I called the day before coming to set up an appointment for the next opening. I was asked to come first thing the next day, as this is a first come, first serve auto shop. When I arrived promptly the next morning at the recommended time, the shop hadn’t opened up and did not open up for another 20 minutes. Once the shop opened, I asked to speak to someone about getting a repair completed and was directed to speak to one of the mechanics. I ended up leaving after standing around for about 20 minutes without even as much as an estimated wait time from the mechanic or anyone else working.
