Wanted to turn a street sign in to a flag and had no idea where to start. I spoke with someone by phone and sent over an image and they created a layout for me. The firstbwasnt quit what I wanted so a second layout was created and it was perfect. Once approved, an invoice was quickly created so I could pay and production could begin. And this was all done right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Being able to do it all by email made the process so easy. The banner arrived this week and I am so pleased. My boyfriend will definitely be excited!

My banners came out awesome and quick but I accidentally ordered an upgrades heavy duty spike instead of a base. The wording on the website was very odd. Now I have four spikes a regular and two heavy duty. I called to see if I could return the heavy duty spike and was told I have to cover the shipping and I have to pay a 20% restocking fee.Bad service.

I am a volunteer of non-profit academic organization. We bought a flexible retractable banner for our annual symposium. It takes less than 5 min to set up. The hardware is high quality, light weight and small size. Much better than what we bought last year from another vendor. The custom service replies quick. Highly recommended, and plan to buy another one next year.

We purchased some feather flags for outdoor use for our business and the quality was exceptional. We are still using the flags to this day! Lush Banners was very nice throughout the whole process. Since it was my first time ordering a graphic so big, they explained what I needed as far as my design, they helped me pick the right hardware to use outdoors, and they even offered to design for me for free.
