I came home late one night recently and discovered a large amount of anti-freeze coming from underneath my 2017 Buick Encore SUV. I looked online for the nearest Buick service in Richmond and located Jack Burford. I did not buy my Buick from Jack Burford, but drove it early the next morning to their service department to see if they would be able to repair my vehicle. I was met by several service staff who told me they would check my vehicle out if I could leave it for a while. I was concerned because the diagnosis fee could be up to $100.00 plus the cost of parts and labor. Later in the day, a man named Ricky called me at work and told me the water pump needed to be replaced and that all the service work would be covered under the Buick/GM powertrain warranty. Once the repairs were completed, Ricky called again telling me I could pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, I was very happy to see that the total due on my SUV was $0.00. They also did a multi point inspection while they had my vehicle and I did not have to pay a single penny for that as well. Jack Burford serviced a vehicle they did not sell. My vehicle. And that, in my opinion, is customer service 101 and they will be getting all my oil changes and service needs in the future.Glen from Richmond
