My boyfriend ordered from here for my birthday. Our tracking said it was delivered but the order never came. Tried to call many times and no one ever picked up. Tried to go by the store to talk to someone and no one has been there during business hours? Corporate phone number also puts you through to the same store and is no help. Do not recommend.

DO NOT order from this establishment! I have NEVER had such poor service!!!! I ordered arrangement on a.m. of 8/9/2021 to be delivered that day, received a call from the store stating the did not have the Happy Birthday balloon to go with the order, they could either refund that money or place in a sleeve they said that cost more but they wouldn’t charge me, I was fine with the sleeve so said yes. That day came and went, no delivery. Called the next a.m. as soon as they opened, for them to tell me the Door Dash delivery driver person stole my order (why is Door Dash delivering edible arrangements ?) so they would put it back out for delivery I ask for them NOT to use door dash, I also ask for a refund of the delivery fee (which they at first stated they would have to ask their manager and then they did end up returning that fee) still never received the order (which you would’ve thought would have been right away) by 1:00 p.m.called store we had appointment to go to and would not be there they said they would contact the driver and have them bring it back to the shop. I told them we would come pick up the next day. Called back the next day to make sure of the closing time because it was 3:30 p.m. and was told it was out in the truck for delivery??? NEVER showed up, no calls no nothing!!!! Today is 8/13/2021 still never received my order!!! I WANT A REFUND OF MY FULL COST!!! I have contacted my bank for them to investigate and have my money refunded so they can deal with this!!! What poor customer service and meanwhile my husband never received his birthday arrangement…..

I ordered an edible arrangement yesterday for my wife, I called this morning and they assured me it would be delivered to her job by 5. At 430 I noticed there was no update on the status so I called the store I placed the order with, 14 times before someone answered, they told me they sent the order to another store, I called the at store over 30 times and no one answered, I called the original store back 9 times before anyone answered. They told me the order had been moved to the next day (Saturday) with no phone call or notice from either store. When I asked for a refund the lady on the phone said they would rather move the order to Monday. I finally got her to issue my refund after telling her that today was a special day, not Monday, not Saturday when she wouldn’t even be at work. The audacity to move orders around with no notice, change delivery dates with no notice and then ask if I wanted it delivered on a different day instead when they already have done nothing with my original order was very disappointing. I will never use this company again, you ruined something that was supposed to be special, and wouldn’t even put a manager on the phone. Next time I want to spend almost $200 I’ll do it somewhere where they actually produce the product that has been paid for.

I placed order for same day delivery I ordered something small and it’s was literally a few miles up the street. But the point I don’t like is they don’t answer phone and when they finally did they told me an hour for drop off and it never happen so I’m on hold on two phones while I write this review upset that the customer service is so bad. They can at least call and let me know that my delivery won’t happen during business hours and I ordered same day delivery this is bad for business never again at any edible arrangement

This order was delivered on yesterday (Thursday) to my Mother. She did not receive everything that I paid for. She only received the fruit arrangement. I paid for the Valentines Day balloon, flowers & Chocolate, none of which she received. I’m very angry. So I received an email from the location that handled my Mother’s order, only providing a disappointing credit to my order. Not once have I received a phone call with an apology since Thursday from a Manager about my mother’s order or an explanation of what happened to her order? I was not provided with the respect of a phone call to be provided with an option of what I want to happen to resolve this matter. Valentines Day is tomorrow & Mother still would not have received what I paid for & this company does not care. Poor Customer Service!!

Not recommended. I placed an order for Mothers Day and scheduled (and paid for) Saturday (05/08) delivery. As of today (05/09), Mothers Day, my mother still has not received the basket. Their archaic online order tracking system indicates the order was received but does not provide any additional information. The store does not answer the phone to provide an update or explanation about the unfulfilled order, and instead leaves an insulting voicemail message to customers. Dont waste your time ordering from this inefficient, unprofessional business.

My wife only received one of the boxes ordered. I tried called numerous times, but only to have the automated message system tell me to call back during business hours. I want my refund for the box that wasnt delivered.Update: Finally got through only to have the employees leave me on hold for 15 minutes (fine with that being the holiday) I guess she forgot I was on the other line, stating to her co worker shes turning the phone off for the day. Hired on my friend and then immediately the store owner contacted them and override the managers decision. My friend is homeless so they had to go through hoops to get a ride secured, just for them to take it back within 20 minutes. Do NOT support this business. Discriminates against the homeless trying to do better.

