I love the selection Target has and the ease of shopping. Its always clean and I find the best stuff to decorate my house in the Chip and Joanna Gaines Section!

It was very easy to place an order online and pick up in store. I ordered two packs of playing cards, along with four box games, and I was please that one deck of cards was blue and the other red, since I could find no way to specify color when ordering online. Thats exactly what I was hoping for.

This is a solid Target store. Great selection of products, clean, well laid out. Good grocery area and some excellent deals.

Overall a decent branch.I tried to buy a belkin charger but no one was attending the electronics store for at least an hour. Asked some ppl in red but got ignored. That hurt my feelings man. That $100 that you guys don’t care about but should’ve got is now in Amazon…

I stopped by this afternoon to pick up a few things that I had forgotten and needed to get before heading on to check into the hotel. We walked around the store but needed help with locating a few of the items. There was a red shirt worker who promptly helped us to locate the item. We had a few issues trying to check out with the new Target check out system, but cashier was efficient and professional and helping us to get past the check out process.

Went to checkout and the only form of cc payment they accept is chip, no option for swiping, no possible way to enter it manually. Ive never experienced that anywhere before and honestly have trouble believing that. The teller called over a manager who offered no assistance whatsoever. She stared at the card reader, shrugs and goes Maybe its time you get a new card ahaha. Yeah Ill do that and Ill shop somewhere else.

In all my years of going to Target, I have had very few negative instances. I usually get good to great service, and their products are fantastic. I enjoy the whole shopping experience!

Clean, well organized with quality products at good prices. And, last but certainly not least, nice employees. My only problem with this Target is that frequently items are not restocked and there are gaping spaces on the shelves. I have had to go elsewhere for what I needed. I wish the store was better stocked.

Target started the Halloween season. I visited yesterday and they have a lot of nice decorations and toys for kids. I loved some necklaces with led ligts, yiu can choose between 3 different flashing. And is just for a dollar. I love them....

I attempted to buy a Starbucks drink and was overruled by the barista several times because he felt in my drink would be too sugary. I explained to him that I’ve been drinking the same thing twice a day for over 10 years and it would be fine. He continued to be obsessed with the amount of sugar I was putting in a drink that I was paying for that he wasn’t going to have and I ended up leaving without buying a drink. I will never be back to this target or Starbucks. I was paying for a drink that I was going to have. I was not paying for someone to criticize my taste taste in beverages.

It was easy and convenient to pick up at Target. I had never done pickup at Target especially since COVID-19. I went into the store a couple of times (right before school began) but again it is hard to social distance and I just didnt feel comfortable. The opportunity to be able to pick up my item while staying in my car was amazing. Thank you

Its incredibly difficult to get any department on the phone. When I finally got in touch with a team member, a young lady at the guest services desk, I was told our store is too busy right now to take calls over the phone. Im appalled that an employee would make such a statement to a customer! I never could get assistance so instead I just ordered the item from Amazon. Your loss Target!

This is a wonderful store with fabulous employees today I shopped until I dropped literally. I passed out at the register and they were so helpful and kind to me! I cant remember their names it was 2 Security guards and a redhead that was very sweet a few more people helped me. Thank you for walking me to the car and your dedication to the store and putting your customers first!

This Target in RVA is Phenomenal and the Great Guest Service experience from Val, Guyana, Micha, Chris, Matthew, Vonda, Tupper and Brian in Electronics are great! I spend too much money in Target, lol, however at least I know Target recognize their outstanding associates and employees. Whenever I have a problem or issue at this Target I know that Val, Guyana, Micha and Chris will assist me! Im my humble opinion They (Val, Guyana, Micha and Chris)are truly the GOATS of Target and other retail stores!!!!!

Target Optical- I purchased two pair of glasses. One failed the 2 foot drop test. Cheap quality frames. In future Ill continue to go to my regular optometrist, Patterson Eye Clinic

Saw people without face coverings, watched as security didnt say anything. Abandoned my shopping cart and left after seeing that. How many more people need to die before this starts being taken seriously. According to my credit card is spent over $10,000 pretty much exclusively at this location last year. I wont be giving target or this store anymore of my money since they could care less about the health of myself, my family, and other customers.

