So today me and my best friend walked inside bath and body works when we were greeted with this nice Asian employee! She was telling us about the sales that was going and was having a great costumer service attitude towards everyone.But here why I am giving it a one start review.. I HAD to call corporate and I never called corporate to make a compliment on an assistant manager. This assistant manager made that poor Asian cry and downgraded her because she was helping us out and being friendly and saying that she has seen us before but the assistant manager literally told her to stop doing that. That poor girl head slumped down in depressed mode and apologized than walk to a different costumer to help but wasn’t jolly anymore..oh yeah the assistant manager name was Melody she has platinum hair and had a mean face towards everyone like she hates working there. She was glaring at me and my friend basically every costumer that was waking in today.There was no need for all the “GLARES” she shouldn’t be an assistant manager if she gonna be a dictatorship and making all the employees feel bad! We didn’t even bought stuff there we left to go to the chesterfield bath and body works and they we’re alot more friendly.I wish I had gotten the Asian girl name so I could have told corporate she was a great employee and deserve a raise because Melody shouldn’t had treat her like that in front of everyone.As well not even helping costumer that we’re coming in she was just walking around and glaring.It was such a bad experience I don’t think I be coming back and get treated like that again.I did called corporate and had to tell them what happened I HOPE Melody the assistant manager loose that tittle and learned how to have a proper costumer service!

Sales Associate Vee is the most amazing sales woman Ive seen in a very long time. Very compassionate about the person shes selling her products to and the customers pockets. I wish there were sales women like her everywhere but then again she wouldnt be unique. Thank you for giving me hope back into humanity ❤

I just have to laugh. I was in the store last night around 7:30 and two young girls were working. I wandered the store looking for a few things, and no one asked me if I needed help. So, I thought Id wait and see how long it took. I went back to the plug-ins next to the register and the girls kept saying to each other weve almost made our segment. Just $50 more til weve made our segment! but never even looked at me. I would have spent over $50 too. Ill drive farther for better service next time.

I love its rubbing their customer service is very good they even have my granddaughter the packaging separately just for her make her day happy she was very happy and she loved going again shopping there

The guy working was super nice. It drives me and others I talk to that everytime an amazing product comes out they take it away. Then people take advantage of customers by selling the item on ebay for 6 times the amount it was sold at the store. Im some way its seems like their candle line is taking over the store and effecting their body sprays and lotions. PLEASE BRING BACK FOREVER RED.
