady said I will receive a call within 5 minutes. After an hour wait without anyone calling. I called back. A CANTONESE ACCENT LADY SIMPLY SAID “IM NOT THE ONE TOLD YOU YOU WILL RECEIVE A CALL IN 5 MINUTES. NOT ME!” Super rude and unprofessional. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the front receptionist.He was very thorough in explaining the trim levels and was involved in every step of the way. I have been dealing with Richmond Audi for the past 5 years and I have not encountered any problems. My car runs reliably and it’s always cleaned when I take it in for my regular servicing. If there’s any recalls - I am always notified. The service agents there do a good job of taking care of my car so I don’t need any unnecessary repairs. I haven’t had to do anything except for my regular maintenance/services for my Q5 so far. To me, that’s already a win.

Hm where do I start ? I was seriously shocked and so disappointed by the Audi centre in Richmond. You go there as a customer they treat you like a Queen, but god forbid if you ask them for a service or to charge your car . My husband bought me an Etron with every extra that it can come with . We were promised that we were able to charge it in any Audi centre anywhere for free . When I took my Audi there for a service I was treated ok, couldve been better . Staff is somewhat nice . But then one time I was passing Richmond and my car was low on charge, so I went there to charge it . First the guy at the door, friendly and asked me what Im here for . He showed me who to talked to . At the front desk the lady asked me qs about where I bought the car first, how much charge Id like to put and looking at her face i was surprised when she told me to go charge it somewhere else . After insisting to talk to her manager, manager said same thing, just because I had bought my car from somewhere else and not from them . After I told them my husband had there some service done then the manager agreed on letting me charge my car for only 20 mins though .The the guy at the door, now very annoyed and not so friendly anymore showed me to the charging station . Exactly after 19 mins, the front desk lady came and told me time was passed and I had to leave . Shaking head .Such a disgrace to treat people like that . Audi Richmond should be ashamed of their attitude and customer treatment. They treat you like you are nothing and shame you even buying an Audi from somewhere else .Kudos to the staff and services of Audi centre in Langley, who are really so friendly and helpful, amazingly patient.

My AC went out on the A6 I was driving, and I was worried about the repair cost. I knew the labor costs at the dealership was going to be expensive, but I needed to make sure it was fixed right. It turned out a sensor went out so the repairs came out to about 850 which is a lot, but the diagnostic labor and honesty about the nature of the problem made it worth it.

We were in the market for a larger SUV for the better part of a year, and when a vehicle we dreamed of having appeared we decided to drive down to Richmond from the interior to look at an Audi certified Q7. Trim piece is fitted perfectly. The vehicle is cleaner than I have ever been able to clean it myself! I would give 6 stars if I could! I recently purchased a new vehicle from Audi Richmond and it was the best new car buying experience I have ever had (and I have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years). Jerry was an awesome sales person - detailed, not pushy and very helpful. He helped with every request and went above any beyond (and continued to follow up to ensure I was happy afterwards).I was impressed by how everyone appears to work as a team which hasnt been my experience with other dealerships (my experience with Porsche Vancouver was far inferior). Jerry even spoke highly of the other sales staff and mentioned how they all help each other out which is a refreshing departure from the norm in the industry.I was also really impressed with the tech demo from Jim when I took delivery - his knowledge and passion were very evident.Highly recommend Audi Richmond.

Great customer service at this Audi location! From the front reception to the back end management staff. If you visit here to pick up a new vehicle or have any car related inquiries, ask for Jerry! He is an expert in his field and he knows Audi vehicles down to the simplest detail. He pays great attention to detail and goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are taken care of. No matter what your car needs are, Jerry will make sure he finds a way to make it happen! You can truly tell Jerry operates his day-to-day work with a client-focused model of service. First and foremost, I’d like to commend the service staff at Audi Richmond.Tharsan has been my service advisor since day one. Always an impeccable experience. He explains in detail all the necessary servicing my vehicle needs. He won’t upsell me on services I don’t need but will inform me of soon to come maintenance items. He brings my vehicle back on time or even earlier than expected in some cases and is punctual. Very hospitable and well mannered. I recommend to see Tharsan or any one of the service advisors at Audi Richmond for you’re vehicle servicing needs.If you do need to wait around, there’s is a lounge as well as an espresso machine if you’d like to sip on a beverage while waiting.5/5

Went to get my all season tires swapped back on. They are mounted on wheels already and it took 2hrs. Coupled with the fact youre stuck there because they dont have a courtesy car its a painfully long experience. Bonus points for having no coffee because of covid.

Absolute horrendous experience trying to purchase a sq5 from this dealership. After five days they are still not able to provide me a price for the vehicle I want to buy. Instead they have tried to sell me two vehicles that are not at all what I want. Save yourself the headache and purchase at one of the other Audi dealerships in town.