I was followed by a young lady with dark hair on the security team the whole time I was in the store shopping with my sister and niece. Everywhere I turned she was there staring, as we walk to the front she does as well and stands at self checkout, when I checkout I’m approached by a young man while she stood beside him and watched. I was told to open my bucket that I purchased to make sure I didn’t put anything in it. He only checked 1 bucket was I had 2 . I didn’t appreciate being followed. I understand security doing their job because I am a licensed security officer but you are supposed to patrol the store and not just me!

Literally a 100 person line well into the heart of the store with staff standing around self checkout, and no other way to expedite.Absolute trash service.

The products are quality, the location is convenient and there is a wide selection of products to choose from.

I Ordered a printer via the Target app a couple of days ago. I received notification earlier today that the item was ready for pick up at Target Richmond Central. When I arrived to pick up the item, I used the app and one of the employees’ walked to my car and handed me the item. The condition of the box was horrible. My gut was telling me not to accept it, but I did. Before I left, I took photographs of the boxed item in front of the store. When I got back to school, I connected it and immediately after powering up, error code 6591appeared. I powered it down, unplugged, replugged and powered up multiple times with no success . I drove back to Target Richmond Central earlier tonight about 7:18pm eastern standard time. I went to the returns section, showed the gentleman the receipt from within the Target app and explained the issue. After spending nearly 15-20 minutes, Employee T1018 who identified himself as a manager told me that he couldn’t accept the return and I would have to wait a couple of days. Does that make sense? I paid for an item, the store gave me a defective product and now they’re refusing to take it back and process the refund?What’s the purpose of having a return policy?When I told the employee that I reside in NY, he told me to take it to a Target store in NY. Does that make sense? What is going on here at Target Richmond Central?After wasting my time at the store, I asked for a manager. An employee by the name of “Brett” identified himself as a manager, I once again explained the issue, showed him the receipt. I advised him that if there was a problem, call American Express since the item was purchased with an Amex card. After several minutes. Brett issued the refund.Lesson learned: 1. If a boxed item is in horrible condition, don’t accept it from any Target employee.2. If you can’t get your issue resolved, seek a manager immediately.Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Richmond Central. Never again.

Very disappointed in Target. Target has let me down by not having 2/3 items I shopped here for. If I would have chosen a staples, I would have gotten what I needed before they closed on Sunday evening.

The store manager and staff are doing an excellent job of making the store a safe place to shop during this time when so many of us are concerned about transmission of Covid-19. They provide baskets that have been wiped clean; they wear masks; they clean self-checkout places after each use; and they are unfailingly pleasant.

I have always had a great experience at this target except for today. All of the guests advocates are very friendly & helpful & I was taken aback when my experience was completely out of the ordinary. I was “greeted” with an aggressive tone and raised voice coming from cashier Kathy. Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for and I felt as though she was patronizing me and my partner as if we were doing something wrong. I left in a bad mood and I was disappointed to see one of Target’s team members acting in such a manner. Overall, this store is great but this one team member has ruined my experience.

Love Target but not today at this one 20 people waiting in line to check out. Only a couple registers open I saw many Target employees wandering around stocking shelves. Woukd make more sense to ooen registers and get people out of the store especially during Covid.

I love Target as a whole but this particular location has a propensity to being picked clean of the most interesting merchandise, and quickly. If you compare this to some of the other local area Target stores, youll see that a supply of new and shiny [whatever product] will deplete almost instantly in this space, which makes it less reliable for obtaining many of the weekly sale items or even just newly released stock. But I give especial praise to the well-stocked grocery department at this location which some of the others are lacking, so its a bit of a toss-up.

