Had an excellent experience with Ray and his team. They provided and installed LVP flooring in my home.They ripped all the old thick tile and carpet, and were ready to install before I got home from an appointment. Not only is the quality of the flooring amazing, but quality of the install was excellent. And his team were extremely friendly and pleasant. Floors are laid vey nicely and professional looking. Very happy with end result…all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Im so happy with my kitchen! Beyond my expectations and Ray was very attentive and such an eye for detail! Catherine was amazing as well. Nice to work with people who really care about their work AND their customers! Highly recommend!

Ray laid our kitchen and utility room tiles in an expert way at a reasonable price. We liked the results and everyone who saw his work admired it. Along the way, he found some other issues in our house that he offered to repair for the original quote. We counter-offered more than he billed. He is honest and likeable.

Edit: 12/30/20After talking with Ray in person, he was a stand up person and was willing to honor the price he quoted me by mistake. Most places wouldnt do this but he is definitely a man of his word. The floor was ordered and I am currently waiting on the floor to come in. I will update my review once the flooring is in.12/22/20 - Well I visited the store 3 weeks ago and had high hopes after talking to Ray. I was new to flooring and had lot of questions that were answered with no issue. As was leaving the store he asked what he could do to get my business so I really thought this was going to be a good experience. That was the last positive interaction I had with him. During the visit he stated he was also the installer which made me feel more comfortable. I called up the next day to discuss getting some samples but it was hard to reach him by phone. I left several messages and no response. I called the Manufacture to see if I could get some samples and they stated all I had to do was ask Ray and have him order some samples (easier said than done) Luckily I finally reached him the next day and he said he would order them and it would take about a week to get in. Well it has been over a week and once again Ray is M.I.A. I called the vendor at Southwind flooring and they apologized for him and gave me someone else to contact at a different store. After speaking with another store I told them what the price was that Ray quoted me on the Flooring and they said that was very unlikely because they cant even get it for the price he quoted me when we spoke. I may have just been the one customer that had a bad experience and I truly hate giving bad reviews, but I also dont want others to get the run around like me.

The owner is an experienced carpenter and installed crown molding in my new home. Great people, work ethic, no pressure and he can do just about anything besides flooring. The crew did a great job, were friendly and clean.

I know the owner and his family. This man is hard working, does his job perfectly, has long time experience. Just opened new store in Midlothian. Highly recommend for new customers. Good luck Raid!!. Blessings 🙏.

I am so happy that we found Midlo Floors. We were remodeling a rec room in our home to include a bar. I needed to have the new tile installed for the flooring. When I called, Ray answered and came out the next day to give us a quote. He started the work the next week and did an incredible job. In addition to the flooring, he also provided great ideas for other things that could be one. We asked that he help us with those as well. He rebuilt our tired, ugly stairs and installed a barn door to separate the bar from the rest of the house. The room looks better than we could have imagined thanks to Rays vision and workmanship. I very strongly recommend Midlo Floors!

This place is a bit hard to find although it is located in plane site. After shopping 10 flooring stores Pritchetts had what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The cost of installation was a good price and I wish I had went with them on the the installation because the guy I used was a nightmare....literally!!! Ask for Lee at Pritchards. They have two locations the main on is in Colonial Hights and the other on Midlothian in the plaza just before the intersection of Midlothian and Robious heading West
