My battery was dead this morning so I charged it enough to get it started and headed to AutoZone. I stopped by the small one nearest me and they tested the battery, confirming my suspicions, and sent me to the Midlothian Tnpk location to get a new battery installed. I arrived, was greeted promptly, and the kind staff member quickly determined my battery choices, sold me a new battery and then installed it. It was a pain for her to get it out of my truck, but she stuck with it and did the job efficiently. I am so grateful for the kind and quick service I received this morning. I wish Id gotten her name so I could properly give her a shoutout! They got me rolling again in no time!

Staff was very helpful and i was in and out in less than 15 minutes.The battery terminal that she suggested fit and works great.

We took out battery here to be charged they then said it couldnt be charged. So we went somewhere else to get a battery we then called to het the plug back and money back guy said thats fine we can come back. So when we got there he said the truck just took it and we cant get our money back. Smh. Should have been said something

I needed a new battery and the woman who helped me out and installed it was very pleasant and efficient.

Great customer service. I needed a gas treatment and after choosing one that appeared to be what I needed the cashier advised me to purchase a different brand that was on sale for half the cost. I left with two bottles for the cost of one of the other brand and it did the trick.

I had a horrible experience at this store. I called and went in person to verify that this store had front rotors for my vehicle. I spent 30+ minutes waiting for them to find what the system said they had in stock. RAY was the ONLY employee that looked in the system to determine they were looking for the wrong rotor (back rotor) instead of the front rotor. Ray located the correct rotors and offered 10% discount for my inconvenience. Money was not the issue because I needed rotors and I was going to buy them anyway. My issue was out of 4 employees (which included the manager Nancy) Ray was the only competent employee that read the computer correctly and found the right parts. Not to mention Ray was the only employee that had on a name badge. Thanks also to Ely the district manager that listened to my concern.

I arrived at the store in a hurry and a little frustrated as this was my 3rd visit to get a bulb for my headlight. Derrick was empathetic, apologetic, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct bulb, and quickly completed the transaction.He was prompt, attentive and provided excellent customer service...a rare find these days.👍GREAT JOB Derrick💯

This located @ Midlothian & Whitehead Rd is non-customer service..every worker was either with a customer or on the floor...never acknowledge me standing n line @ front...NO ONE WAS @ the front..I waited 20 minutes & then the 1 lady that did come didnt acknowledge who was 1st n line...I waited 20 minutes b4 even addressed!!/this isnt 1st time Ive been n & the customer service is 0

I like this place I buy most thing there the people there are very sweet the want to help out as much as possible at least thats what I experienced.

They didnt have my part in stock but the manager was amazing. I told her I needed the part today and she printed out something with the autozone price on it and gave it to me. She said maybe another place will price match. I thought that was amazing service and I told her so. Its rare when a store sends me somewhere else so I can get what I need cause they dont have it.Also they happened to be the lowest price around for the starter I needed. I will definitely go back there.

I live in the Richmond Virginia area and the Midlothian tnpk store is awful the treatment to the customer is deplorable I feel like I am stealing or something by the way they treat me every time I will take my busses to anywhere else like pep boys or Napa I feel like they should train their employees better with out our business those people will end with out jobs

I came in and purchased a set of windshield wipers. The store wasnt busy and I watched multiple employees take smoking breaks, but I still waited close to a hour to get my wipers installed. I advise anyone who wants good customer service to take the business elsewhere.

Drove 30 minutes to get parking brake shoes since this location was the only one near by carrying the shoes and hardware. Shikema G. looked up rear brake shoes that were much larger than the parking brake shoes. She argued with me saying you can’t have shoes on a car with disc brakes. Well you can for a parking brake. Left after getting frustrated with me when I looked up the part number myself on my phone and gave it to her. Clearly has no knowledge in field of work. Highly recommend looking up your own parts before you go. 2 stars for leaving with the right parts lol

Everyone had called in late except one man and Auto Zone is always busy. I understand people are always in a rush and upset sometimes when they have to wait but patience is a virtue. This man was criticized although it wasnt his fault he had to do everything. I needed a battery and Ive been a customer service representative before so I understand and patiently waited. I had no problem waiting for him to help two customers who were rude to him before he put the battery in my vehicle. I give him props because he kept his cool, was very polite and the two men who criticized him and walked out the store were the same men who walked back in and told him thank you after he waited on them. They were the ignorant ones and he was the professional. I always get excellent service at AutoZone. All it takes is a little patience because you wait just about every where you go.

Place was awful. Service was horrible. They where very discombobulated. They play more with each other than work. They need totally new management. They are not even knowledgeable about simple things.

If you have all day to wait for service go to any auto zone they only have one person to help you stay in the store for one hour to get a battery and I had the part number they need to put some people in the store to service you and know what they are doing

My engine light went on as I was driving one day, and I wanted to know what was wrong right away. I pulled into the AutoZone. They were very helpful, coming out to the car to read the engine code, then loading it into their system to find out exactly what it was. They printed the diagnostic for me and even told me what part I probably needed to fix the problem. No charge! Really exceptional.

If you come here you must have nowhere to go that day. The one thing I found is the manager of this location is more helpful than most managers that I have ever experienced. But you will be in line for quite a while. I have been there more than once. This time i was the only customer in line for at least 5 mins. with 6 employees walking around putting up stock in the front and the back and no one, and I do mean no one said Ill be with you in a moment, someone will be with you in a moment, good morning, good evening... nothing!Some even tried to avoid eye contact and others looked through me as if I was not even there. One employee even came up dancing to the beat of music from something playing in the back and said nothing as if I was not even there.Another customer came in behind me and said I hate coming to this location! The wait time sucks!Once you are being waited on they are helpful and knowledgeable. I think that is what keeps bringing me back. That and because its the closest location to me. LOL. But seriously If you want a location that has a combination of all of the things that customers need then go to the Jefferson Davis location near Bells Road and Jefferson Davis. They have a combination there thats hard to beat. Just further away!

Great help from behind the counter and was able to answer any questions my friend and I had about the dead car battery we walked in with.

Poor customer service. Two employees walked away as customers were entering the store. Did not greet us. And they were using foul language that everyone could hear.( There was one helpful person who seemed to be helping everyone, plus answering the phone)

Good place you can find pretty much everything you need costumer service is good but it could be better pretty much depends on who you talk to.

Customer service at this location does not exist. They make you feel like theyre doing you a favor to talk to you. Ive been on multiple occasions and regretted each time.

Took a long time to be waited on, then they didnt have the part. Sales person seemed un interested in checking stock in back room when asked. Got parts elsware.

Need to hire more cashiers/staff or atleast open more than 1 register. When the staff has to use the computer to look up and locate an item for a customer this holds up the whole line, and can take several minutes. More than 1 register should be open at all times!

Terrible .wish it could br zero stars. All I need was a battery for keyless car entry. First was told to go back to dealer. Then when I said you have batteries here was told he could not find number on remote. Found number and still gave me the wrong battery. Went back in to let him know it did not work, stupid told me I needed to put the key in the lock. An idiot knows if you put a key in the lock it would work. I left unsatisfied knowing I cant reason with a dummy. I went to MY neighborhood autozone where I was treated with the dignity I deserve. The manager looked up the type of battery I needed apologized for the piss poor service I received and promised to make it right. He did. In and out in 5 minutes. He even came out to make sure it worked. Midlothian location needs to take lessons from ALL other locations.