Helpful staff, always organized

I receive the worse customer service from this Target, the manager I spoke to tonight was rude and argue back. There was a box of blanket that she displayed herself and posted a wrong sign under it. Once I told her she quickly ran to change it! How embarrassing and did not even honor the price like other retail stores.

Its simple and easy to have it ready for me when I get to the store. I like going into the store, but I hate having to search for one-off things like the sheet I ordered. Its nice that they find it for me and I can just grab it.

While I appreciate all of the covid related precautions, I dont understand why every time I go in they have only 2 or 3 in person check out lanes open and there is a 15 min wait.

I absolutely LOVE the products that Target offers. Literally, other than the grocery store Target is the only place that I shop. I cant get enough of it. Target always has everything that I need and the service is almost always a 10 out of 10.

Not really happy with Target right now when I went in last Friday the sign at customer service read will be resuming Refunds on April 26, 2020, But today I go in and the sign now reads they are not resuming Refunds until tomorrow April 27, 2020 I drove all that way for no reason twice, if they werent going to restart refunds until the 27th that should have been stated the first time and they dont have their on line chat up either! NOT REALLY HAPPY I HAVE TO GO BACK THERE AGAIN!

I found the there everything I needed for my home, mens womens and kids wear. Different brands come with many different sizes, recent fashion and many trendy stuff, reasonable and competitive price. Returning is as easy as one can expect.

The line to check out was so long. The line was all the way at the back of the store. It would of probably been a 1-2 hour wait to check out. It was probably 100 people waiting in line to check out.

A typical Richmond Target, in a convenient location. Long lines, entitled customers, and not many friendly employees. This location used to be better and has sadly declined. Tried buying something with a target gift card on my phone and the CSR had never seen one, so (even after the payment went through) she tried keeping my things and was rude because she didnt believe that it had worked. I only use this Target if I absolutely have to, but any of the other locations would be worth going to over this one.

I realized at 3:57 am that i forgot to purchase a black and white dress. I had to find one very last minute and retail stores are closed and I had to work so I wouldnt have had time to go in stores to purchase one in time. I searched so many stores online...it seemed black and white was not in season...i gave on line 1 more try...Target...i guess i saved the best for last...Target saved my family portraits. My family and i were all (including my baby)able to wear black and white for the picture...being that it was 4 am, i was worried i didnt think the dress was goin to actually be ready for pick up within 2 hours of opening...but it was....THANK GOD FOR TARGET!!!!!

Almost got ripped-off on the managements abandonment of price matching policy at this location. I wanted to price match a gaming mouse to an identical, in-stock model on Amazon that was about $25 dollars cheaper. So I checked all of Targets policies and limitations on price matching -- qualified retailer, check; in-stock online, check; etc. etc.So I was fairly confident when I get to the register and the manager comes over to do the price-match and says They are unable to price match because the item would not ship today. This struck me as odd b/c according to Target policy you can actually bring back a receipt any time within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund for a lower price difference, so why would it matter if the item didnt ship today?I didnt buy it, but went home and contacted Target Corporate Twitter, and sure enough, the item was eligible for price matching!! So either management HAD NO CLUE what the corporate policy was or was deliberately & maliciously trying to prevent people from using price-matching program!

This is a pretty decent target. I think is my favorite in richmond metro area. There are barely any lines on the self check out. The clothing selection on the Who Wear What collection is great. I think the beauty section is often disorganized at times dirty. However, their other sections such as groceries and electronics is pretty neat.

Loved the level of customer service. Treated me great from beginning to end. Great job to Jamel and Ben for helping us with the bikes.

The renovation at this location has made it an even better place to shop! Love the convenience of checking out with the Target app too.

Every thing was in order clean and help was there to direct and consult.

Found what I needed within the time I had. The clothing racks were a mess, though. No one was really around their assigned areas. I had to walk into the fitting rooms area by myself. The Starbucks was conveniently open inside the store, which was a bonus.

Have shopped here many, many times but had an extraordinarly bad experience with the manager at this Target over a simple return. Highly recommend that you do not shop here based on that experience.
