Kwik Kar has the best customer service. I went in to get an oil change and they also vaccumed the inside of my car. I would definitely recommend their services.

Thanks for answering my questions! Ive used these guys for oil and lubes for many years now. As one who avoided the auto mechanics classes in high school, I dont know much at all when it comes to these things. Today I had a question about some work my wife had done last month while out of town. (I feared she had made a decision that might cause future problems.) I stopped by and with 10 minutes my questions were answered at NO charge. These guys cant be beat! Ten Stars!

I was a faithful customer. Not after today. They tried to sell me injection cleaning for 99 dollars. There was no reason for this . Secondly they recommended new air filter but did not have one in stock.They did not check my tire pressure or reset the Oil change meter.
Have gone to this shop several times to get my oil changed and I can say that I will definitely be coming back! The crew is super friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. They really took care of me. Not only that, they also have monthly customer appreciation days where they give discounts and gifts that really make you feel appreciated. I recommend this shop to everyone I know.
Ive come here a few times for simple things like inspections and oil changes. The owner and workers are extremely nice and service was performed fast for a good price. Id feel confident coming back if I ever have the need for auto repairs.
Over priced, recomend going somewhere else or doing it your self almost had to pay 60 usd for 4qts regular thankfully I called and a tech mis quoted so I got it cheaper
I recommend this location, Honest and affordable. Its really tough to trust a shop now in days. Here goes my experience, I had gone to a different shop and they hit me with replacing my entire transmission (roughly $2500). I then decided to get a second opinion and visit this location, they quickly took care of me and diagnose the issue. It ended up being the shift solenoid inside of my transmission! I saved a lot of money and I want thank kwik Kar of Greatwood! You guys have a loyal customer now

These are dishonest and third rate unethical people with no values. Stay away from them. I had not driven one of my cars for about 4 months and apparently something went wrong and engine would crank but not start. I towed my car to them. These people quickly understood I was disadvantaged because the car is immobile. They kept the car for 3 days and called me once a day telling they were working on it and had to repair this and that and told obviously unbelievable things. And they kept increasing the repair bill to an extremely unreasonable and scary level. I agreed to shell out about $900 total they told me hoping I could have a functional car. This guy called me later and said engine has low compression and may cost significantly more to repair and that may be more than the worth of the car. He said he had a customer who was interested in buying the car as-is for $800 i.e, significantly undervalue. Having got vexed and no option(car being immobile) I agreed to sell to them. He pretended in front of me that he was calling some customer and said he would be meet me at some location. When I met this customer at the location I realized this customer was one of his other mechanics who had serviced my car before. They thought I would not know. This fake customer outright lied to me that he had a tax business and does not work at this mechanic shop. When I exposed him that he had serviced my car before he admitted and was pale faced. He admitted it was the plan they sketched. Basically, nothing was wrong with my engine it had some starter problem. They exploited my situation, falsified the condition grossly stating it was engine malfunction, and over quoted me leaving me no option but to sell to them as it was immobile. Their crooked plan was to fix my car for cheap and sell it for significantly higher to someone else. Dont be carried away with parking lot courtesy they show when you bring in your car. These are third rate liars. Dont be surprised if they steal /break parts in your car and say your car needs those parts repaired.
Friendly staff. I got an inspection for my van. Pulled right in and was out in 15 mins. Will go back. Oil changes seemed priced fairly, will definitely give them a shot for an oil change.
Read some of the reviews and needed to write my own. The shop is clean and service is quick. It is always busy so they must be doing something right. I bring my car here for oil changes mainly. The price is fair and I like they vacuum my car with oil changes. Would gladly recommend this place.
I originally took my car to the dealership and was told that I need my abs module replaced and was quoted almost $1600 for the repair. I then decided to get a second opinion from a local garage. After I told them what the dealership said it took the mechanic at Kwik Kar a few minutes to determine that the only thing wrong was a faulty fuse. Their honesty and integrity has earned them a customer for life. I would recommend Kwik Kar to anyone who need their car serviced.
The older man with the mustache doing alignments is incredibly rude. They didn’t fix my issue. I had an alignment done by them. Then I took my car back to them because it was still pulling AND I had a mechanic tell me I still needed one ...there is a warranty on their alignments so i went back. They told me that I didn’t need an alignment that it was something else that was bent causing the car to pull. This is after I had a reputable mechanic tell me that I needed an alignment. He talked to me like I was an idiot and knew nothing - very condescending. Not sure if it is because I am a woman or what. . I am never going back there again.
I went to this place because I bought a used car and wanted to get it looked at. I described that it had some issues jumping/losing power temporarily. The guy told me it was because of dirty transmission fluid and fuel injection issues. I paid for both. $233 later, its still doing the same thing.However, the experience was also terrible. As he took me outside, one of his Co workers tried to get his attention. So the guy said f**k it, I guess hes taking care of you and both of them walked away. I went inside for a minute. He came in to get me again, and then on the way to the car he picked up a cell phone that was ringing, and proceeded to have a conversation with someone about what time hed be home, no, theres food at the house, etc. And he kept talking on the phone as were standing there right in front of my car. Terrible.

