They tell me wat was wrong wit the car before start service.. I got new muffler on my car I paid deposit $50 for the part and labor was 250..it wasnt bad I need get oil pan for my car it is expensive 950.00 I couldnt afford it rn

Im a heavy duty diesel mechanic, so the last thing I want to do after a long hot day at work is turn wrenches on my vehicles and miss time with my kids.... dropped off my Cherokee today to them while I was at work and was done fast and super affordable. Being a mechanic my self, these guys work is spot on and they wont lie or b.s. you around. Very honest people and super nice too!! Def will bring my project jeep back to get the final touches done before I model it all out and restore it!! Great work you guys.

The gentlemen were very accommodating--we arrived at 7am on a Saturday (per hours shown on Google) and they took my car right away--we didnt realize that they actually open at 730am.We brought the car in for a rim straightening after hitting a good-sized pothole and they also checked the whole underneath of my car for other damages, finding another unrelated damaged rim from previous owner (nice catch). We were very pleased with the thoroughness of their work and reassurance of the vehicles safety. They also provided documentation of the issue, should I need to go through insurance for future replacement of the rim.They charged us significantly less than what we were expecting to pay for the service; we were expecting to pay over $100 for demounting, straightening, remount/rotation, and inspection, per other shop websites, but we were only charged $25.Overall, very pleased with the service.

I went there today for an oil change. They were very courteous and straight forward about the services offered. Walked in to do an oil change. Had no problems at all. Im used to walking in to an auto place and them saying they dont have space for you, but they took me right away. Great service. No complaints!

Went for inspection and they found rear brakes needing replaced. Great catch, fair market price on parts and labor. Friendly people. I will use them again after the parking lot dries. Would recommend paper floor mats until then.

Ive been dealing with this Tuffys for a couple of years now. They do great work! and the owner is nice. This is my go to place when I need something done. This is a place you can trust with your car and know that its in good hands and not have to worry about if they are going to make other problems to keep you coming back or worrying if they are going to beat you in the head with charges. Very poor service, got a quote for $568 for front shocks, the labor price was 94 dollars when I told them I would go buy my own parts they added an additional 94 for labor for a total of $188 which was not the quote he gave me first. Then after getting home noticed a lug nut was missing from my tire. This is my fourt time here . My debt card was over charged the first time but was reimbursed. NOT THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!!
