Just had my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for engine light diagnosis. The service was prompt and through. The mechanic did a great job to sort out the root a cause of the warning light. The service advisor Tracy did a super job keeping me informed on progress so that I could plan when I might get the Jeep finished. This is my 6th consecutive Jeep. Jeep makes fantastic vehicles and Whitten is a first class place to purchase a Jeep and a reliable place for service!
I took my car in for a diagnostic check after a couple of stallouts. The service team was able to check out the entire vehicle in no time and give me a full picture of what needed to be looked at. They helped me figure out the best prices for parts and get my car up and running. I even had my own case worker Adam and he was stellar!
Everyone at Whitten was very nice and helpful. I was on my way within an hour and a half. Work was completed. I was in for routine oil change, state inspection and tire rotation. I asked Keith about a vibration when I would get to a certain mph. He suggested they balance my tires. And now it rides as smooth as the day I drove it off the lot. Awesome 👍😊 Thanks guys. Terry R

He kept in contact with me throughout the repair of my car, very knowledgeable, very very helpful on suggestions on each repair issue, so easy to talk to, loved his calm spirit. Used express lane for oil change. Which does not require an appointment but is first come first serve. Was informed it would be an hour (which I expected as I came in at 8:30am and they start at 7:30am). I was pleasantly surprised when 20 minutes later they were done. They exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly and very professional.
I came in for an oil change and Chris was in his usual helpful mood! Plus, I was in and out in less than an hr. I definitely be back!
The recall tailgate computer module update was completed quicker than I expected. Tailgate seems to work great, now. Another update was also completed. Friendly staff, & by far, my favorite dealership. I appreciated the free loaner car. Good folks to do business with!
I made an appointment via their website - 2 weeks out. I received multiple reminders. When I arrived, they had no knowledge or paperwork for my appointment but Tracey got me into the system and began working on my vehicle. Unfortunately there was more work than operating hours. Tracey got service tasks done that would allow me to drive my vehicle home. She scheduled a future appointment to finish up the work.Update after second appointment for radiator work and flush.. not too happy. I contacted Whitten Brothers the day before my appointment to ensure parts would be there. Whitten Brothers did obtain the majority of the parts. When work began they found they needed one additional part. It took 3 hours to get the part. Today, one day after service, I found the coolant level was at the need to add level. I reached out to Whitten and they said there mustve been a bubble in the line. 😞😞
This dealership is great. Everyone I encountered was helpful. I reached out to Josh Turner via email inquiring about trading or selling my Jeep, and placing an order for a Charger. He responded with great detail, and told me when I was ready to come see him. In right around 2 hours yesterday I had sold my Jeep, and had my 2021 Charger R/T order placed! I got a very fair offer initially, and was even able to get $200 more on my offer after explaining to Josh why I had a certain number in mind. Josh Turner is the man!
Outstanding experience, from initial contact through driving off the lot with my new (pre-owned) vehicle. On-line contact was met with prompt, friendly, helpful, connective responses. Setting an appointment to test-drive the vehicle was easy, and they let me reserve it so it couldnt be bought out from under me. I was on the lot maybe a minute, admiring another (much more expensive) vehicle when a sales rep approached me and asked if he could help, and did I have an appointment. He wasnt pushy, just eager to help. I told him I had an appointment with Willie, and voila, there was Willie! Willie was helpful and smooth without being oily or TOO slick. He expertly answered my questions, and clearly wanted to meet MY needs, not his own or the dealerships. Car dealerships can be high-pressure and pushy. I experienced none of that at Whitten Brothers. Im happy to have done business with them.After deciding to make the purchase, Willie had us speak with David, who WAS a tad too smooth with his presentation but was not pushy. We declined the add-on services, though frankly they DID sound like a good deal (especially if we were super-concerned about corrosion from road salt, or paint fading). Then we met with Hope, who guided us through the extended warranty options. Id already told Willie that I wasnt going to purchase the extended warranty, but between Hopes polished presentation and the outstanding systems they use to make the warranty a good decision, I surprised myself by saying yes. And get this: From start to finish, Hopes presentation, paying my bill, and signing all the paperwork took 17 minutes and 11 seconds. She literally timed it. Now THATs efficiency and a commitment to valuing the customers time and experience!This place is a model business. They hire well, they obviously onboard and train extensively, and they work as an integrated team. Well done.PS: They were also exceptionally friendly to our dog, who we brought along as if he were our child :)
I was extremely pleased with the service, attention to detail, and overall experience with my recent purchase!In todays market, with the shortages of new vehicles, most dealers are asking above sticker price. This is taking advantage of the high demand, and taking advantage of the consumer. This dealership did not over price, and offered a fair market value. They also added a few things that were missing in the deal without charging extra!Big thanks to Chris, my salesman. He was just the right balance of informative and attentive follow up. He is a large reason I purchased at this dealership.
Called service to see if my daughters car could have a state inspection completed while she was in town, from college, for an event this past weekend. I called Spoke with Karen and Keith and they were able to fit us in for a state inspection. My daughters car now is safe for her to drive which is comforting for mom and dad. Great team at Whitten Jeep. Our needs were met and service was excellent.
The quality of service was great but they struggle with communication. Now it may be because of them possibly being short staffed but it takes 5 minutes to give someone an update on weather they need to make arrangements to get another vehicle to drive while they are still working on yours (I was told my vehicle would be finished that day and would not need to get another ride back when I made the appointment and also when I dropped it off that morning). I had to call them to see if my car was even done! Then when they finally told me it was done they said they would leave the keys with the sales department since the service department was closed. They did not do that so it took an additional 20 minutes to figure out they just left my keys in the car where someone could just come up and steal my car. Overall not happy with the lack of communication and also not feeling like my vehicle was a priority to them.
Worked with Megan over the phone to set up the appointment, and then with Chris Golden at the dealership. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout. Worked with Hope in finance, and she was great as well. Would certainly recommend them!
I was very pleased with the service we received at Whitten Brothers. I brought my car in for a problem with my navigation/radio and I also requested new braked pads. When they checked my brakes they told me that they did not need to be replaced. They easily could have replaced them and charge me but the did not. We were expecting to have to replace the navigation/radio but all that was required was an update. Their honest service was a pleasure and saved me money on my bill.
Engaging with this Whitten location is always a pleasurable experience. The service waiting area is always clean and quiet. The service staff are not only friendly, but have always been incredibly respectful and sincere. Typically my wait time is so short that I don’t really get to dive into doing any PhD work while I wait! That’s not a bad problem to have at all.
It can take a little time to get an appointment here, but I know I can count on Whitten Brothers to take care of my car and keep it running in good shape. They have fit me for emergencies, of course. They don’t try to sell me service that I don’t need and work gets done quickly here.
New to the area and needed to have my 2018 GC serviced. Tracy was awesome.. Great Communication thru out the entire process was second to none! From booking the appointment to the drop off process all the way up to the quick service and easy pick up. I hope i don’t need to bring my Jeep in that often but when I do I will certainly always use Whitten. Now if they owned a Honda dealership that would help because I can’t get either of the local dealers to return any of my calls..

