Absolutely, positively use Christian Brothers! They were recommended for. Wheel alignment. Sadly they found a bigger issue. After a couple of months of my husband dragging his feet to do the repairs, not only did they honor the earlier quote, they had the truck ready ahead of schedule! I normally hate having to sit with a car/truck waiting for repairs, but this place is so clean and the atmosphere is wonderful. They keep you updated on the progress as the day goes along. Night drop off is very easy, pick up is even better. I love this place and will recommend them over anyone around!! Thank you Christian Brothers for bringing back service that is respected!!

This is completely by far the worst experience I have had so far and it is extremely important for me to share my experience with others not to make a big mistake in the future with this business. I’m going to cut it short because it’s a lot if I’m to saying all that happened exactly. So here is what happened, my check engine light came on and I went to Auto Zone to get a diagnosis and I was shown the problem although the problem might not exactly match what I was told, I then took it to Christian brothers, I was told my car was fixed and then went to pick it up, meanwhile check engine light was still showing, took it back they told me I needed a second key to program the check engine light and that cost me $150 to get a second key,I could not work nor go anywhere and that cost me time and money also. Took it back then was told the mechanic isn’t around to do it, they called me back and told me the guy is back and then I took it back, then was told the system they need to use to verify my ownership of the vehicle is down, how incompetent! Then went back to Auto Zone and did a diagnosis and then still the same engine problem. This business has cost me money, time and stress and if I take it back on Monday and isn’t fixed. I’m taking this business to court and I don’t care how much it would cost me!

I want to give a shout out to Christian Brother Automotive for the prompt repair to my AC evaporator. It was a big job but they completed it on time and on budget (estimate). They even took care of a shifter issue at no additional cost. Thanks again. I will be looking to them for future auto repairs. (It helps that they are the closest shop to my house 😀).

An appointment was easy to make with a number of times offered to meet my schedule. My car was state inspected in a timely manner while I sat outside enjoying the warm sun. The appointment was for 10 AM and I was on my way in less than an hour. The front office is immaculate with staff that are friendly and professional. I will definitely go back if my car needs servicing.

I initially was referred to Christian Brothers for a lug bolt repair and then my brakes needed to be replaced. Once that was completed, the brake booster went bad on the vehicle. Christian Brothers worked with me on providing options to get all the repairs done and save me some money in the long run as well. I love that they have a shuttle service and they brought my car to me once it was repaired. I will not go anywhere else but Christian Brothers. Excellent Customer Service and they really care, it shows from beginning to end!

I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers Automotive and here’s why: I called last minute to get my inspection and not only did they give me more than one option to help me get my car in but they also have a courtesy shuttle if you need a ride. I dropped my car off on my way to work and expected it to be there all day but 2 hours later it was done. When I picked up my car and paid for it, I was given a beautiful rose and was told I hope this brightens the rest of your day. Oh but that’s not all, when I got in my car to leave, there was an ice cold bottle of water (with the Christian Brothers logo) sitting in the cup holder for me. The staff was friendly and the lobby/waiting area was neat and clean. They definitely made a good impression on me and now have a new customer for all of my automotive needs!!

I own a 2000 Volvo with 127000 miles. They care for my car with professionalism and honesty. When they repaired my AC I knew it would be done with the highest quality work and I would not be charged for unnecessary work. I have recommended their services to my friends and family.

Scheduled service for break issues. Car was dropped off at 7:30A per request and was told that if it needed a brake job that work would be completed same day. Also needed a state inspection.I called Ashley at 3:30P and asked for update and was told that Tech was just starting work. Asked about finishing job same day and was told they were open till 6:00P so “not a problem”. At 4:30P received text message requesting authorization to complete rear brake job and “parts have been ordered”. I called again to confirm same day completion as I had been promised and this time told by Ashley that they would need my car overnight and would complete job tomorrow. I reminded her I needed car done today as promised and agreed and was told work could not be completed same day.This entire transaction seemed to be a well-orchestrated maneuver to not lose a lucrative brake job while “fitting in my work” into a previously booked schedule. Had I been told this up front I would not have agreed as I needed my vehicle for travel the next day. Extremely poor service process. Would not recommend using this automotive repair service!

Required extensive effort to replace AC evaporator. When they ran into problems getting system recalibrated, they continued to work on it until resolved. It took much longer than expected, but they only charged for the initial repair and even got me a rental car until everything was completed.

