I canceled after the first month. Their systems went down and therefore missed our second delivery. Yet they didnt call me to inform me that our water wasnt going to be delivered, I had to call them to schedule another delivery date. They were just planning on delivering the water at our NEXT scheduled date which was two weeks out. What kind of customer service is that?
They also cheated customers. I was home and did not see any delivery. Yet, I received an invoice for 6@5 gallons of water. I called customer services and waited for 2 months and told that they called the supervisor to give me credit. Two months later, they re-invoiced me. The delivery guy earned commission on the number of bottles of water. I will tell Costco that this company cheated their customers.
Worst company weve dealt with. They miss deliveries all the time, do not bother to follow up, their delivery contractors are super rude and unprofessional, my last delivery the delivery guy threatened us to take back the water if I kept calling to complain about missed deliveries. Also, the discount they gave me for the missed deliveries, they put it back on the following month.
One of the worst ... they missed my delivery twice !! And today as well .. cannot trust these guys - please don’t subscribe to their water services