I think the Whitten Brother staff are very warm to their customers. But I think it takes too long to change the oil, Ive been waiting for about an hour, and I think it should be reduced to 20 minutes per car so that each vehicle can change the oil faster and make more money. In the customer rest area, I think you can put some sandwiches or something to eat while customers wait for their cars. The competition between Dealer is very fierce these years, and I think you cant succeed in the price. I suggest success in serving customers. Dealer, which focuses on quality of service, will have more success.
I will forever be a Whitten Brothers customer, they were beyond a joy to work with! The experience was pure bliss from beginning to end! The sale associates were human, they were customer oriented & friendly! The salesmen nor manager tried to finesse or give excuses regarding pricing or negotiation! They were knowledgeable & very proficient while handling business. I know when I make another purchase Whitten Brothers is going to be my first stop!

Had the radio replaced. Very dissatisfied with Chrysler. This should have been warranty item. Whitten Bros did the work OK, BUT.... very poor communication with service department. Rep ordered the part without my ok and did not tell me it is a refurbished unit. Gave me very little time to get the car in the shop before they would return the part. Only when I discovered it was not new did they confirm that. Further, they told me new units are not available. I called another dealer who stated new ones are available. Moral of the story - you have to grill them as if you are a prosecuting attorney or you wont get all the facts.
Justin listened and did exactly what I wanted. After signing papers. He had already emptied all my personal belongings out of my trade-in and put in my new vehicle. That was a great surprise. Excellent work!!!!!!

