This is the ONE STOP SHOP. This store has everything you need, from great quality hair, huge eyelash selection, press on nails, accessories, great variety of crochet hair and braiding hair. The wigs are up to date and very trendy. I can tell that they do their best to keep everything in stock and their customer service is so pleasing. The owner & manager are such sweet ladies. They will give you the benefit of the doubt unlike other beauty supplies who makes you feel uncomfortable as far as being followed around. They just really go over the top for their customers. And that’s what great customer service is. My point is, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing place! Very friendly people and so helpful, I was able to have all my questions answered. The customer service is great. And I was able to find everything I needed at a good price. I was in and out easily. This will be my new go to place!

The place deserves zero stars. They are now faking reviews. Be aware my black people my sister was racially profiled. I suggest finding another place to go. No one deserves this treatment. You all be warned. Be safe. These people are very aggressive.

The ladies who work at this store are AMAZING, however there is a gentleman who normally works the cashier station, he’s very unpleasant. I won’t be going back there because of his rudeness and unprofessionalism.

This place has lost my business. The usual lady who works here is sweet and never bothers, but the lady working here today, Oct. 8 at 9:30 am is not good for business. Ive been coming here for almost a year now, since it opened near me and Ive never felt harassed or followed like I was today. She followed me around, kept asking me questions as if I didnt understand how to purchase from a beauty supply. The last straw was when she tried to take a wig I was looking at from me to show it to me herself as if I couldnt show it to myself or as if I was going to harm the wig. If I even pick up a wig, that means I am going to buy it. I do not try on in store; I look, find my color and I buy. Please get this lady some customer service training or she will continue to run away customers who have been supporting this business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to CC on Saturday to buy a wig for my mother. The salesperson was sweet and very helpful. We took a couple of options to the counter but decided to only purchase one. We didnt look at the wig as we were walking out because we thought we had been clear about which one we wanted. Fast forward to Sunday night, I take the wig out of the shopping bag and see that its not the wig we wanted to purchase. We either ended up with someone elses item or there had been confusion behind the counter. I checked the receipt to see if we could return or exchange the wig and the receipt is incredibly confusing. It says, No return, no exchange for wigs, jewelry, hair care products, and electrical items. Well, thats pretty much ALL they sell. The second line then says, All return & exchange within 7 calendar days & UNOPENED. We never opened the packaging, the wig was still all wrapped up and sealed just as it came so we stopped by today (Monday) to ask about their return policy. When I went in, the woman behind the counter was very rude and told me No return, no exchange! I explained the situation, that THEY had mistakenly given us the wrong wig and she just repeated, No return, no exchange! At this point, I didnt care I just wanted to buy the correct wig and get out of there. However, knowing we didnt need or want the wig I told her that she could keep it and we would just purchase the correct one. She started to get belligerent and loud, No return, no exchange! I again explained, Maam, this wig is unopened and we dont want it. You can sell it to someone else or use it as a sample but were never going to use it and we would just throw it away which is wasteful. She just kept yelling No maam! Take it! I was trying to be nice and this woman was so incredibly rude. After trying to explain several times that I didnt think the wig should go to waste, I got tired of repeating myself and chose to spend my money elsewhere. I left the wig in the bag right outside the store so I hope someone picked it up and got some use out of it. Long story short, if youre in the market for subpar wigs and horrible customer service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your money and go anywhere else.

Recently moved to the neighborhood and my usual beauty supply is miles away. Found this and decided to try. This beauty supply is a blessing. They have everything you need. The owner was very helpful.

A real Beauty Supply 5 minutes from the sugar land area. Im so happy I dont have to drive to Missouri City to get the products that I need now for my hair.

I gave her 27 dollars and she check my 20 bill, my niece who is 17 that I gave money to buy somehair with, her money was not check. I’m an RA manager at a bank institute, and marking the money doesn’t mean it’s real. I don’t have a problem with her marking it but just do the same for every customer. I have work in finance over 20 years. That was my first and last time there.

Limited selection for braiding hair, hair color, and hair care products. It is overpriced and the lady stares you down as you walk through the store instead of offering any help. Next to the Kroger, dry cleaners, and pizza place. It is a quick stop if I need something urgent since its close to my home, however cannot make large purchases due to limited selection. I will continue to go to USA Beauty off of Hwy 6.Grea, since you all are friends and share pricing strategies perhaps spending some time sharing customer service and communication strategies would behoove you. If you feel it necessary to spend your time staring at the camera, hire people like your friend has to work the floor - stocking merchandise instead of leaving it in the middle of the aisle and/or hire someone to greet and assist customers. Customer service and greater selection is the reason I frequent the other store regardless of the name. As you see the name or the location does not take precedence in why I spend my money somewhere vs. others however, thank you for taking the time to explain.

Wonderful ! The owners are really nice. They have a lot of natural hair products. The shop been open for two months now. Love how they have shopping carts inside the store. The store is veryyy clean and neat. I will now have this as my new beauty supply since I’m new to this area.

I am owner and travel hair braider at Braids of Love Studio located in Pecan Grove and Im literally in CC Beauty Supply every day! This area was definitely in need of a beauty supply store, and I recomend my clients to shop here. The owners are nice and are willing to make exchanges or give store credit as long as you have the receipt and the product hasnt been tampered with. Awesome selection and theyre hiring for experienced staff.
