I understand that they do good work from the reviews but I will say they dont take everyone seriously. Im in my mid 20s and the guy who gave me an estimate took a whopping 3 seconds looking at the damage and said I needed to replace a whole list of things. The guy was very brief and rude. Ive gotten a few estimates from different places and they sat down and talked me through their work and what they do (with a much cheaper estimate). When I asked how he knows that I need to replace the list of things he gave me for the estimate he was just offended and replied just from experience. If youre a young adult dont be expected to be taken seriously.

Highly recommend this company. I was rear ended in my BMW and after researching several body shops on line I was not able to find a reputable shop that I felt comfortable doing my repairs. After reaching out to a salesman at BMW I was advised Burleighs Auto Body does great work and mostly on high end vehicles. When I pulled in this shop their was a Porsche, Mercedes and also Maserati that were recently fixed. From the day I dropped off to the day I picked up the body shop communicated all details from repairs to the ins cos auths of repair. I highly recommend this company. Really appreciate great customer service.

After a decade of business and referrals Burleighs couldnt be bothered to answer phone calls or messages just before a scheduled appointment to confirm drop off(that was made over a month in advance) and wouldnt schedule anything reasonably soon after learning of their mistake. Enormous waste of time.

Had my car get pummeled by hail and completed covered with little divots. Burleigh did a perfect job with the repair. Highly recommend.