Very upset with this store, ZERO costumer services. I made a order with plenty of time on 01/31/21 $71.15 to be derived on 02/13/21. I never received any update for the delivery I wonded what happened... when I tracked the order by their email, it says ORDER REFUNDED, I never got any notification by email or phone, nothing. Tried to call the store 804-343-211 I was over 20 minutes on the phone and nobody answered. I sent an email and not replay back neither. I can see this is the way this store work, as the previous costumer this is store is ABSOLUTE GABAGE.

I placed my order online about a week before I wanted it delivered. I chose the delivery date for a reason, and even paid a $15 delivery fee while other days were free. It is now the next day, and I still havent received it. I called them and they couldnt give me ETA of what time it will arrive today (a day late). Go somewhere else.Edit: I called them again and they refunded the delivery fee of $15.

Great service! But fix you’re schedule on the website. It says I was able to deliver a gift for my mother’s birthday today. But when I called to confirm they said unfortunately they are closed for deliveries at 3:30. Associate also said they close in a half and hr. The actually close at 5pm and it was 3:55pm when I called. Get it together!

I spent $85 to have two dozen chocolate covered strawberries delivered to my wife at home, scheduled for today 02/14/2020, hoping she’d have them sometime before I arrived home from work at 5:30 PM. It’s now 9:54 PM and nothing. Phone has been busy all afternoon and evening like the phone was purposefully off of the hook, to ignore customers. Now it rings and auto-answers to call back during business hours. On a day like this, your store should be well prepared to ensure all customers get their orders and you failed. I was told by phone on 7 Feb, when I ordered, that you deliver to Mechanicsville, so I don’t want that as an excuse either. Either deliver promptly on Saturday morning or refund my money!Update: Finally received the delivery a little after 12PM on Saturday. At least half of the strawberries were over-ripened and soft, instead of nice and fresh like they should be. I can go to a grocery store and buy strawberries in better condition than these. I highly discourage anyone from dealing with this store. The service is awful (delivered a day late) and produce quality is abysmal. Hard to believe this is what you get from an Edible Arrangements, especially one in downtown Richmond.

I just was on the phone with the East main street location and I’ve called twice and been old hold for more than 10 minutes both times. It’s ridiculous that they can’t pick up the phone to answer a question or to just simply help a customer. You guys need better service because if you want people to buy from you this is not the way to go, it’s unacceptable. They never answered the phone I heard an automated message the whole time of promotions and what not. Don’t think I will be purchasing from them again.

If less than one star was an option, id leave it. So disappointed in this experience.I ordered a $100.00 arrangement and balloon for good friends who just had their baby. I paid extra for delivery to the hospital and specifically chose an option that was same day as they are being discharged tomorrow. I called numerous times to get in touch with the store directly but never got an answer. After being on hold for nearly 20 minutes with the store, I called corporate to see if I could possibly get in touch with them. I never got an answer from the store and the customer service rep was not able to get in touch with them either. I recommend checking with other locations before this one.

This place was really friendly. The lemonade covered strawberries tasted amazing. This was our first time trying here so the suggestion for my 4 year old for the pineapple and strawberry smoothie was great. Parking was a little difficult and the inside was small but overall a great experience.

