Customer service was great at front desk. My car turned out great once I got it back! Insurance provided the rental and the whole experience wasn’t too bad at all

They had to replace my bumper and parts under the car due to an accident. They did a great job and kept me posted all along the way by text. When the work was done it looked great. I could not tell the accident had happened. Their paint work was outstanding.

These folks did a great job on my truck. Started with a fast and easy estimate. Then repairs were smooth and took only about a week. My service advisor Jason was top notch. Will head back again if I ever need it. 5 stars!

Caliber Collision is only ONE of the companies that your insurance company does business with. Do yourself a favor, look around, and try another business. Dont trust these fake reviews. Dont go to another Caliber Collision location. This entire company needs an overhaul and retraining. Please avoid using Caliber Collision.They didnt do a quality check before attempting to return my car to me, so I had to wait a few days longer until they fixed the issue. That shouldnt have happened.Since getting my vehicle back I have noticed that they glued the socket to my break light, so now I have to buy a new housing to simply replace my broken brake light. They also installed two of my tires wrong during rotation.They offered an apology and offered to put me into a rental while they fixed those issues. Why? Every time I get my car back from you something else is broken. I reported the issue to my insurance company. Hopefully they stop doing business with them.

Did repairs to Passenger side rear door and back panel. Did a fantastic job with the repairs of my GMC Terrain. Picked up last Friday. Job well done. Dont know who detailed it, but thanks again 👍

The staff at this location is very professional and it all they could to ensure that I was satisfied with my vehicle. They kept me posted along the way and we’re done with the work on time.This is my second time having my car repaired by then and each time it was a great experience I was very satisfied with their work.

This is by far the best Caliber Collision I have ever walked in to! The office staff is always willing to help and fast when I had any questions about my vehicle and I felt very informed throughout the process! It took a few days to get my parts in, but their turn around on my vehicle completion was way faster than everywhere else told me! 10/10 would recommend! I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I want to give a great big shout to my Service Manager, Jason. If I say he was awesome, well, he was awesome. From the very start, he made me feel like my vehicle was the only vehicle they was working on. He explain the process in laymans terms and I was call frequently with progress and updates. I never received that type of service from a Collision Center before. I know their are other SM on site that provide the same service but go see Jason, tell them KG sent you.

Jason was very helpful through the process of getting an estimate through completion of the job. He was kind, knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate the professional manner in which Jason treated me as a first time auto accident victim. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Calibers people are personable and professional. One employee even went above and beyond her duties off the clock to help me out. I had my vehicle painted and received daily notifications about its status until I received it. They finished ahead of time too.

My service was needed because of damage from a dog that hit the right front tire and lights area. It caused damage to the fittings for the tire, knocked out the lining, and headlight. It also damaged the fluid area for the windshield cleaner fluid.

Had a check engine light, they were able to hook up their scan tool and let me know what is going on. They are a fantastic group of individuals and I feel confident that my car would be in great hands there!

This ace was awesome. Id just moved here and was hit by an uninsured person. My guy was Jason...he was so thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and just simply awesome. He made the process seamless and kept me updated. He even helped get me a oil change. I am extremely pleased with my experience here.

My insurance company at first insisted on cheaper replacement part which didnt fit and was cheap. Caliber insisted they replace with proper part and it was a much better replacement

I’m not one to write bad reviews but honestly the service I just received here was just so unprofessional, rude, and sloppy. They put the wrong bumper on my car- paint peeling and not fully secured into the groves (because it was the wrong part). They took 2 weeks to fix my car and didn’t get it done when they said they would. It looks like they definitely rushed getting it done instead of doing to right. They installed a part incorrectly, and when asked if it could be replaced at another location, the worker said there was not another caliber collision in the area- there is. I politely pulled up the other location on google. The worker seemed annoyed and hesitantly said he was going to try to get in contact with the manager at the other location to order the right part. Additionally, at the time of pick up they left my car dirty- nails, springs, and pieces of paper that were not mine all over the front seat. They also moved things I had in my front seat to the back of my car, so getting in my car I was confused about where all my stuff went.

Scheduled an estimate and was a great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly.

Had to replace glove compartment as mine got broken by car thieves. Caliber not only acquired the part quickly, they also offered me the option to wait while they installed it, the day after the new part arrived, then they gave a car wash which I welcomed very much at no extra cost. My second repair at this shop and both times, very good and quality work. Brittany, my Adjuster was very courteous, patient and business like. The office was also well equipped and welcoming to customers. Keep up the good work guys.
