Travis was extremely pleasant to work with as we made all of our cabinet selections for our new build. He was patient, kind, outgoing, and offered wonderful suggestions. We are so thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with him and look forward to partnering with him moving forward.

I just had my new cabinets installed today. They did a wonderful job, they were professional and were able to answer my questions. From selecting the cabinets to the installation, I would highly recommend Chesapeake Bay Cabinets.

Hats off to the crew at Chesapeake Bay Cabinet Company! The pictures look amazing but it cant even begin to do my experience justice. The design staff and installation crew treated me like family and put an emphasis on attention to detail every step of the way. I even got design renderings of my kitchen and bathrooms which I wasnt really expecting at the start of the process. Im picky so of course I added some stuff and the revised renderings came back quick. The sales staff was honest and let me know upfront if selections were going to cost more than I had budgeted. At no time did they pressure me in to buying upgraded features I couldnt afford which I greatly appreciated. If you are renovating or constructing new, please call them and ask for Travis Harding... he will exceed your expectations!!!

We priced with two companies and Chesapeake came in well below our other quote. The designer was very helpful and gave us ideas we had not thought of. The installation was weeks after the planned date. We were not pressed for time so we could live with it. Our house is over 100 yrs old so the installation was a challenge for the crew. The crew was great! They solved problems and did little extra things I asked for. They even found space for us to have a great spice rack roll our cabinet. The punch list took almost two months to wrap up. However the crew that showed up to do the work was amazing, creative and did little extras. So although the process was not flawless I would use them again and recommend them. The designer was helpful and the installers are very talented. The end results look fantastic.

We just finished with our new homes construction and Mike was incredibly professional and accommodating with us in selecting our cabinets and counters. He had great input on what people are typically doing (we had no idea!) and had the craftsmanship to bring those ideas to the next level in our kitchen and bathrooms.Great experience, fantastic professionalism and responsiveness from Mike.

The people there were excellent and extremely helpful. We took a drawer that was supplied approximately 20 years ago to them to see what they could do and they told us they could repair it and have it in good shape. Had a great discussion about how to do some other things on the cabinetry. Extremely knowledgeable personnel.

Ive really enjoyed working with everyone at CBC over the years. Ive done several different projects and always end up with a fantastic finished product. Looking forward to my next renovation so I can see what cool features they might be able to add to my project.

For the most part it was very professional and efficient. However, it can take a long time to get responses from your salesman. Im satisfied and would use them again, but with other estimates just as last time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I am at a loss to describe how our planned renovation with this company fell apart. We consulted with Chesapeake Bay because of stellar reviews from others and the fact that they would fit our budget for our kitchen renovation. The early parts of the project went smoothly - met with designer for measurements, met to put down initial specs, met to review revised specs for a quote - no issue. However, the early kinks we had with our designer should have warned us about the trainwreck that would derail our project:- Our designer continually forgot the design choices we made. For example, we were clear from the first meeting we wanted 39 inch cabinets with crown molding; we were continually presented with designs showing a 42 inch cabinet to the ceiling. Though fixed, this was a sign of the issues to come.- During our third meeting with the designer (on a Wednesday), the designer indicated we should receive a quote/estimate by the following Monday without a problem. Monday comes and goes, no quote. Emails are left unanswered. We did not get a quote until Friday.- The designer continually gave vague or incomplete answers. He was unclear about what work the quoted price did or did not include despite me asking a very direct and pointed question. We never got an official proposal, just figures in email.- We were very clear with the designer that we wanted laminate countertops, and even provided him with color and finish choices during our last meeting. Despite this, we were provided a quote for GRANITE. When we reminded the designer that we wanted laminate, the response was, and I quote, Have you picked a color and texture yet? - despite having these choices IN WRITING on the specs we discussed at our final meeting.I was frustrated and reached out to the firms general manager asking to be assigned to a new designer. When we spoke, I was continually interrupted by the person I spoke to and was told I could get a new designer, but I would (essentially) have to restart at square one.Needless to say, we will not be using this company for our renovation. We have switched to a local competitor who produces custom cabinets - and who was able to provide me a written quote which clearly articulated what was included in the cost within two hours of reaching out to the owner. This compares to the 1.5 months I spent working with Chesapeake Bay.I would in no way, shape, or form recommend this company, not even to my worst enemy.

Worst experience I have ever had. Unreachable, poor quality, false advertising in their products and shady sales person. Wouldn’t put a kitchen in my house if it meant I had to use them again.