Update 3/12/2020....No delivery, no email saying sorry for any inconvenience, haven’t received a refund. And it’s been OVER a month since my boyfriend placed the order. We’ve called multiple times during business hours with no answer. I just want to speak to a manager but can’t get anyone to answer the phone.We were supposed to receive my order on 2/14/2020. It’s 7:55pm and still haven’t received it, we’ve tried calling the store since 5:30pm and no one would answer the phone. VERY DISAPPOINTED considering are order was over $100 too.UPDATE:Still no resolution, haven’t received our order, haven’t gotten a refund, we’ve called the store MULTIPLE times with no answer during business hours, we even tried calling corporate and left a voicemail. I placed an order on 2/11/2020 to be delivered 2/14/2020 at my wife’s work. No updates on delivery have been made since my order has been placed. No such delivery has been made to or received by 5:00pm on 2/14, which not only is the time the business closes but is the deadline that is set in Delivery Policy. Even today (2/17) the item I purchased has YET TO BE DELIVERED. Due to unsuccessful delivery by a request (paid for) in advance I formally request a REFUND or be REIMBURSED. I understand this is a busy time for orders but this request was 1) made in advance, 2) scheduled for delivery on 2/14, and 3) you had no problem taking my money with complete disregard to customer satisfaction . If you are at unwilling to give FULL REFUND, I request you refund the additional delivery charge $19 for delivering on 2/14 and charge me the $9.99 because you clearly didn’t deliver it then... I wish I could give you zero stars because that’s the only thing you rightfully deserve.

I wish I could give 0 stars on this rating. I am usually not a negative review giver but with this experience I didnt have a choice. Husband ordered me a Valentines Day arrangement a week in advance, which cost $140. The order was never delivered and neither of us can get in touch with ANYONE at the store after calling multiple times for four days and getting only a busy signal. No communication and horrible business practices. Not only will we not be using this location again, we will NEVER be using Edible Arrangements-for anything. Once I can get someone from customer service on the phone, I will be demanding my refund. I wish I had seen all the other horrible reviews for this location sooner, we could have saved ourselves hours of headache.

DO NOT bother with this low life place. They stole my husbands money. These people were suppose to deliver my edible arrangement on Valentines day and failed to deliver on their agreement. My husband called that night and they literally joked about the fact I didnt receive my 112.00 edible. Once again, they lied stating the edible would be there 2/15/19. Well, needless to say, they didnt deliver the edible on this day either. They are theives and deserve to be put out of business. If I could not give it a star at all I would. Not only did my my package not deliver. I have not received an email or phone call explaining why. When I try to contact this store the phone line is busy and its 7:44 am right now. Then when I call the call center hotline they say I have to speak to the store in order to process my refund. Worse ever I ordered from the midlothian store and because, the area of delivery it was sent to this store . I was calling from 12 pm to 4pm till I finally got someone after being hung up on 4x . When I got someone I read them my order/order number asked when it would be delivered was told before closing so I understood it was mothers day . I paid extra for the ballon bundle and got not even the basket I wanted nor balloons so, all my aunt got was some fruit put together . When I was told how the package arrived I quickly called before closing at 7 and answering machine told me they were closed call back during hours of operation . 103$ for it to look like something I couldve put together not worth it .

I used this service last year around this time and the quality was a bit underrated. Yesterday on my way to dinner i say two female employees selling product to people on the street. I hope this is not a reflection of your company because impretty sure thats stealing. Run dont walk away from this ghetto place. Ruined my wifes Valentines Day. Ordered 24 Swizzle Berries to be delivered up the freaking street. They only sent 12 hard, old practically undipped strawberries to her job. Called about, promised to make it right that afternoon on Valentines Day. They lied and did nothing! Said they would deliver other 12 the next day. Still nothing. Im in the process of trying to get my money back minus there stupid delivery fee. I even with went to the store it said it was open until 7pm online when the store is only open until 6. HA doesn’t even deserve a star. This location is absolute TRASH!!!! I received my edible arrangement today for Valentines Day. My fiancé paid 120 dollars for not even a delightful looking fruit basket. There were suppose to be bear and ballon. But you guessed it, wasn’t delivered!! I’ve called 30 times, in which 7 times the line wasn’t busy. So I let it ring out, just to be hung up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Customer Service is obviously nothing to this place.

I am writing this review as I sit on hold for yet the SECOND time today. I received my delivery today and it was all wrong. I called immediately to inquire as to why I did not receive any chocolate covered fruit as was ordered and was told that nobody in the store could help with that, I was speaking with one employee and the phone was taken from him and a very rude Charquita answered and said that I could only call back after 4 and speak with Tish Wilkins. This is NOT acceptable customer service, I have received an Edible Arrangement from other locations almost every year for Valentines Day and this is the WORST experience I have ever had. I travel for work so the logistics in getting something delivered to me is very difficult and this store (1339) effectively ruined my Valentines Day surprise!!!
