This dealership is great if you are looking for a truck. The body shop does amazing work on everything from cars to tractor trailer cabs. They have paint booths big enough to handle every job. Highly recommend this dealership and the body shop.

Long drive, but they where very nice and made sure they had my correct part before I took that long drive..

The body shop manager either doesnt know what hes looking at when quoting accident repairs on a road tractor or purposely quoted my repair low to get the job.........There is no way a quote nearly doubles at the end of repair, quote was $24000 and ended up being $41000 at end of job......Business practice like this will definitely get that shop on the insurance company DO NOT USE list. The shop employees are great technicians and need someone in charge that knows how to build business and not create one and done customer relationships.

Have a defective part not even 30 days old parts counter told me I could exchange if I showed them my VIN number without receipt I showed up with my VIN number was not good enough still had to have receipt so I asked the gentleman if I bought one and then brought my receipt back for the other one would I get my money back he said no it has to go through their warranty department before I receive my refund for the part that I had to pay for it to replace the defective one. Granted I should have brought my receipt but it would not have done any good because I was still have to come out of the pocket to buy another part until they decide to refund my money never again will I deal with colonial Ford

Any self respecting blue collar working man/woman could never afford to have his/her truck worked on here. My truck was an insurance claim that ran way past the original estimate.(Chassis Break) The independent insurance adjuster I had and the service manager were buddies so you know where that went. My truck was there for (6)months to do roughly a (2) week job at a loss to me of over $10,000.00 per month. (Yes $60,000.00) I tried contacting the general manager multiple times by email and phone but he never returned my calls or emails. They also knocked my back window out of my truck while they were attempting to fix it and let me assure you a two year old could have installed it better than Colonial Ford did. But the funniest thing is Colonial billed my insurance company for the window and installation. The other thing was I received a phone call that they would have to call in a special certified welder but when I inquired about what he was certified in they had no answers. The service manager not knowing I came from the nuclear field and knew every cert that a welder could have, stumbled badly with his story and proposal. After all those months and all that money my insurance company spent I still had to bring it to my shop and make modifications to the truck so that my rollback bed would operate correctly. Finally, not sure who, but they will steal when your truck is in the shop. I had a 3/8 snap on impact that was accidentally left in the truck when we dropped it off but I guess someone needed it worse that I did. The service manager contacted me and said Colonial was gonna replace it, but Im still waiting for my impact. Will I see it?? I would say not. Colonial I dont need your apologies for your crappy customer service or substandard work so keep it to yourself. Had I been a small one truck towing company I might have put me out, but no such luck. People you do not want to go here!!!!

Went to pickup truck not done wires not hooked up left with the truck $ 7000. And still not running all of the lights on and derated sorry place for repairs
