The sales representative was professional and knowledgeable, however we scheduled to have our unit installed a week after we met with the sales rep, they called the day prior to tell me they would be at my house between 2 and 4 pm, at 4:15 I called and they said they were running behind. At 5:30 they called said they didn’t want to come out to install just in case something went wrong. Following day I called and they said they would have to reschedule after I already took the day off, now I have to wait another week to have it installed and have to smell the sulphur smell for another week.

Dan Thomas, General Manager of Culligan of Richmond, IN, Makes promises that he cant keep. Company misleads you. I call and all I get is the receptionist screening his calls and then he never calls me back. I would not recommend doing business with this location.

Very pleased Joanna Devoss. Her professionalism and willingness to make sure we get what is needed is much appreciated. I can call her anytime with questions regarding equipment, billing etc. and she will assist as best she can.

We had an old water softener that just stopped working. Culligan with their great reputation was the natural choice for us. We are so pleased with our great tasting water. We are also pleased with not using so much laundry soap. Thank you Culligan!

I would put zero stars if possible. We have been trying for close to a month to get our office set up with a water cooler. No one at their local office will answer the phone. We have even went to the office and given messages to drivers out in the field, but no one will return a call. If this company had any competition at all in our area, they would be in big trouble. We called corporate office and told them our issues and their response was “yeah, we’ve been hearing that” and still no one gets back with us. Completely ridiculous!

Route driver skips my location regularly. When I call the office, it seems no one can help. I am often forwarded, the person doesnt answer and the voicemail is not set up - I cannot even leave a message. I have been calling, still have not been serviced. I have messages confirming my service dates but they are not happening. I have a voicemail confirming my March 7th route delivery, it didnt happen. Stuck around after hours just in case he would show up. I called about it, they said they didnt see that I even had a schedule. After playing my voicemail over speaker phone, they confirmed that the driver was supposed to deliver and didnt know why he didnt. Again, the same thing on the 11th. I called, the person said I wasnt scheduled, I played the new voicemail as proof, they said they didnt know why he didnt show up. Today, I received a 3rd voicemail confirmation for today... Should I wait around to see if he shows up? Unsure. If he doesnt show up, I dread calling about it.

I have been with Culligan for several years now. I suggest Culligan Water any time. Excellent tasting water. Great Service, Very nice polite employees who go out of their way to help you. It is wonderful having water and salt delivered to my home.

We bought our unit from Culligan aprox 1.5 years ago. Even though it was not all I was told it would be we were still pretty happy with it. Last weekend our electric went out and the softner has not been working properly since. I figured it was no problem as I had remembered the sales person telling me all my options and I had bought the biggest/best one they had. I bought that one because it came with a 10 year warranty, or so I was told.Today I called to see if I get get it checked out and was told that it would cost $138 or something like that to send someone out just to look at it (and that is not including parts or fixing it). She also told me I only had a year warranty and it was out. Im very disappointed because I remember sitting at my kitchen table with that salesman and him telling me 10 year warranty. Thats why I picked that option and paid thousands of dollars for that unit that I actually just paid off around this time last year.I cant complain about the lady I talked to, she was nice enough. Im just very disappointed and feel like I had been mislead..

The sales guy came right out, he was really great. He literally answered all my questions before i asked. The first water softener was broke, the guys came back out monday, and got us going. I had nasty well water, Culligan made my water awesome