They did not try to push for any extra sales and only told me what needed to be said regarding the car. Check engine went on called Christian Brothers and scheduled appt for the next day. Dropped off car and was given ride home. Received diagnostic and I authorized repairs. Received call from Chris telling me they were bringing the car to me. When he arrived gave me a printout of what was done and things that need to be done in the future. From there out I was able to know what was happening and when it was happening via txt messages, a service I love. After they inspected my car they sent a full report on what needed attention now and in the future. Then I was able to select the services I wanted and the repairs were made. Took my brother’s car in for inspection, tire rotation and an oil change. I got the date wrong and came in a day early. They let me leave the car there and did a wonderful job and made sure I was updated on what was going on with the car. I love how they texted me to let me know my car was beginning to get worked on, when it finished and they even sent me an overall evaluation on what they checked and what they think will need a look at later on. Everyone there was super sweet and I plan on having my whole family going there for all of our car inspections and what not from now on. 10/10

Christian Brothers is one of the best places to take your vehicle to get it worked on. Driven by customer service and transparency, I never have to wonder if I can trust the folks over there. Great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive! I decided to try this company with an inspection to one of my cars by researching auto businesses online. It was a great experience upon arrival from the start offering you a coffee or bottlers water. I found out they offer pickup to and from your location for serving your vehicle, and such a great extra service to offer especially since it’s the CoViD-19 era going on. Clean and pleasant ride with drivers. I had my devices done and great prices for what was done. The mechanics are respectful with your vehicle.I was so impressed that I took my second vehicle in for inspection and others issues like an engine light. They were able to pinpoint the problems via diagnostics testing and fixed the issues I had and it was other things I needed like state inspection, oil change and the issues I had, and they had all finished in less than a days time. This included ordering OEM parts. When I was about the leave one of the employees at the front handed me a rose (yes, I’m female) with saying “hope this rose makes your day”. Thanks to him and the whole front end, and to the mechanic doing all the hard work on my vehicle. I would also like to add, they have one of the most impressive bays with everything in order and with safety being definitely OSHA (I’m OSHA certified) compliant I’ve ever seen. Oh and one last thing.. thanks for the bottled water that you left in the cup order for me in my ride home! This is a jewel in the making of a company they have thought of everything. Also emails, text messaging and calls have the most detailed specifics/communications on your vehicle I’ve ever seen by a business.Thanks all!

My daughter had a slow leak in one of her tires and we finally realized it was because of a screw in the tire. We realized this at 4.45pm on a Monday. I called around to a few big tire places to see if they could patch it right then before they closed at 7:00pm. No luck. Christian Brothers offered to do it right then, and they close at 6:00pm. Its increasingly uncommon to be able to get ANYTHING done on a car right away - I was amazed, and will take her car back for bigger issues which I expect will involve scheduling an appointment. Their friendly, time-saving service on this very minor repair won me over.

This was the best experience I have every had with taking my vehicle in for service. Unfortunately due to misfires and engine issues with my vehicle before I brought it to Christian Brothers, our vehicle had to be there for just over 5 weeks. Other shops were unable to find what was causing the issue, but they found it and took care of it. During that whole time Chris stayed in touch with us and kept us informed about everything that was happening. He was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this automotive shop to anyone who needs service on their vehicle!!

Let me start off by saying that I am very picky about my auto mechanics and have only had a few over the years. Most of my mechanics have been one to two man shops with decades of experience. I do most of my own work but I do need routine inspections and the occasional recommendation. I recently moved so my last mechanic became too far a drive so I decided to give this shop a try.I have only dropped my cars in for inspection so far, but there customer service and attention to details has been excellent. They bring everything to your attention and provide quotes with pictures for everything they find. They also send text and emails with status updates. This is a nice change of pace as most shops dont communicate well and you have to go by their word alone when they say something is wrong.I never take any shop up on their recommended actions so those options can be slightly annoying for me to see on the report. BUT for the normal person who doesnt do their own work, only has one car, and just want a reliable vehicle those services may be worthwhile.The jury is still out on repair work quality since I have not used them for anything major yet (fingers crossed I wont need to use them for a while), but I wont have any hesitation giving them a shot given my past experiences.Kudos to them for challenging the status quo and for caring about their customers. Just make sure the shop doesnt change and give off a commercialized assembly shop feel where all they care about is quantity vs quality. Most people are looking for a shop they can trust with mechanics they know. As long as the repair price is within the ballpark then people will keep coming back.

The attention to the customer and the communication is far above any other auto service experience that I have had. Communicating directly with the owner ensures confidence that the services will be done correctly and promptly. The competition should be concerned!

We started taking our vehicles here at the suggestion of a friend. Today cemented our business staying with Christian Brothers. We had an estimate from them to do some repairs that totaled over $800. When I was checking out today I was told the cost would be a bit over $500. The lady at the front explained that she was able to find the exact part we needed instead of the whole assembly that had been originally quoted. She could have EASILY changed us what was originally quoted and we would have been none the wiser. Honesty gets my business every time.

I have had a few services performed at Christian Brothers and I highly recommend them. They have replaced my brakes, replaced the transmission (the mechanic is the person who found that there was a code for the transmission and informed me), wheel alignment, and my inspection. All services have been completed quickly and with a high level of skill. The employees and owner go out of their way to be helpful, even bringing me to work and the car rental place in the shuttle they have.

