Car was sick, they took care of it.Now its almost all better. Still has some issues that need fixing and Im am going back because they are good and fair priced.I found them to be very honest with their assessments as well.

Katy Auto Center and its owners are absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional, and timely communication. I had my car repaired after an accident, and for a reasonable price compared to quotes from several other auto shops, the quality of the paint and body work was way beyond what I expected. My car was totaled in a 4 car collision i had no hope of it being recovered but i took a chance. This was the first and only shop I looked at and i’m so glad i did. Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable with what could’ve been a long and horrible process. I got a good estimate, the price was well within range. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and that my car was PERFECT.

My car was scratched by an old lady, Katy Auto Center kindly offer the lowest price for the painting job with the high quality. When the old lady went there to pay, she was impressed by the quality and price, and she scheduled a repair job for her own car, too!The managers were very polite and communication was smooth.

My car was hit and I used Katy Auto Center to repair. They took care everything including contacting the insurance company and adjuster. They offer loaner or rental car if its available for customer convenience. Ive been using them for my car maintenance and repair and are very satisfied with their service. Most importantly they are very honest and the price is very reasonable.

When I was straggling to negotiate with the car insurance company, they helped me to figure out all the problem that I considered: they gave me a very reasonable price, and picked me up for free. additionally, fixed some scratches on my car for free as well ! This is the best auto body shop around town. They are very honest, do great work and give you very reasonable quotes. I damaged my front bumper and needed a repair. Normally any other body shop would have just order parts and replace it but that would have doubled the price. They not only did a fabulous job of repairing it but also got my car back to me in 2 days with a complete car wash. I can’t even tell where I had the damage. Highly recommend them!

Excellent paint job on a 2009 Toyota Corolla, the car looks brand new. They even cleaned up the fogged headlights. I couldnt have gotten a better paint job. No over spray anywhere and a deep rich look to the paint at a great price. Ill definitely be coming back here to have my Tacoma painted in the future.

Excellent paint job on my 2016 Mercedes-Benz SUV at a great price. Whole body of my car had a lot of dents by big hails and some collisions. After painting, the car looks brand new. They were very patient on handling my insurance and car rental, took a lot time dealing with the insurance estimator. Just before picking up my car, I got the renew register notice, they finished annual inspection very soon before my arriving, .Ill definitely be coming back here if my other cars have problem in the future.

This is a great auto center to take care your vehicles. It provides complete auto services including mechanical repair, body work & paint, state inspection and more. The owner of the shop is very nice and thoughtful. As always, she shows great enthusiasm and lets the customers feel warmly welcome at any time. The stuffs in the auto-care center are highly skillful with professionalism.Recently my vehicle got stuck in a park & ride garage in the early morning. When I parked the vehicle into the parking space, it got malfunctioning and the regular brake failed to stop its moving. So I had to use the emergency brake to stop moving. I thought it could be a transmission issue. With anxiety, I contacted Grace, the auto center owner to arrange towing the vehicle to her shop for repair. Although it was at early morning and far from the opening time of the auto shop, she responded quickly and went to the site for inspection. Then she promised to take care everything and let me go to work without worry. Later, with the help of another technician, she got my vehicle moved to her auto shop and saved a towing fee for me. By diagnostic test, they found the root cause of the problem and fixed the vehicle on the same day. Since that time, my vehicle has been running smoothly with no more issues.I really appreciate the owner was so thoughtful and saved money and time for me to resolve the vehicle issue. I am fully satisfied by all the services I have received from this auto care center. It is highly recommended to use this auto shop as your auto repair center.

This was my first visit here. We went to Complete Auto Care from Cypress (based on our friends recommendation) to have an oil change, body and paint work, and repair of the power door on my wifes van.When we got there we were welcomed from the owners John and Hua. I told them what we needed, and after a few questions John worked up a quote and an estimated time to completion. He gave us a fair price and even offered a loaner car since it was going to be a few days to repair it.The van was ready the original day the told us. We got there and everything was done and looked and functioned great. We will definitely be back.A+ highly recommend.
