Ive brought my car here 3 times, twice has been overnight. They are friendly and seem honest with fair prices but I cannot give 5 stars because there has been a lack of or no communication on my last two services. No one ever calls to update me on progress all day or tell me my car will be kept overnight. I have to call and hound them for communication on my only source of transportation. Communication means a lot when it comes to providing excellent service.

BEST. MECHANICS. EVER. Especially BMW and Mercedes and Lexus and Accura. Ask for Jay. The service writer and office manager is Jays son, but he knows his stuff. All are very knowledgeable. No more (but many times, much less) expensive than any other good garage, but in any event certainly much less expensive than the dealers. I know of several neighbors and friends who were very happy to discover how competent these folks are with their old and new cars.

Very dependable repair shop. Ive been shopping around in sugar land, Stafford area ( highway-6, highway-59, Grand parkway ). Very reasonable price, provide affordable solution if you choose after market parts ( thats for my car since My car is an Japanese car and is reliable,) even I heard owner is specialized in Germany car, but his experience covers all the major issues as long as your car can run.I think I know some thing about cars as I have an old car and I maintain it carefully myself by all means, but the owner will tell you all you dont know about the cars.I checked out myself some other car shops with good online reviews, but I still stay away from them, and I spend time drop a few lines for this shop, since the owner dont waste time but just tell you the truth about whats wrong with your car.The technician there is also the one most honest and knowledgeable Ive ever met. some other shop may also has good owner, but they may not hire best tech like this shop.( you got to know who is actually handling your car, no matter how nice front man )So if you dont want to go to dealer as your car getting old ( and you already know all dealers trick ). If you are really budget sensitive and still want to keep car running at best, I would suggest you go straight to this shop, if you dont want to go to dealers.

The mechanics have decades of experience working on BMWs as head mechanics of BMW dealerships. They do fantastic work, they do it quickly and they do it at a fraction of the cost. You couldnt ask for better service, it is worth the drive to Richmond.

This place was unbelievable. I have a 2008 650i BMW convertible and the check engine light came on. I left it there and a few hours later, expecting the worse, im told it was a communication error in the system that just needed to be reset. So he reset it and didnt even charge me! Hell of a guy. Ill NEVER go back to the dealership again!!