Quick, efficient service and car repair, competitive prices. I like that they shuttled me home and helped me move my car seat, everyone was nice and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond! There was one problem with the initial repair that they fixed immediately and everything is working perfectly now. Will definitely return and recommend others!

They took care of my 4-Runner in an extremely efficient manner. My A/C had decreased cold air flow and they fixed it that day. The cost was less than any other place I called and they even put a cold bottle of water in my car after. There is never a good time to be stranded, but even less so in another state, over a federal holiday! CB coordinated with our home CB location, and took care of our vehicle with a minimum of inconvenience to our travel plans. WOW! This place is literally worth all 5 stars. From start to finish, my experience with them was excellent. I was welcomed kindly, offered a cup of coffee (brought to me on a serving tray by the owner himself), spent my waiting time in a comfortable and beautiful waiting area with Christian music playing, and when I was done I was handed roses and my car was pulled up to the door with a bottle of water in the cup holder! Whaaaat?? I will definitely be coming back. They went above and beyond in every area. They even did a courtesy once-over of my car after my oil change and listed potential trouble spots and future needs on my invoice so I was aware before any trouble happened. I will be recommending them to all my friends!

This car shop is unlike any other I have ever been to before. The customer service here is not to be compared to anywhere else. I am glad this business exemplifies the name of Christ with the Christian radio station and Bibles inside the waiting area, the snacks and drinks they offer every time you walk inside the lobby. I have taken my vehicle twice here and both times when i was ready to leave, my car was waiting for me right outside the door with the car running, and a cold water bottle in my cup holder. I love the oil change program that lets you get a 4th one free(no other place i know does that unless you pay for some expensive membership when you purchase a vehicle from a dealership). I had to take my daughters with me one of those times and they offered them juice boxes and snacks, and they offered me water or even a soda/coffee if i recall. No other place offers you nor your kids anything! This business sure knows hos to serve their customers like Christ served us. Well done. I have recommended this business to my family!

I took my car to them for a state inspection. They messaged me that I had a light out and asked if I would like them to replace it. I told them to go ahead and fail the inspection, I would replace the light myself more cheaply and bring it back to them. They went ahead and replaced the light at no cost to me so I didnt have to bring it back saving us all the hassle. Grade A service!

Went to Christian Bros. primarily because of the stellar reviews. My experience, however, was nothing more than average. Took my car in today for an oil change and state inspection. I called a day ahead to schedule and they told me they had availability this morning at 10. I dropped my car off at 9:30 AM and did not hear anything from them until I made my own phone call checking in at 3:30PM. At which time they told me that they had not even started on my car. They called me back around 5:00PM to tell me that my car had failed inspection partially due to tires that are less than two years old. Of course, I took the car to the shop that had put on the tires and they disagreed with Christian Bros’ diagnosis. All in all, same old experience of a mechanic keeping your vehicle all day for no reason and slapping you with an $800 estimate. I will continue to search for a decent mechanic shop. Easier said than done.

I love taking my vehicles here because I know they will do a great job. I know my teen daughter will be driving in a safe vehicle because they treat us like family. Thank you for always taking care of us

I had a phenomenal experience with Christian Brothers! They diagnosed and fixed my car quickly. Their customer service is way beyond anything I have ever experienced at a car repair shop. I highly recommend Christian Brothers!

Will never use them again.Took my vehicle in for an annual VA inspection -- was told on the phone I needed ~$1700 in repairs to pass; when I was given an itemized estimate it was about $3000 higher than what I was told on the phone. I declined the work, picked my car up and it was now making a loud metallic grinding sound from the rear wheels. Took it right back to them -- and to their credit they fixed it in 5 minutes but apparently it was due to the fact that something was incorrectly replaced when they put things back together after the inspection.Took my car down the street to a very reputable shop the next day and they passed it and stated that none of the issues Christian Brothers identified were real issues. The shop is owned by military veterans and is very well regarded for the quality of their work so I do not doubt the integrity of their inspection results.My next door neighbor had the same experience at Christian Brothers about 6 months prior -- her car failed inspection, she was quoted $1500+ to pass, she immediately went to another shop that passed her and stated that none of what Christian Bros found was real. I didnt learn this until I told her about my experience yesterday.

During my auto-repairs, Christian Brothers Automotive went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. I received shuttles to and from work during the process. Their hospitality is absolutely OUTSTANDING. Thank you again Hampton, Aaron, and staff for your exceptional service!

Never been to a place that is so transparent with all their prices. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They kept checking in on us and asking if you want anything – snacks, water, & even juice box for my three-year-old. Didn’t use their free shuttle service this time but definitely will schedule work differently now that I know.