Shop began work without having my employee sign an authorization with any prices, after showing my employee prices on the computer screen. He told them to go ahead, and the began work. As soon as they loosened the spark plugs, the manager Aaron starks came in and said that the spark plugs would actually cost over 3 times as much and they needed to do all kinds of other work. The conversation went downhill. I ended up on the phone with my employee and in the background Aaron starks continued to yell at and argue with my employee. After i got on the phone with Aaron starks, he explained the situation and complained about the behavior of my employee (his customer) even though he was yelling and arguing just as much. During the course of the conversation Aaron starks cut me (his customer) off multiple times to change the subject and was unprofessional. After working out a solution the work was done. Needless to say, we wont go back to that shop. Dont let yourself get ripped off. Stay away.
My wife and I are new in town and gave this place a try.Poor service - no attention to detail.* No windshield washer fill - though it was checked on the service sheet.* No coolant fill - though it was checked on the service sheet.* No service sticker on the window.* exactly the same issues with my wifes car and my truck.* Makes me wonder if they did anything at all.There is a Jiffy Lube right around the corner. Ill go there.

Recently saw a post where a customer in my neighborhood was recommended to rotate tires and the tires were al virtually new. The did it, but later was told by a family member that they were new and didn’t need to be rotated. More to that story, but my issue occurred a couple months ago when they recommended a new belt on my engine. I told them ok and watch how long it took. When I went to pay they had the labor hours were for an hour and a half, one hour longer then it took. The guy immediately changed it and said “he must have hit the wrong key”. After seeing other posts of people getting “taken” by this location, something has got to be done. If it’s a franchise, they are giving you a bad name, in a big way.

I had a Groupon coupon for an oil change. I showed it at the entrance and was told that it was OK to use it, however, I was charged 20$ more than expected at the end because the attendant said that they cannot apply the coupon, that I showed them earlier. Very tude staff, Not planning to return any time in future.
First off I want to say that when I called to ask for pricing of an oil change, they quoted $30. When I showed up a couple days later and told them I needed oil change, they asked conventional or synthetic, I told them synthetic and that is when he told me it was $79.99. I told him repeatedly that when I called they quoted me $30. He did not care and told me that they had already drained my oil out and that if I dont want to pay for synthetic then he can just put conventional in my car. I told him that was not right to do that, that the oil that was in there previously was synthetic and that is what I need now. So I paid the $79.99 and synthetic oil was put in. I dont even really trust that they put the synthetic in. Once they were done and I was getting in my car, a guy comes out and says let me see your receipt. I showed him and he apologized for what had happened and signed the receipt showing that I could get my next oil change for free. WHICH I WON BE DOING BECAUSE OF THIS NEXT PART. All of this happened last week. Well since last week every time that I turn my car off I smelled something burning. Well today finally it was a strong burning smell, so I popped my hood open and of course the dip stick hadnt been put in all the way OR correctly. The dipstick was in the wrong way and oil had been coming out all over my engine. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. I will just have to suck up the waiting time at Nissan.

