They are a bit expensive and the in-store selections dont price match online deals with is very confusing even if you do curbside. Also some black own products are being limited or not being sold anymore. I also I miss a special type of flat iron thats been discontinued

This is a very small package with a very large selection of hair and skin care products and cater to professionals as well as retail clients. Products include blow dryers curling irons flat irons and other girly products! The staff is always so friendly and helpful its a pleasure to shop there!

The customer servicether was as outstanding as that company has been for over a decade and half. Has everything a gentlemans need may be so very thankful they are there.Thank you so much.

Couldnt find the main thing I went in for cause its still on back order after 2 months but I did find other things I needed

I stopped during a trip to pick up color. Great product selection, awful employees during the time I was there.I was not greeted because they were having personal conversations.I also listened to a conversation between two employees after a customer called with a question and they talked about how stupid the person on the phone was.Two employees also had a personal conversation about what drinks they would have at work while I stood in the middle of them.Absolutely awful customer service. I didnt even need help, but I certainly dont enjoy listening to the employees talk poorly of their customers. Very disappointed.

Great customer service love it, I usually go after the gym with my 16 months daughter we really like the customer service.
