They just fixed my catalytic converter issue. I had searched all over. No one else could resolve the issue. They found the issue, replaced the catalytic converter, the time to fix was accurate, and the staff and owner was very professional. As a first responder I really appreciate this company. I highly recommend this company for all of your vehicle services. You will not be disappointed.

Dropped off a vehicle over a month ago to get a quote on the work and the shop did nothing to the vehicle. They had it for over 30 days with no phone calls and no service. They never told us they did not have time or couldnt get to it. Instead they just let the vehicle sit day after day. Was in a rental for up to $1000 and the owner said he wont do anything to help at all and that I could run my mouth all I want I dont care. I would never recommend them to anyone ever!!! Plenty of other shops around!

I went in for a synthetic oil change and a quote on cost to fix my radiator fan. I did not like that when I went to pick my car up, an extra $25 had been tacked on to my bill for “tire repair” when I never even asked them to look at my tire, and I was having no problems with it. Also, they did not get my permission before adding on this unsolicited service. Also, they quoted me $1000 to fix a radiator fan, stating that the part alone cost $600. That is a pretty huge markup since they are about $150 or less online. Guy at the front desk was also very blasé, not very friendly or engaging. I will not go back here.

This place is awesome. Took my car here because my muffler was messed up. They fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and gave me an amazing price. I definitely recommend these guys!!!!

Good people, called at 2:00pm got a quote to have a muffler put on told me they could do it that day.Went was in and out in just over an hour charged less than quoted and welds are all nice and clean.

Very obliging and quick service for 2 state inspections would recommend them all mechanical work.

Personable staff, happy to go the extra mile to please a particular customer. Great waiting area, reasonable prices, good work on my late-model Mercedes. Dont know how you could improve on them. Definitely recommended.

This place is EXCELLENT in automotive service. They really take care of their customers.

This is an honest and reliable repair shop! You can trust what they say. My wife took her car in for an oil change somewhere else and she mentioned that her transmission was running rough, so she wanted them to check the fluid. They tell her she needs $3500 for a new transmission. We took her car here and Stuart Rolfe told us it was just running rough because it had a lot of miles on it.

I have used them several times over the past 2 and a half years. They have done an outstanding job. I drop the car off the night before, they fix it that day and I pick it up the afternoon, less than 24 hours after I dropped it off. Problems always fixed. Cant ask for any better, theyve earned my good will.

They accomplished in 3 hours what Firestone couldnt get done in 3 days! Fantastic work for 2/3rds the price. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I have been a customer of Stuart Rolfe for about 5 to 6 years now. I found them on Angies List and when I first started going there I really liked them. I have taken my car and 3 of my childrens cars there for various maintenance and repair. The last couple of times Ive gone there have been terrible. They are the most un-personable people with no responsiveness at all. I have to call them over and over to get any answers and their prices have gotten completely outrageous. The last time I was in I asked them to check on an engine light that was coming on. I even gave them the code. They charge me $189.00 to check out the car when I did not want to spend $1800 for the repair.I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone!

Same day turn around service was impressive, had them complete muffler work that caused me to fail inspection elsewhere, finished the inspection without asking or charging me. Will definitely recommend.

Nice people get job done right

Ive been using Stuart Rolfes repair business off and on for 25 years or so, so was amazed they had several negative reviews, because Ive always had good experiences with him. There are times when I could easily have been charged a fortune, only to discover the problem was so minor, it was downright cheap to fix, thus making me trust them even more. So, this past time I went to the place for a state inspection and a couple of light bulbs or fuses, and was wondering what type of experience I would receive. Everyone there (including the owner) was extremely courteous, thorough, professional and speedy. The waiting area was spacious, comfortable and had a TV if one wanted to watch. I dropped off the car and 2-3 hours later received the call it was ready. The price was very reasonable and again, everyone was efficient, courteous and respectful. I still give the place an A+++ and Ive been to a lot of repair places over the years.

Bill upon pickup was > 25% of orig estimate. Job was not done near as specifically requested by giving instructions to 2 diff people. Will not call when vehicle is ready even if asked to. My work had to be redone to satisfy me - no apology/explanation - one part of it inexcusable for an exhaust shop! No one there very personable or customer service oriented. I will hesitate before ever returning.

Vincent and Stuart are good-hearted friendly guys that take the distrust out of a car repair experience. Ive heard from other places about expensive recommended repairs. This business tells only what is needed and takes time to answer questions.

Work they did on my car was okay. Their customer service was absolutely awful. Guy I talked to about my car named Vince kept giving me the brush off and being rude, even ignored what I tried to tell them to fix. Ended up having to bring my car in a second time and specifically talk to the mechanic just to get what I needed taken care of. I will not be going here again even if they gave a reasonable price. I do not appreciate companies treating customers that way. They also left my car unlocked with the windows open out in the lot. Just unprofessional.

Ive been a customer of Stuart Rolfe for many years; I moved to Winchester, VA a year ago and moved back, now all the sudden I am having so many problems with this place. I called up to get an estimate for something they were doing to my truck, and they told me $830. My father called up five minutes later, asked for the same estimate and they told him $715! I hate it when mechanics think I know nothing about cars because Im a woman. Then, even worse, I asked them to call me before doing ANYTHING to my truck, and they called me the next morning to say my truck was done! Theyd done $1000 worth of repairs without clearing it with me first! Then to top it off, Ive asked them to check out the engine for problems several times before trips, and a few weeks later, something that any mechanic could have seen would go wrong (for example, I had them check out my car and two weeks later, my trucks brake master cylinder had corroded to the point that air got in my brake line and messed up my brakes. A fix that should have cost me a few hundred turned into a huge bill). I dont know if this place recently changed management or what, but their new style of customer service is going to earn them a few calls to the BBB if they dont shape up. Dont bother with this place!