I own a 2008 Honda Accord. I called for an estimate to replace the timing belt and water pump. Told the lady I had the parts and just wanted a labor estimate. After telling they dont really like customers bringing their parts... she quoted me over a $1,000 just for the labor. Two other shops I called on quoted me under $500 for the same job/labor. Ill never use these people; I cant speak for the quality of their work or attitude; I just know theyre way too expensive...UPDATE! The day after the above review, Hampton (Christian Bros. owner) called me and left me a message. He said the $1,000 estimate was misquoted and there was a written estimate on my work for about $650.00 instead of the $1,000 I had been told. He also went to explain to me that using their parts is the only way they can give people a warranty on their work. This all makes sense. Personally I just dont like it when repair shops jack up the price on parts... Why? They just pick up the phone and order them... why does that equate to a 20% to 50% price hike on those parts??? I would rather them let me bring my parts with the understanding there would be no warranty on those parts and work done. Well, in any case... the fact that this owner actually called me and left a message explaining what happened says a lot about how much he cares about his business. He obviously pays close attention to these reviews and takes them seriously. I have no intention to damage the reputation of a business that I have not actually used. Therefore, I am changing my initial 3 star recommendation to 4 stars. I will reserve the 5th star for the time when one day I actually use their services and then have more data to rely upon for my complete star rating. For the record, this is the only business Ive come across that offers you a ride home while your car is being worked on... very unusual and pleasant.2ND UPDATE! Perseverance pays off. The owner (Hampton) contacted me again after the first update still seeking the opportunity to serve my automotive needs and prove that his shop deserves that 5 star rating. Again, I must disclose that I have not yet used their services but the owners insistence in pursuing that 5th star tells me hes very driven and detailed in the service he provides. This is extremely unusual folks. Lets face it; most owners dont really care much what is said on the internet about their business. Therefore, I am giving this owner that much coveted 5th star.

The customer service is excellent.(5 star) when I arrived I was greeted by the mechanic and Aaron, Aaron was the receptionist.he offered me a fresh hot cup of coffee while I wait. Christian Brothers was recommended to me by Ann Paige from CarMax I usually to take my car to CarMax to be serviced but they was full that day so I went to Christian Brothers on recommendation for my regular schedule service which includes tire rotation oil change and fluid top off, I didnt receive that. what I got was an oil change and my light replaced . after my car was serviced, they brought my car around and inside my car was two coasters for my cup holders a bottle of water with Christian brothers name on it and a fresh cut yellow rose. I didnt get what I actually went for but you cant get better customer service than Christian Brothers. By the way its a Christian atmosphere the music anyway

Christian Brothers Auto Garage has changed the way I will do my car servicing. After losing trust with my previous go-to shop, out of the blue a friend shared the experience he had with Christian Brothers. I was curious. I had two maintenance issues I didn’t have the tools to do, and a Check Engine light whose code I had no experience with. My go-to shop gave me an estimate that could have purchased a decent used car. I was about to bite the bullet and let them do it, but they let my car alone on my appointment day and for several days later. Never called. Finally I did, and they told me they were so busy I’d have to reschedule a week later. Not too hot. So I took it to the Brothers.Do you wanna blow your car-servicing mind? They have totally changed the service paradigm – and they are about the best well-kept secret out there. There are so many of us who have been ripped off, taken advantage of, or outright lied to by car shops that Christian Brothers can conquer the market! They are kind to a fault. Their prices are super-reasonable. Pastors, military, first responders, and teachers receive a 10% discount. They know what car shops have forgotten: it’s not just the car, but the customer who is serviced. I just got back from their impeccable shop. Their waiting room is cozier than my living room. I noticed pulling in there were two classic cars in their bays. Dan behind the computer asked if I’d like to see ‘em. I don’t remember any other shop ever doing that! But the best part: Donnie explained to me - who speaks little “car” – what the Check Engine light was all about (it mostly only indirectly has to do with the engine!) And he gave me a plan to consider. I left with a smile. They have changed the paradigm of car servicing.

Christian Brothers Automotive is a new automotive service in our community that goes above and beyond ordinary service to accommodate their customers. They do excellent work, are congenial and will help any way they can. They have a shuttle service for those that live near by that have only one car. You have to enter their place through Aldis parking lot but you will be glad you did!

They got me in immediate for a state inspection (the last day of the month!). When I called to ask if they had time to do it today, the fantastic CSR asked me how soon I planned to be there...I drove right over and they took my car back right away.Flawless customer service, I waited maybe 30-45 minutes total, my car was pulled to the door and waiting for me, cold bottle of water, and a gorgeous longstem yellow rose.My mom gets free inspections from her dealership but she will be going here instead because of my referral.Very impressed...and Ive only ever dated mechanics 😂 I will be coming back!