WOMEN BEWARE !!I went here for an inspection and they did the typical look at your air filter bit with me. Except that this time he told me there were mouse drippings in it. I told him to change it out, and the engine air filter as well. Its 30 degrees out, I was with 2 kids, one with an injury, but needed to get my inspection done so decided to just sit it out.Paid a $113 bill and left. When i went online and priced the air filters i found that i was charged 50 bucks for a 10 dollar filter. Then I found out that they left the OLD FILTER IN MY CAR AND KEPT THE NEW ONE. For their credit they at least caught it before I did and called to tell me about it. I let them know that i priced the cabin filter at 10 bucks but they did not care and they reused to remove it and refund me, or replace it with something cheaper. They claim it is a high quality filter. Its not.What happened was they saw a woman with an infant and a hurt child and decided to try and rip her off at a vulnerable moment. This is one of those places that grossly over charge you and lie to you about your vehicle so that they can pry every last dollar they can from you.I dont mind paying more for a high quality part, but they lied to me about what it was, then when i complained instead of trying to fix things all i got was a too bad, so sad. You will regret going here, they have no morals and will lie to make a few bucks.
Mother went in for an oil change and the workers insisted that she had two cracked dangerous hoses about to rupture and cause engine failure. They pointed out the hoses and insisted they needed immediate replacement and she declined the service. Also told her the alignment was way off without putting it on an alignment rack or road testing. The hoses they were telling her were bad were actually corrugated sleeves over the engine wiring harness. And the alignment is in spec. Clearly trying to sell work that doesnt need to be done.

Like all of the other 1 star comments, these guys are the worst. I brought my truck in for an alignment. I thought to myself, how hard is it to mess up an alignment? Boy was I wrong. After getting it back a few days after taking it in, I drove to Waco and back and I start getting this loud clunking sound front the front left tire area. It happened when I had to make a hard left and then back to the right. Almost like something was moving and then settling back into place. So I get up underneath the truck and find that the Lower Control arm bolt in the front was finger loose and it looked like the sleeve was probably ruined because of how low it was sitting. So I take it back to them and the alignment guy tells me he didnt touch any bolts, so the first of many lies. I show him the bolt that is used for alignment (cam bolt?) was loose. He said hell retighten it and redo the alignment. So a few days goes by because they are busy. Then they tell me its fixed and I go pick it up just to hear the clunking again. I take it to Toyota and they say my rack and pinion are shot. So I take it back to these stellar individuals at Kwic Kar and they basically ignore me, and then I catch the alignment guy in a flat out lie on camera saying there was never a bolt loose, then recanted when I asked why Id need 2 alignments in 1 week . I finally get to talk to the GM and he says to take it to Great wood auto down the street. They tell me that the rack and pinion is fine, but my ball joint and Lower control arm needs to be replaced. So Kwic Kar agrees to replace those parts. Well a week goes by and after calling them they say its ready to pick up. So now Im driving around, and guess what... more clunking! These guys are dishonest and you should stay far away from them. They will smile the first time, but everytime after that they will be rude and ignore every call you make to them until you call from different phone numbers. If I could give them negative stars I would. The 5 stars on here are most likely fake ones.

Took my car in for some pricey repairs,then hours later, I notice they put my lug nuts back on crooked. Plus, they ended up breaking the two studs that will cost me almost $800 from doing so! *dont complain about what they did wrong or itll cost you more cuz theyll get mad and mess ur car up more. 😡Bad service, no help, need new mechanics with honesty. DONT GO THERE
They normally do a quick inspection when you drop in. They were not able to service my cars rear differential becaue they didnt have the right tools! Really?
My car was put on a defective part and this company refused to make it right.. Im a customer, when I got upset david siad, manager. Call the police. Yhis place is very dishonest. Take your business else where.
