I feel so LUCKY that I shopped here. I originally ordered a mattress from Macys, but they informed me it would be 8+ days late, so I cancelled that order. My friend recommended Palace Furniture as I could select a mattress same day and get it delivered much quicker than Macys. I worked with Morena and she was very pleasant, helpful and knows the merchandise well. I am super picky and ended up buying a great high quality mattress with box spring for a good price, very nice headboard for $300 and a super cool coffee table for $199 and LOVE everything. Plus the staff that delivered it put it all together and it was SO EASY and a GREAT EXPERIENCE plus A DEAL!Latoya and the staff were friendly and easy to work with. They have a variety of Bedroom Furniture sets, Kids Furniture, coffee tables, Mirrors and also sofabeds of different styles on 3 floors.The delivery was flawless, as the guys put it together, set it up and I am so happy in my new place thanks to Palace Furniture.

Perfect neighborhood furniture store. The prices are reasonable and the sales associates work with you if you plan to purchase more than one item. They give you space while you shop but are readily available to answer any questions you may have. They offer delivery services and upon delivery they assemble your furniture for you. Ive been here a few times and never regret giving them my business.

Bob was very helpful and spent much time with my husband and I as we picked out a recliner. Then, we came back 2 weeks later, and picked out a bed, a chest of drawers, and an entertainment center. Both times, we had the pleasure of working with Bob. He told us what was good quality, and backed it up with histories of the companies of the items we were considering. The delivery and setup were timely and efficient. What Bob said was good quality, is, indeed, good quality. The furniture is solidly built, and comes with a long-lasting warranty. The experience we had at Palace Furniture was one of expert knowledge on the products. Add to that, a salesman being willing to answer all our questions, and who didn’t rush us. If anyone is looking for well-built furniture at very reasodable prices, then youll want to stop in for a visit. Theres something very peaceful about making the right decision on such a big investment, and we had the pleasure of walking out knowing we did just that.

Andres was fantastic with helping us find a bed frame. He wasnt pushy as we were looking through their inventory, and was quick and communicative when checking prices and options. Their prices were better than any of the other stores we looked at. Well start here next time were looking for furniture.

Ed is the MAN! Ive done business with Ed twice. He is professional, personable and not your typical sales man. He is straight forward regarding pricing and value. NO gimmicks, surprise costs and gives you a great deal, without having to ask. They offer financing and even lay-a-way. If you pay in cash, in full, you really get a good deal.

Nice staff, is only reason for 2 stars. Otherwise, buyer beware, you get what you pay for. If you want cheap furniture that won’t last, this is your spot! After a year the sofa i purchased went flat. all the cushions stuffing basically disappeared. The cushions are attached to the base and do not open so no fixing that. (They brought a floor model i think and it was heavily used as the outside corner seats went flat immediately.) I bought a table as well and it has always wobbled and now the top has bubbled up and separated. I won’t be back.

So I was surprised when I found Palace furniture and discovered how great their prices were and how much of a selection they have. my wife and I went looking for a new bed and decided to buy a chestt of drawers and an entertainment center as well. Bob is also who I will go back to next month to buy some more items for the apartment. This place is great, incredible prices, no pushy sales people and tons of items to choose from. Over priced for certain items. I went to Ashley Furniture and found the same couch set, plus they offered a coffee table, end tables a rug and accents for $400 less. This location wanted $1499 for a set of couches I wanted and that was just for the couches. $400 less and I now have a full living room set.
