I called Auto Repairs Plus Tuesday morning when I noticed my tire was flat. I was told that they could see me and have the work done within 1.5 hours. This was good because other places were giving me a 4 hour wait.I was greeted by a friendly and efficient worker. I was told how long the wait would be, the service performed, and the cost. Approximately one hour later I received a text message that my vehicle was ready. I also received a phone call. I was so happy with the professionalism of the company and the work that I later called to inquire about an oil change.Auto Repairs Plus can add me to their list of very satisfied customers.10/26/20 - I scheduled an oil change for 8am today. My vehicle was dropped off at 7:50am. I received a text and email within 2 hours stating my vehicle was ready and listed the items that were inspected as a courtesy.David and Tamara are always a pleasure to speak with. They are cordial, friendly, and professional. Great examples of superb customer service.

Their customer service was great however, I have a problem with people charging me full price for something they technically couldnt do and then they want me to come back and have it done again (paying full price weather it be me or my mechanic) after I fix what hindered them. Im just over everyone and this money chase that their on.

First time in the shop today and it was a great experience - they were trustworthy and honest from the start. They told me that the cause of the noise would not be worth the price of fixing it and was not necessary at my cars age and instead gave me a low cost option to maintain it. They were spot on about the future work I needed and about what was still in good shape. This kind of honesty is such a relief!! They took care of my car within an hour. I will be going to this mechanic for all my car needs in the future.

Had good service here for 10+ years until my last visit. I took my car for an oil change and was told there was a squealing noise that they had looked at whereupon they told me I needed new pads and rotors on the front of the car. FOUR separate mechanics at another shop looked at the car when it had its state inspection and all of them said that there was nothing wrong with the rotors, but that the car would need new pads within 6 months. The only squealing noise I could trace came from a slipping air conditioning beltI dont like not knowing if I can trust them to be honest with me

I took my sons Lexus in for a belt problem and when we got it back it was smoking and no longer heating up to find out they broke a piece on the radiator.And instead of fixing it they charged us for their mistake. Thank u ALL TUNE LUBE... But these is one customer that wont be giving u anymore of our money i would give u a have of star but it wont let me to be clear its for all the games your team played.

Good service, knowledgeable technicians. Watch them like hawks, they will replace/repair anything they can find with the most basic wear. A simple inspection can easily turn into a several hundred to thousand dollar car bill. Failure to notify customers of intentions without request of the customer. Best suggestion, shop around first.

Air conditioner was working perfectly when I had the alternator go out. They needed to take out the Freon in order to move the A/C compressor to access the alternator. When I got my car back the A/C wasnt working. I immediately came back and was told the person that works on A/Cs isnt there and would be back on Monday. I was also told that they didnt do anything to the A/C system. Thats strike 2 because I KNOW thats a lie. After they figured out I knew for a fact that they had to do these things to replace the alternator they did confirm that but then insinuated that it was broke before it was brought there. I told them that it was blowing ice cold air when the alternator went out. Their reply was they dont know that. Then I pointed out that I had already caught them in 1 lie and asked if they were going for 2? After some back and forth they said that they couldnt repair it. When I took it somewhere else they were able to show me where you can see that it had in fact been removed. They never repaired the A/C, apologized or offered any compensation. I will never refer these people or ask them to check the tire pressure.

As always, my vehicle was serviced perfectly & professionally. You can never go wrong w/ Big Dave. I highly recommend to everyone.

Too expensive. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Went in for an inspection and was told I needed $640 of work done. My car was in excellent condition before I took it in. My usual mechanic was on vacation for the holidays but I wished I had waited. I will be taking my car to my usual mechanic to see if the work done is proper. Shop around if you can before using them!!!

It is hard to find a repair shop that you can trust. When you find one you stick with them for a long time and build a relationship. I found this at All Tune & Lube. The Dave are great and want to do honest work so that you do come back and build that relationship.I cant thank them enough for the work they did on my blazer. All of our cars will be going to them and my work trucks.

Ive been bringing my 2002 Chevrolet Express 3500 15 passenger van to All Tune and Lube for 7 years, and would never think about bringing it anywhere else for service. Its had a lot of work done on it over the years, and its a secondary/touring vehicle that I want to have for as long as possible. Big Dave and Dave established a trust upon my first - and recommended - visit in April 2010 that has never waivered. The customer and mechanical service at All Tune and Lube is exceptional.

I first came here because it was the best suggested service garage via Google Maps, but I kept coming here since I kept getting great results. These guys are fast, they dont push you for unnecessary service (but you do get helpful suggestions), and they get the job done.

Been going to All Tune and Lube for the better part of 8 years now and I cannot say enough good things about the place. First and foremost, Dave and Dave are always welcoming, upfront, honest, and direct at all times. They have given me advice on how to proceed with repairs to keep costs down in the future, despite them being able to make money on my lack of knowledge, and on buying a new truck. They take the time to listen to you and your concerns and they do the work right the first time. Paying is easy and the internet notifications are easily setup and the reminders that come to your phone are great.As for the mechanics, I have no complaints. Floor protectors are always used, I’ve never had a grease smear anywhere, and i’ve never had my vehicles smell like cigarettes when they give it back to me. Also, one time while a mechanic was blowing out my injectors, he blew my starter on my 1999 GMC Sonoma on accident. Big Dave heard it and not only picked up the phone and ordered a new one within seconds of the old one blowing, but he ordered a top of the line starter, not the cheapest one to “save”. Big Dave knows the importance of his customers and that they keep him in business and he showed his character in that moment.That’s what kind of people Dave and Dave and all the mechanics are at All Tune and Lube. They’re real, authentic, down to earth, intelligent, and they are really good at what they do. Trust is everything with a mechanic. They treat you how they want to be treated. If I break down somewhere, i’ll intentionally have my vehicle towed to All Tune and Lube, no matter what the distance on the tow. I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at All Tune and Lube. I have rerred them to multiple acquaintenances. Last week they checked my tires and added air at no charge. They have donated a used tire to replace a tire swing at my church. They are skillful and honest. I have never had any surprises.

I have been going to All Tune and Lube for a long time. Today I brought in my vehicle for a state inspection. They shared with me over the phone that everything looked good but the brush guards on my grill needed to be removed to look at the headlights. I was aware that they take them off during the inspection (as they did last year) so I thought nothing of this. Upon receiving the bill All Tune and Lube charged me $40 (a half hour labor) to remove the four bolts (a three minute or less job that I was not charge for last year). I am really disappointed to be ripped off like this. I will not be returning there.

THEY ARE TOTAL RIP OFFS CHARGED ME 599.00 DOLLARS FOR AN EXHAUST PIPE THAT I COULD GET AT ADVANCE AUTO FOR ABOUT 200.00 DOLLARS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM.
