Balloon order was ready as promised and even though the line was long it moved quickly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stock was pretty low though unfortunately. I could still get quite a few things off line with a pretty quick turn around time.

You can get a good costume for a decent price

Had trouble ordering a balion bouquet online, so went to the physical store for help and was told i could only order online. I realize staff are likely overworked and underpaid here, but the unhelpfulness was not a good look.

This place is what it is. Fine selection, never really busy since the pandemic has killed a lot of social events. We brought our own balloons but found out they couldnt fill them for us, which was odd as we had this service performed a year prior at the very same location. One of the staff recommended the grocery store down the ways and, sure enough, we were able to fill our balloons there. If you need balloons youve purchased somewhere else filled, head to Kroger.

I bolted into this location with 4 minutes left until close and asked if they could blow up 18 balloons for my five year olds birthday tomorrow. All of the employees (4-5) got together and made it happen with the greatest attitudes. The kindness they displayed at the end of their shifts, on Halloween, was exceptional. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service to make my sons birthday extra special.

I purchased a holiday item 2 days prior to the holiday but found it elsewhere for cheaper. I went to return the item, unaware of the 7 day prior-to-holiday no-return policy but the manager was very helpful and understanding. Excellent customer service!

Theyre definitely the place to go for party supplies. The only things that bother me are that they only offer coupons for larger purchases if they ever offer coupons and they charge extra for certain balloons to blow them up but not for all, so its really confusing. They do have a decent variety but this location does also tend to be out of stock a lot too.

I buy balloons for events at work. They have a large selection to choose from. I usually place telephone orders and they are always ready on time. Orders are always accurate.

This was one of the most well-stocked and staff-friendly Party Citys Ive been to, and Ive been to probably more than I should have!They had all of the normal event goods, but their seasonal stock is great. Halloween is coming up and their costume aisles were not only full, but they were clean and organized, contrary to what you would think when you see crowds of kids and adults pouring through them.The Fall decorations were also amazing! I cant wait to head back to get my house ready for Thanksgiving and again for Christmas after!

I ordered online, I received a call about my purchase within in 20 mins to inform me part of my order was not there at the store. Prompt service! When I went into the store to pick up the order, the staff was pretty nice. The store was clean and easy to find what we needed.

It is fun place to visit. I remember when I was kid I thought the candy aisle was heaven. Good varieties, hope to visit again!

Ordered party supplies online, received within 3 business days, order was perfect. Took balloons to West Broad Party City, placed balloon order for a Saturday (in summer!), walked in at the appointed time & picked up my balloons with no problem. They even helped me get them to the car! Very pleased with my experience, online & in store. Will be back for my next party!

Not one to write reviews but this place deserved it. Smiling faces and very welcoming! Had to pick up some balloons for our company’s anniversary party and they didn’t put my order in (some kind of miscommunication on my end) and the staff were so nice about it and it went so smoothly to get the order back in! They didn’t throw in my face that it was my fault! I Will be coming back!

It was absolutely abhorrent that you have to pay 1.19, per balloon to be blown up. The young lady at the counter was rude and not very aloof at all.

Just went in to check prices of a few items for my parents anniversary party in a few months mostly to kill some time before a doctors appointment. Very clean and organized store. All the staff I seen were helping customers pick out things which I really liked.

The customer service has gotten better over the years and I always order balloons early, not the same day cause those ladies are rocking it.

My experience at this party city was great I was able to find everything I needed. One-Stop shopping.

Huge inventory as like other partycity stores. O ordered online to pickup in the store and when I reached there the order was ready but not checked out. They checked out everything on front of me and than askede to pay while I had been picking my online orders from Norfolk store where they used to do everything by themselves and charge my credit card before I reach there to pickup. As a result when O open the bag there may be something missing. So its good here

Ive never been to a store that advertises so much but has nothing. Every thing we asked about was not in stock or they had sold the last of. Did not know when it would be restocked or if they were getting it back in. When the employees arent knowledgeable it makes shopping in an overloaded store as this a frustrating experience.

I found what i needed for my costume needs. Greeted at the door and and check out was a breeze. great selection of items. Can get pricey.

Nice store for party decorations and more. Lots of balloon options. But still it needs some less cheap looking mylar balloons. Theres also not a varied selection of latex ballons. I wanted a more burgundy perolized balloons and they dont have it. Also mylar single letter helium balloons to form words to float... couldn’t find. Had to buy a ready made cheap looking “its a girl”.They do have a good selection of disposables plates, napkins, cups etc.

Returned to Party City and met with manager, Liz, who was extremely friendly and apologetic. She helped me with my return and told me if I had any problems in the future to ask for her. By them correcting my prior experience and because of Liz, I will return to shop at Party City on Broad Street. Thank you.
