Not only did I get great service but the professionals inside told me about my options and future work I could get done later if I wanted to. Everyone inside the shop and out was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my car and tires better. Very honest and straightforward and didnt push for me to spend any more money than I came in being able to afford. I will be returning here!

I had a tire emergency right as this location was closing this past weekend, and the folks here had me back on the road in no time. It was literally the best customer service I have EVER encountered. They were kind, patient, and knowledgeable- truly exemplary service!

My wife was about to go out of town and had a nail in her tire. Bought them from here a year ago with full warranty. Even as busy as they were they took the time to make sure that got the tire fixed and put back on the car. If your looking for good tires and great service I’d highly recommend them.

Recently got a new set of tires and an alignment and they were fantastic. Very communicative during the process and I was even able to add on an inspection after I had already dropped of the car since they had time. Hopefully I wont need tires for awhile but Ill come back when I do.

Came here today and everything was pretty smooth. Jimmy was clear, straight forward, and helpful. I did come here in December with a unpleasant experience but that was on the corporate end. Feel like corporate should have never stopped there shops from installing new tires not purchased from Goodyear to be installed like it used to be. Other than that the a actual staff at this shop is on point.

I was in dire need of getting my truck checked for a problem and to have it serviced. I was working in the area and had not ever been to this location. I took a chance and I was not disappointed. They took the time to listen to the problem I was having and went above and beyond to fix it. The staff was very courteous and attentive. They repaired my truck and helped me out of a jam. This place is awesome! We drove from Chicago to Richmond because we are planning to move and we were house hunting. We noticed our brakes were sounding weird. They fixed them quickly and at a fair price and got us on our way. They are HONEST which is sometimes hard to find. We have 3 older cars and we will be using them again for sure.

I do not post many reviews, but this Goodyear Auto Service store deserves recognition for the way they have treated me and my family. At my last visit, my vehicle was in need of new front rotors and brakes. The estimate I received here was FAR less expensive than what the dealership quoted me. Although dealerships are known for being more expensive, this place did it for about 1/3 the price! That is a tremendous difference in savings!My vehicle was ready in about two hours and passed inspection with no problems. Now my brakes work just as well as the original brakes did when they were on a brand new vehicle purchased from the dealership.The quality of the work here is excellent, and I am happy to do business here again. This place also worked hard to get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner and me feel like they valued my business.Although spending your hard earned money on car repairs is never fun, this place gives very fair prices and does great work. Dollar for dollar, I believe they are one of the best in RVA for both price and quality of work. I will continue doing business here in the future.

Went in to this Goodyear shop for the first time. I saw on the website that they were doing a promotion for free tire rotation with certain oil changes. I don’t use the two oil types that were mentioned, so I asked about synthetic blend. They said they would do the free rotation with the blend, which was awesome. They quoted me two or three hours, and were done in less than two. Dude at the desk was kind and courteous. Will definitely be back!

Great local shop! I had a problem with some Goodyear tires I purchased elsewhere and corporate sent me to this location. Alan the manager was beyond helpful and got me all straightened out. The lady that works up front is super friendly and helpful too. Also the tiny mart next door has an really good beer selection go check it out while you wait!

Scheduled an online appointment for 9 am to get an oil change. It’s 5:41 pm and my car is just going into the garage. This place is a joke. The manager told me the online appointment system doesn’t work. Place is convenient to my home, but this is the last time they get my money.

Saved me over $1000. Took my car to another shop for inspection who wanted to charge me $1200 for repair of emergency brake replacing all parts. Troy and Kari were able to fix/adjust for $165!

I went to the good year to make inspection I was waiting around 3:30 hours for waiting outside then I went back they said to me I have to change my tire before they put the inspection sticker I said to them let me talk with my husband, because we have costco membership card so we want change the tires over there, I will come back so they charge me the inspection fees and they took off my old sticker and they put another one but it is rejection sticker,, really wow, .... !!!!! after that all they makes me wait half hour more to give me the key back,, really they spoiled my day with charge I will never go back to this people and my advice if anybody need to get your service done don’t go there cheaters

Never coming back. This is not the first but SECOND time I’ve been here where I have waited an hour past my appointment time for them to finally take my car back. Both times were just for a simple oil change! STOP BOOKING APPOINTMENTS IF YOU DONT HAVE THE TIME FOR IT. Not only are you making us wait for hours, but I’m sure it’s overwhelming your workers with the amount of work you give them in a days time. Awful.

Best customer service ever!!!! I went to Richmond Bmw to get a nail taken out of my tire ... They told me they cannot fix and run flat! I have to buy a new tire $300.00 so I came to Goodyear off three Chopt rd they fixed it runs perfect and I didn’t even get charged they went above and beyond !!!!

Called to see if they could mount and balance 4. 33 tires since most places apparently cant. They could, but only if I bought the tires from them. Which I already bought tires ahead of time. They are nothing more than sleezy salesmen. They wouldnt do it because I didnt buy overpriced marked up 300% tires from them. Wont ever use them. Never have in the past and sure wont in the future now.

Saw a coupon on the back of a grocery store receipt for an oil change that read $17.xx. Too good to be true. Oil change ended up being $39.xx with a free tire rotation included. I understand that I was using a different oil and there are other fees, etc. that they tack on. However, my tires were NOT rotated. Dont lie to me and say youre going to rotate the tires for free and then not do it. I checked my four wheels when I got home. The one that is scratched (passengers side nearest to the curb) was in the same position as when I pulled up to the shop. Hence, the tires were not rotated. I might as well go to Diffy Lube where at least I can watch them do the work.

So impressed with the staff here! They patched my tire and put it back on the car for no cost. Friendly, quick service as well. Thanks guys!!

Ive been a loyal customer for years, but wont be going back to this Goodyear. They tried to charge me for a bunch of services that I didnt need and took a whole day to get a simple inspection done.

Appointment at 9 for oil change, tire rotation and tire check left front tire. Out shortly after 10. Very courteous and prompt service
