I came here for an exhaust leak. David was recommended as the one of best exhaust technicians by Budd of Budds Auto Service. I was in and out in under an hour, and the pricing was fair. My car is quieter now than before the leak so great job. He even welded an exhaust issue that I wasnt there for while he was working.

First time Ive used them, on recommendation from a colleague, and was completely satisfied. They replaced the catalytic converter on my 2002 Honda CR-V for 15% of the cost that the Honda dealer quoted! Service was quick and uneventful. Couldnt ask for more. Ill go back to them soon, when I need tires as well.

Went in for a new muffler and some exhaust pipe, Wes took me under the car, showed me what exactly was wrong, told me the fix and estimated a $189 total, labor included. Compared to what I was expecting (and most other muffler shops), thats an excellent price. Came back a few days later to get it done, job was complete in 45 minutes, total $191. At car shops, Im used to the final price being a good amount more than the estimate, so that was a nice surprise. And the new muffler and pipe makes a huge differece, car runs great! Definitely coming back here for future business.

Budd has fixed and maintained half a dozen vehicles for me over the years. He is knowledgeable and keeps me well informed throughout the process. Most important to me, he diagnosis the issue correctly the first time and fixes it. Nothing is more frustrating than having the same ongoing car problem.

I have had inspections. Oil change and other maintenance work done well. The team does good work and a fair price.

Third bad experience, my dad,.my wife, myself.. expect 4-5 days for anything but an oil change. Kept our vehicles after they were ready...no call to tell us it was was ready... smart phones dont lie. How much are they saving by not having someone dedicated to phone and customer service ?!Didnt even know where my car was parked...Go out and find it on the lot (it was raining)Im done with these jokers.

Seems like a nice mom & pop shop. Enjoyed talking to the people there and they did a good job on the exhaust system on my truck.

It took them 4 days to fix my vehicle. Thats 4 days of driving my wife to work and back from the west end. On the day the vehicle was ready for pick up I called and said I would arrive around 5:30 pm to pick it my vehicle up and was coming from the west end. I arrived at 5:40 and the shop was closed and everyone was gone. There was no communication, I had to call everyday to check the status. I have dealt with them before but with a different mananger. Not sure what has changed.

These guys are honest & shoot you straight every time. I take all my cars there. I first went there to get a 2nd opinion on a $1400 repair another shop told me I needed. These guys got me straight for $41! Ill never go anywhere else.

This place is a rip-off. Overpriced! Fixed my vehicle I had to take it back because of a rattling noise, took it back and they found a wrench THEIR mechanic left under the hood and then they charged me for them having to look at the vehicle. It was the mistake of their mechanic for leaving the wrench under the hood but yet you want charge me. Will NEVER go back to this place and for the record I used then four different times.

I had air conditioning problem and this place estimated that it would cost over $1, 200 after they did a an assessment that cost $160. I took my car to another mechanic in Ashland and found out that the problem was the fuse and the cost for fixing the problem was $130. Never coming back to this place again.