My experience was great! I new what I was looking for and salesman was not pushy at all. They gave me top dollar for my trade in. The truck I was looking at turned out not for me. He showed me another that was perfect. The gentleman in closing did not get a attitude when I told him I wasn’t interested in the extended warranties and ect. He also took the time when he thought my interest rate from my bank was to high to find me better rates. Because of that, it went from 5.9 to 3.2%. I was extremely grateful. My wife will need a new car soon and because of all above I will shop there first

I have a recall issue that is NOT MY FAULT, and my jeep is broken down due to this recall issue. I called to set up my appointment to have it fixed, it was a month out, so I went 1 month without it. Now they won’t tow it to the dealership because they didn’t diagnose it, but they will cut me a check in or over 90 days. It’s ridiculous.
Im extremely satisfied with my experiences with the company. Purchasing my vehicle was simple. The sales person assessed all my needs and presented the perfect vehicle to fulfill them. Its been two years at this point and service has always been wonderful. From answering my questions, and taking care of my vehicle. Service always has a smile and show they care about keeping their vehicles in great shape. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Do not buy a car from them!!!!!! I took my jeep to see why it was hesitating to start… a 2020 Jeep and he said nothing was wrong with anything…. and now a day later Im stuck…. and my car will not start…. A gentleman just told me it was the battery….. I feel so abused!!!!!

The entire process couldn’t have been any better. From the first day I walked in to test drive Willie met me right outside the door and was extremely helpful and courteous. The dealership itself was awesome when I bought my truck the parts department also very nice I needed to get a battery for my key fob the service department very nice but they dont take appointments for oil changes Ive been up there twice and I went in the morning they were packed I went in the afternoon after I was told its very easy to get through in the afternoon it wouldnt been a 2 hour wait. its a great place but I wont be going there again and making another 25 minute trip twice was enough.

I brought my vehicle in for the standard 2 year service and had two relatively minor repair issues to include with the standard service.?Unfortunately the original repair issues were complicated by a software update that was part of the required warranty service. Once installed the updated software destroyed the radio. The radio then had to be replaced. There weredelays receiving the replacement radio and door mirror which was one of the original repair requests.I want to thank and congratulate Tracey Boone, the Witten service representative for her tremendous diligence in chasing these problems and resolving them as quickly as possible!Tracey did an excellent job addressing all the complications that were involved with repairing my vehicle and getting it back to me. She is the absolute best service writer that I’ve ever dealt with and a tremendous asset to the dealership.

I came in on Saturday 6/5/21 to have my oil changed for the 1st time since purchasing my Jeep Compass. I was approximately the 6 car in the express line. The employees where very friendly. They told me it would approximately 1.5 hrs wait before they could pull my car back because some people did have appointments. The lounge was nice and clean. To my surprise I was in and out in little less than an hour! Wow. Thank you Whitten Brothers Service department.
My wifes comments are listed on Whittens Facebook page. Our experience with the 2016 Jeep Patriot repair issues was frightening and frustrating. Service personnel, Tracey Boone, had no empathy and even less customer service and care ability. She always acted like we were a bother, liars, and unreasonable because we expected her to care about our safety. Jason Vaughan, Service Manager, was not as brash as Tracey, but the confidence he placed in some of his technicians far outweighed what the customer experienced. If they couldnt find it, it wasnt broken! The only saving grace for this organization is GM Zach Cochran, he is a man of integrity who possess the rare ability to take responsibility and apologize. He does not tow the company line in the face of adversity, but rather, sees and acknowledges truth. I respect him for his honesty, integrity, and genuine concern for his customers. I salute him and thank him for intervening and helping us during this nightmare.

