Very rude person answering the phone. She said I had to be to her office by 6:00 same day and pay $600.I explained I had been in a terrible accident, unable to drive and my car was totalled. They are in the bay area and Im in the Sacramento area. Can we do this thru the mail. She said no. I also told her this car was stolen and I had reported it to the police my insurance company and DMV. She still was not going to work with me. Now shes trying to slap a Lien on me. I thought when you file a notice of non liability on the vehicle. You were no longer responsible.

The absolute worst experience of my life. they need an entirely new staff of people. these people are rude and disrespectful and one of the tow truck drivers almost hit my car and didnt even blink an eye or even bothered to apologize. i think its best for everyone if they just closed that tow yard down or like i said, hire a completely new staff

Worked with Mario and another fella (cannot pronounce, much less spell his name- from Hungry with a Minnesota accent) both great guys, really helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to get our tractor to safety. Mario stayed with us until he knew we were good to go and (Hungry) was really friendly during the tow.Need more people like them, not only good workers but good people.

In short. They are short tempered and inhuman.My wife and sister went to pick up car around 09:30.They got attended @10:30 imagine having 3 kids at home and waiting on them for so long.And when there is no good t mobile signal service i reached on location and i asked front guy why that much time he started talking rude and told me to go out and then i will process the work. After attending so bad i called police and they are laughing and they locked us down and told why police. Later police came and then we are able to go from there.

I needed a tow and called AAA. Paul came all the way from Richmond at 8:00pm to help me! I cant say enough great things about him!! He was professional, courteous and an all around great guy. Was able to get my large truck an me home safe and sound!!I recommend him very highly and wish they had more stars for me to give Paul!!Thank you!!

They were wonderful! We had a few vehicles break down in 2 weeks at my work and they (especially James) were awesome. Thank you.

Gave me very rude and garbage service when I tried getting information about my towed car. They didn’t send out a notice so I didn’t know my car was towed and now have hundreds of dollars in fees.

It was quick and easy transactions but it was my stolen car retrieved; there was no sympathy or a way to have a solution for a broke person.

Quite frankly thee rudest people I have interacted with. Every question I had was met with defensiveness and attitude. My very presence (as the only customer there) was such a burden to them. Even on the phone, they were rude and impatient.

Fantastic. That sums it up. I was on a road trip with the kids from Los Angeles and flat tire on 80. One Call and they were there to get us back on the road! Thanks Again and sorry that the kids were a bit excited to see you arrive! LOL

Called up for an estimate on Towing a simple job. $200 an hour 3 hour minimum to go 15 miles what I paid for Bridge toll I have flexible time not like I was in a rush but Im not stupid it sounds like somebody didnt want to go to work

Very dirty place, and very expensive, I just paid more than 720 dollars for a despicable service, without any attention, the attendant attending 5 people and the phone at the same time ... at last I hated the service and the place I had a long wait a Big loss to my day!
