Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is accessible out front.

Tommy helped us design our kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. He went over all options. The 4 stars relates the showroom not all options were available to be viewed. For example the spice rack my contractor recommended could not be viewed in person. Tommy was able to describe it. I also added mail sorting slots and an appliance garage with roll front cover. Both not available to be viewed in the show room. The show room is beautiful just does not fully show case all options. Tommy was great to work with.

I called Richmond office because my house falls under Richmond branch and not Houston. I had to replace just one cabinet in my kitchen. When I first spoke to Bob he told me that Kent More discontinued production of my cabinets and I have to replace my entire Kitchen and it willCost be $6000 or more. I called Houston office to verify the same, they told me they still carry my cabinet style and color. I had to call Bob to explain and he agreed they carry. So basically he lied to me first time. He offered to come to my house and take measurements which he never scheduled. Kent more takes 4 days to call and setup an appointment. They are super slow and rude. Maybe they have shortage of staff. I found Houston location relatively better and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend Kent More to anyone.

Tried and Tried to get someone to come out to give me a quote and measurements. Never did get any one to call back. Very bad service had to go with another company. Would not use on next project.