Although I have never had a bad experience with Dodge this visit was the ultimate in customer service. My service advisor Paul and the rest of the staff was very professional and attentive to my car needs. There was open communication and I didnt feel any pressure that you would receive from other dealerships. I thank them for a great experience.
So....I hate buying cars. But Whitten Brothers made it as painless as it could be. Started looking at new Jeeps, and Willie Stewart came out to help us. After looking at new SUVs... I asked about used ones... Expecting to be passed off to another salesperson. Nope... Willie was just as happy showing us the used ones! I had been given an estimate on my trade in... And told Willie I needed more than that to make a deal happen. So while test driving a Grand Cherokee... Willie and Margarette Hall did what they had to. They beat the heck out of the other estimate I got elsewhere, and I didnt have to sell my trade in myself! So to close the deal... Hope Gillespie did all the transfers and paperwork and even got us a better rate than my bank did. These three people are to notch folks.... Ask for them when you go in. This was the best experience Ive had at a car dealership by far.

I had some warranty items addressed and a recall taken car of. My dash cover was replaced and I must say they done a perfect job. I am very pleased with their work and they are nice people to work with. You hope you never need things fixed but when you do its reassuring to know they have your back.
Great service. Staff was very professional and helpful. Had oil change and tires rotated. During the inspection of the vehicle, the cabin filter and the rear wiper blade required replacement. The service specialist texted me photos of the items and I approved the recommended replacement. Great service in and out in a little over an hour! Highly recommend using them.

Willie is absolutely amazing!!! He helped me so much! He literally helped me find my dream car and he went out of his way to get a sticker off of my old car that had sentimental value to me. And when i came back the next day to drop off the spare key to the old car, he went over a couple things with the new car i wasn’t sure how to do or what to do! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! Jon was super helpful with the GAP and extended warranty and monthly payment process. Couldn’t be happier!! In the past my wife an I had nothing but the very best experiences. This last time however I felt that Kevin went out the way to build up my bill. My van was dropped off on Monday. By Tuesday they ran the diagnostic test, yet everyday there after he would pick a reason to call to inform me of small issues that I wouldnt had pay for had he just informed me that I needed a new motor. I ended up paying$1,100 on a tire, battery and extra key.... He had the nerve to try to charge me $4,300 to replace the motor. Mind you the van is a 2010 that I paid $5000 for. I suspect he knew I wouldnt pay that so he ran up my bill....I will never take another vehicle to them. I spent thousands with these guys and at the end I left feeling taken advantage of....

Ive been a customer for over 10 years and I can always depend on Whitten. I get in and out quickly and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. My recent visit Steven told me it may be a while for my car to be done but I was called within 3 hours.
I did not purchase my vehicle at this location, but have always had a good experience with the service department for maintaining my 2020 Wrangler. My last visit was exceptional. I had to go to the express service after visiting an alternate express oil change location. The other location informed me that they could not remove the oil filter because it had been “over-tightened”, and they did not want to risk cracking the housing. I returned to Whitten Bros (they did the last oil service), and stated my concern. My rep was Chris Simmons: he listened to everything I had to say; I informed him that I had a pending appointment, and he committed to diagnosing the issue(s) and getting me out in a timely manner. Once he saw what the issue was, Chris allowed me to see the vehicle for myself. Although I was a walk-in, he took care of me as if I had purchased from Whitten and had a scheduled appointment. This was my third visit to Whitten Bros service dept, and I have been generally happy with the professionalism of the staff, but this last visit was above and beyond.

I recommend that if something sudden happens to your Mopar Vehicle, that you do not take it too WHITTEN BROTHERS CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM.I was led on over a period of a week on the status of my car and how hard it was to just get the Chrysler in their actual shop for an initial diagnostic - it was on their property from July 31st until Aug 8th sitting.Not to mention when I called looking for it - they tucked it off way in the back under a tree. We’ve had bad weather and it’s a white car parked under a tree. Can only imagine the cleaning I’ll have to do in addition to not receiving any help.I wish Lawrence Chrysler were still around - they cared.I’ll say this - Adam was communicative with me - however the information was not always the most forthcoming. It was not until I grew tired of being patient and receiving call of what they couldn’t do to get my vehicle in their shop. I’m having it towed AGAIN from their shop to my mechanics - should have just started there. Tried to trust a dealership against my better wishes.Cris

