You guys staff member messed up my truck they made a key that ain’t suppose to be for my truck now it’s stuck in the ignition n the plastic part in the roof of my truck is hanging in my child’s car seat no one
Dont come here, they only sale lemons cars
Good experience. Brought a tractor from them was it perfect? No I didn’t expect it to be. I got it for the price I wanted to pay fixed what was wrong and I couldn’t be happier. Don’t blame the auction company for something you should have inspected. My advice if you are looking at tractors, dump trucks, backhoes etc. at a auction 8 out of 10 times something is wrong with it. If you can’t fix it don’t buy it
I have had a 5 star experience with their Auto Auctions, however I was registered for the real estate auction in advance and had several issues. The first major issue was having to register multiple times, since I had registered too far in advance. I attended their tax sale prep session which I do recommend as well. The biggest problem was that after having attended this I was under the impression that all of the bumps in the road would be disclosed here, but this is not the case. Your team should be more transparent about your online bidding policy. This is my biggest concern. After arriving at the tax sale there was over 400 people registered, and in a time of Covid they are enforcing masks which is great, but there was no social distancing whatsoever. The registration area made sure that even if you would want to social distance, you would be forced to register in a crowded area with cluttered lines. As a customer or employee I would not feel safe in this environment. After expressing this concern and asking to bid online or by phone I was informed that I would have had to bring funds 24 hours in advance. This at - no point - was ever mentioned during their seminar, or during the registration despite encouraging online bidding.I informed your team that my mom is in the at-risk category and that no real estate investment is worth sacrificing my familys safety.Auto Auctions: 4.5 StarsReal Estate Auctions: 1.5 StarsBumped the rating because their team reached out which is more than you can say for most businesses.
Friendly staff!!! covid precautions in place. I will definitely return for the next auction. Very helpful for 1st time buyers to the process..
I purchased a fleet truck here as running great. When the truck came in it was smoking rattling horrible engine noise. Nothing was described on the listing of the auction about major issues or at least smoking like that. Purchased the truck in December contacted the auction multiple times over 30 times and emails was brought the run around emails where sent to multiple managers and the owner no answer back. I spoke to Kim multiple times she was very very helpful but she cant do much to have helped me out since shes not the person in charge about these kind of issues. Was avoided to the fullest now its July and they still have not contacted me back at all to fix this issue. I suggest when buying here be careful what is described online may not be what you will get when the vehicle comes.
I was pleased with Eric handling both the sale of my prior home and the purchase of my new home. I enjoyed the experience and would love to work with him in the future.
I personally worked with Carly Stratton and she was Professional, Honest, Friendly and very accommodating. Carly responds to all emails, answers all text messages and if she doesnt answer the phone which is rare, she will call you back promptly, which means alot to me when Im doing business.
Purchased an Asphalt Zipper missing the 4ft drum, essentially received a trailer for 21K. Was told sorry there is nothing we can do. Scammers! There was no photos of the missing drum and no description indicating this machine was incomplete. We also purchased this during the Covid-19 lock down and Motleys was NOT allowing inspections. So we purchased solely on the description, which obviously did not tell the truth. Spoke with the Ops manager Donnie who said sorry there is nothing we can do! Be careful when purchasing from this company, you will get screwed!
As stressful & overwhelming as buying your first home may be, Carly Stratton made the process as fun, organized, and as smooth as possible. She is passionate about her job, transparent, & very goal driven. She was very patient through all of my questions & indecisiveness. And led me to finding my dream home! I couldn’t have picked a better realtor and now friend, to assist me through this process.
We purchased an asphalt zipper through the auction, It was supposed to be a 48 drum and it came with an 18 rigged into place and the description and photos are misleading. Very Very dissapointed with the customer service. A phone from an honest person in the company and work out a solution could easily change my review... but for now i am left with a horrible experience with this company.
A bit more glamour and excitement. Be patient! I picked up a good deal and plan to go back. Sit in the middle it can get a little loud. Lol Prices are typically higher than smaller city auctions but you pay for what you get.
You get what you pay for! Have a little sense, use Google and you should be fine! I have been here several times. Satisfied each time
Ive bought and sold items at all types of their auctions for over 25 years and have been happy. I also inspect most things before I buy them so that I dont overspend. They have always worked with me on the few problems Ive encountered. Mark and the rest of the staff are always friendly, respectful and courteous in all of our interactions.
Awesome staff very good place to deal with. I drive 2 hours to them and I go all the time.
Definitely get what you pay for Ive bought at least 10 different trucks/heavy equipment from this auction. Most recent purchase was a 2000 sierra with a month old inspection sticker. Everything ran great but transmission would only make it to 3rd gear cannot go over 40mph needs a brand new tranny worth more than the entire truck. Fluid looked great was no way I would be able to tell it was bad until getting it on the highway. If it looks too good to be true chances are it probably is. The truck I bought before this one made it about 5000 miles before engine blew up was a 4k Bill to replace. Truck only had 80k miles on it, most vehicles here are going to need some serious work make sure to keep that in mind when buying
Great experience. Everyone was very friendly and polite.
The car I bought online was a lemon. It was for my daughter and I am out of $1,321.00. This is her 1st year of college and we have been saving up to help get her a little SUV. The vehicle has so many problems that was NOT accurately described that we are going to have to junk the car in hopes of getting a little bit of our money back! The engine is almost GONE and blowing smoke everywhere! I called and tried to rectify the situation and they told me its not their problem and the vehicle was sold AS/IS and that their was nothing they could do about it! I understand AS/IS is AS/IS but when you take hard working peoples money than that is just WRONG! My daughter is so disappointed! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE WITHOUT INSPECTING IT FIRST!!!
Do not, I repeat do not, ever go here. You will spend your hard earned money on a machine/car/truck that won’t last 10 miles down the road. It is nothing short of robbery and a massive, insider scam and I’ll explain exactly why.Firstly, there was a diesel generator advertised online, so I bid a reasonable price. I won it, great, I go there the day of the auction for the live auction. My item comes up...the muffler was broken and conveniently hidden behind the item. I pulled out my phone and looked at the listing... surprise surprise, EVERY photo ever-so conveniently hid the broken parts. Clear as day false advertising and knowingly selling broken equipment, unbeknownst to the buyer because they hide it in every way they can. This is only the start...the cars are a highway robbery.90% of the cars for sale here at these public auctions are DEALER vehicles, not repos, not insurance whatever’s, no...they are DEALER vehicles. You, the public buyer do not get a chance to test drive the vehicle, and for good reason. The dealers have an on going business relationship with Motley in that DEALERS can privately test drive cars before they bid, PUBLIC buyers cannot. So, the cars that DEALERS cannot sell on their lots because they are BROKEN or whose transmissions do not work, will be brought here to be bid on and sold as the buyer cannot test them beforehand. EVERY car here had a fatal problem, if it didn’t, it wouldn’t be here, it would be on a dealers lot being test driven like every other decent car. The dealers are allowed to test drive, you aren’t. In fact, an acquaintance of mine is a dealer, he told me 10 of his trucks had problems, and before the bidding started on them, he ran to them and covered the leak stains on the ground with dirt. Motley’s knows, they know, you don’t.Crooked scum.
Great atmosphere friendly staff eager to acomadate your needs
Great auctions
Do not buy from these crooks as they sold me an excavator with a broken boom and was advertised with inaccurate hours ...
It was wonderful i will be back
Good
Bunch of highway thieves.
