This business is completely unprofessional. One of the receptionists has been consistanly rude to me over the phone. I can tell she does not like her job. As for the actual service I had scheduled the gentlemen arrived 4 hours late. No call, no appology in fact they had an attitude when I told them that we were going to have to reschedule. One of them then came to my door, started telling me his personal business as to why he was late. He also raised his voice and had a hostile attitude. It was super awkward and I felt irate that the service was SO bad. This company does not conduct themselves professionally in the slightest.

Their installers put down our floor incorrectly, and it took them more than a month to fix it. The staff would never return my calls and rescheduled on us several times. I would not use them again.