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a no crank/no start. The vehicle would intermittently start and some times it wouldn’t. Took to two different mechanics and they couldn’t figure it out. Finally took it to Whitten brothers as I figured out the dealership would be able to figure it out. They called me back within hours to let me know that the issues were caused by a dead key fob battery. I tried to explain to the mechanic that the key fob battery could not be the issue as they are designed to start with a dead key battery and I have done so many times previously. It also showed no signs of a dead key, such as trouble unlocking etc. Regardless of my objections I was told the problem was the key fob battery, I was charged $80, and sent on my way. Naturally, a few days later, the Jeep stops working altogether. Turns out it was the starter and the “mechanic” at whitten brothers could’ve found that out if they would’ve bothered to look further than the key.
I have traded cars a number of times, but this was my first with Whitten Brothers. Working with Evan Lanier and the Whitten Brothers team on two consecutive trade-ins was a great experience! They have the most efficient sales and finance process that I have ever experienced. Their customer service is outstanding! Evan expertly helped us find exactly what we wanted on both deals.
Service advisor seem to be more focus on proving my cause for concern wasn’t creditable. I first sought service because of a factory recall notice I had received in the mail. After speaking with advisor, I was informed that “it didn’t exist” and I would have to pay “x” for services. When in fact I later spoke with a female associate and she was able to point me in the right direction. The recall that “didn’t exist” did exist but my vehicles VIN number didn’t fall under vehicles that had said part/issue. The lady was nice but my service advisor could use a lesson in communicating with customers. So after paying “x” for service I felt my business was not appreciated and will not be taking it back for return service(s) of my own free choice.
I had no plans of buying a car that day, we were helping someone else in the family look at one. But the beautiful beastie of a Challenger was sitting there calling my name. The salesman Willie was friendly but not overbearing. He let us talk it over, test drive it, and was very patient even though they were super busy. The lady, Hope, that did the financing was also super friendly and helpful and they made the deal seamlessly. Two family members walked out with cars, one from Dodge and one from Mazda, both happy. Detailing could have use a little work but I wanted the car so I didnt mind.
Sales, service, & body shop, are all the same at whitten brothers, ive dealt with all 3 and they all get a 10+, the best in the business, i drive 154 miles to buy & get repairs there & recently body repair, my truck was crashed from front to back but whittens body shop WOW !, well youve seen the movie Christine, my ram came out the same, brand new, Thanks uh million Monty, Harrison, Dennis, and the paint guys, WOW ! ) I say to anyone save yourself a big headache, go to whitten brothers & leave Happy 😊

My service tech Adam Frogg lender exceptional service. When the technician working on my car could not hear the noise described, Adam went with me to test drive my car and after about 15 minutes of driving around, Adam heard the noise. We went back to the dealership, so he could tell the technician where the noise was coming from. Since it was getting late plus the 4th of July holiday was coming up, the technician wasnt sure he would finish by the close of business, Adam arranged for a rental car. Adam want above and beyond to make sure I was taken care. Adam is truly and asset to the company with his warm smile and cheerful personality. He is so mannerable and genuinely concerned about the customer and providing the best possible service. What A Gem!

Tracy got me in fast as long as I could leave my truck. Keith was great too. Both of them were awesome in writing my complaint up and getting the work done. All the time sending me texts of the progress.
Vehicle came back cleaner than when it came in. All services were performed and maintenance lights reset. Adam kept me up to date on status and when it would be completed. Very convenient

Great and quick service on my Grand Cherokee! Tracy is efficient and keeps me updated on the progress and any issues that come up. Having built race engines and cars, Im a bit more demanding than the average consumer, and I highly recommend Whitten Brothers for service. Good and dependable people!

The best place ever to buy your car and get it reliably serviced. I drive 110 miles just to get my car serviced because I wont let anybody else service it. Want to buy a car and not worried about getting ripped off, talk to Larry Baseball Cup. Great guy and salesman that actually looks out for you. Want good service on your vehicle from someone who knows your car and you, then talk to Adam Fogg at the service station. I bought my 2016 Charger 392 from them and my 2021 Charger Redeye.
Fast and fair priced, the fact that they offer bundles of oil changes to save you money is also amazing.
