This place is a must try! Some of the best ice cream the family and I have ever had. We went to get a pinata for my sons birthday and try the ice cream. Were so happy we decided to go here first. Ice cream is a 10 out 10, the pinata is a 20 out of 10 ( they had a Roblox pinata which was perfect). The customer service was amazing!

Marie and the other staff here are the most welcoming and friendly people that Ive came across in a while as far as family businesses goes. Everything is neat and kid friendly. Ive tried multiple things off the menu and theyre all delicious for great prices. They not only answer any questions you may have but have a genuine way of making you feel comfortable. This is one of my familys newest favorite places.

Ive driven by here for weeks now and finally stopped in with a friend, it was amazing! I got a scoop of pistachio and a scoop of coffee almond that was to die for. The pistachio had whole chunks of pistachio as any pistachio ice cream should and the coffee almond had whole almond slivers and what seemed like a fudge of coffee swirl throughout it. It was smooth and creamy and stayed solid enough the whole car ride home as I ate it. I also got a jamaican(hibiscus) agua fresca that was sensational. Tasted just like the real agua fresca Ive had as a kid in NYC. My friend got chocolate, pistachio and dulce de leche flavors. I definitely plan on returning for their fruit cups just like the ones you see on instagram and the large variety of candies they have. So happy Ive found a family owned dulceria in Richmond, never expected that! I highly reccomend people check this place out for the large variety of homemade flavors they have. They definitely have out of the box flavors you wouldnt get at a standard ice cream place.

My mom and I tired the ice cream here and well definitely be coming back! I had the fresas con crema (I think?) and it was the best strawberry ice cream Ive ever had. My mom got some type with like jam and cookies and cake in it and she said its some of the best shes ever had. Its creamy and fresh and amazing. The store is nice and the service was great. Very friendly and helpful people. The prices are also unbelievable! We got a single scoop sugar cone and a single scoop waffle cone for like $6.80! I highly recommend coming here if you want a delicious ice cream treat!

Please do not come here 🤮. After paying for my fresas con crema, I went to go have a seat but then I noticed the table looked like it hasnt been cleaned in days, It was really dirty!! Service wasnt great either! I was craving some ice cream and as soon as I entered the lady who was working there was staring at me really weirdly and it was very uncomfortable. I am never coming here again.

This is an amazing gem!! So thankful we found this place. Delicious sweets and amazing ice cream flavors! The owners are beyond welcoming so warm, a lovely family. I cant wait to bring all my family and friends here. Really happy, also try the straberry and cream ice cream, fresa con crema! DELICIOUS. Oh and fun color changing spoons!! Tienen todo aqui! Ice creams are very creamy, fresh and natural, their water flavors and variety are amazing, customer service is great! They are friendly and nice, very attentive and clean! We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and they attended our family of 9 very well without a rush and were very nice. All the fruit they use is fresh and their ice creams have a different and better flavor quality than any other ice cream store around, very homemade! Our family loves this place !!!! Also, they have many varieties of snacks whether you prefer or crave something, sweet, spicy, or sour, whether youre thirsty or hungry, this is place is awesome !!The ice creams are very creamy, fresh and natural, their flavors of water and their variety are incredible, the customer service is excellent! 11/4/20 Visit this ice cream parlor and order a mangonada, unfortunately the mango flavor was horrible, it was my first visit and I dont plan to return .. why? The first impression is what counts.

Good prices, the staff is very friendly and I had the opportunity to taste delicious frozen strawberries !! And of course its rich snow and ice cream 🤤
