Awesome service, very friendly & great prices! Been to other places in Richmond for used tires and this spot is the cheapest and good used tires. Shout out to Steve..he is a great guy and will even work with you on prices. Great group of guys he has working there too.

This is the second time Ive gotten tires here. The service both times has been fantastic, and the prices are more than fair. The fellas even stayed late to make sure I got my tires on before the weekend, accommodating my work schedule. In addition to this, my friends that have came here in the past have also been treated well. As long as I live in Richmond, this is the only place Ill buy tires.

Amazing nice people, easy to talk too, dont make you feel like an idiot or play games with you because you dont know enough about cars. By far the best auto service Ive ever received.

Ive been there twice and gotten fantastic service both times. The first time I lost a brake line. The got it fixed that day for about $100 (less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere). The second time, I had a tire go out on me and, after putting on the spare, the car wouldnt start. Called University Tire and they immediately told me, for free, that my make and model has a fuel pump cut off mechanism in the trunk that had been triggered by the impact of the tire blowing and that all I had to do was hit the reset button. Then I brought the car to them to replace the tire and they got me going for under $40 in under an hour. Absolutely fantastic.

Always great and 95% of the time very quick service..but he does get busy.

My 2001 ford f150 had a bad wheel bearing I was 143 miles from home had me in and out like we were old friends. In less then an hour and I was on my way home. Thanks guys so much.

An overheated radiator. Steve tested & told me, at ZERO Cost, that I need to start by replacing my radiator cap. Then, if the problem is still there, COME BACK. And he just did it. Didnt charge me. This KY Colonel (doing things in good-faith) said for me to adhere to the GoldenRule. And, so, I decided to PayItFwd.

Excellent service, experienced employees and timely service. They are busy all the time but made time for my emergency.

Was driving from Tennessee top Indians when my muffler began to get louder and louder. I stopped to get it checked out. They looked at it idemiately. Told me it was nothing serious, and showed new what woud need to be fixed when I got to my destination. I was back on the road in 5 min!

Pretty reliable at first, just had one problem when they put a new water pump on and the pulley fell off a few weeks later and they wouldnt replace, I had to pay to have it fixed, but decent fellas I guess.
