I would highly recommend Haley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Airport Dealer. Nate was my salesman and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and super helpful to make the process for our new Jeep so easy. Also Marwan the Sales Manager was so nice and made the process so easy.
I started my search for a new Jeep and came across Haley Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. After I input my info to inquire about a vehicle, I was contacted by Logan. Logan was fantastic to deal with! Super nice and got the information I needed to me in such a timely manner. Even though I lucked out and ended up going with a local dealership since they were receiving the same Jeep, (Haley CDJR is almost 6 hours away from me, so I went with my local dealer simply for convenience), I would highly recommend Logan and his team at Haley!
Devon the sales manager ordered 2 vehicles for me and gave exact trade in values for ours. When the first car came in it was the wrong color. He went to re order it but said he now going to give me 2k less for my trade in even though the color was incorrect. Although I was upset I decided for him to re order it. I even upgraded. Today I find out that he is saying he is not going to honor the second quote that was 2k less.Be very careful. He will tell you one thing, not honor it, and then care less if you walk away.UPDATE: After I posted this review a response was given asking me to contact the GM. So I did and spoke with Julius. He was very apologetic of Devons actions and even said he was not familiar with the colors of Dodge Chargers because he is new there and came from Toyota. He handled the situation very well and re ordered the Charger to specs.He asked me in return to delete the original post so I did.Which leads me to where I am now. The second of the 2 originally order cars came in. The second one was a Jeep that was also originally ordered by Devon. Guess what, it came in wrong. Devon did not explain that the jeep had plastic fenders and a Black front. He didnt ask questions to qualify our needs. Had he done so he would have realized that the vehicle we needed was a Sahara.I spoke the GM Julius once again and thats where things get dicey. He first explained that I was the 1 percent of people who are not satisfied. That was very insulting but I continued to listen to him. I explained to him the situation and was ready to order the Sahara. He explained that he doesnt think he can let me order another car from them because they have some sort of rule now where if enough cars are ordered and not purchased by the customer, the dealership loses their incentives and the arent allowed to order cars anymore. This was not my fault and no my problem. Had they got the orders right the first time they would not be in this situation to begin with.He said he would talk to his Rep and see if were could order another one because he doesnt want to lose his dealership incentives. He said he would let me know in a couple of days. Its now been almost 2 weeks. I havent heard a thing back. I have texted them several times asking them what the status was. Crickets.... never heard a thing. I reached out one last time yesterday to see if they would respond and again....nothing.I am not going to beg someone to sell me a car. If they dont want to sell cars then thats fine. There are plenty of other dealerships who will sell cars.Be very careful where you shop cars. I am very disappointed in them.And for the person at the dealership that reads this, there is no need to respond with the same contact our GM and he will be glad to help you.Because the GM has my number and can choose whether or not he wants to call me.

0 stars. They have had my service truck since May 23. We made an appointment for that date. It took two weeks before it was even looked at and then another week to get the repairs. Within a couple miles of picking it up the engine light came back on. We returned it the following day to have it looked at. They did not get it right in to diagnose the problem like they said they would after spending $4,000 in repairs.We waited another 2 weeks or so to before we heard they got the part in. Rather than getting in immediately to install the part they made us wait another week. It finally took calling them raising hell to get them to put it in the shop. Within a couple hours they called to say it was complete. An additional $2,200. This is June 29, by the way.You would think that a commercial customer would get better treatment, especially after a repair bill reaching over $6,000.This is the last Dodge 4500 I will ever own.

On 5/19/21 I had an appointment to have my Toyota Tacoma serviced and I had decided to wait for it and while I was waiting Mr. Sheldon Hogan had seen me outside and had asked me if I was ready to drive away in a brand new Jeep ! And I kinda just laughed it off because I never thought I could afford a brand new car. Mr. Hogan had originally sold me my Toyota Tacoma almost 2 years ago and and I was so happy to drive away in that truck ! Mr. Hogan made it happen then and I cant believe it ! But he was not kidding when he told me I really could drive away in a 2021 vehicle !! I really love Jeeps but having a small Farm I really needed a pickup truck and Mr. Hogan pulled a Beautiful silver Dodge pickup truck up to me and I just loved it ! But I had my doubts that it was never gonna be able to afford such a Beautiful Truck ! So we went for a ride and I just kept saying really ? No way ! Really ?So we headed inside and Mr. Hogan went over some figures and YES !He was not kidding when he said I was going home with a BRAND NEW DODGE PICKUP WITH A 5.7 HEMI IN IT !!!I want to Thank Mr. Sheldon Hogan from the bottom of my Heart ❣This man goes above and beyond to make it happen ! I had my brother to take my Van to the dealership for repairs a few weeks ago. They diagnosed problems, or so I thought. Long story short, Chris has corresponded with over the phone a few days to give me updates. He said the problems had been taken care of come pick it up. This was April 30. I was charged 2100 dollars far services . I pick my Van up that day, NOTHING WAS FIXED. It was the same as if I jus dropped it off. Im so hurt by this. I feel I had been robbed and lied to. Check engine light flashing, I didn t make it out of the parking lot the check engine light came on again. 😭. I worked hard for that money. It wasnt stimulus. I saved it for it to be stolen. So my Van is parked back the dealership waiting. Its not right. This isnt right. NOTHING fix. Im so hurt. I know next time. This is the worst experience Ive had with a dealership in my life. 😔

Preface: I have purchased 6 new/used vehicles in my life across the United States from NC, VA, VT, to NM and hands down, this is one of the worst car dealerships I have been to.Story: I purchased a brand new $73,000+ vehicle from this dealership a few months ago and received some of the worst customer service in my life. Because they did not sell the vehicle for their preferred price and I haggled my way down and sold my used car for a price I wanted, they did not want to fill my vehicle with fuel, give the truck a detail and did not even fill the ADBLUE DEF to the vehicle I purchased. They sold me the truck with TONS of random costs that were unassociated with the purchase of the truck with the attempts of recuperating as much as they could. I fought to reduce the insane that I have never seen at any dealership. I am a young car buyer so I knew they were trying to take advantage of the situation and take advantage of me as I was playing someone with very little knowledge of purchasing a car.They had no knowledge on how I was supposed to receive a license plate coming from out of state. They added a $1,000 maintenance fee on the total for the truck and the first oil change wasnt even discounted or free.BEWARE: This dealership WILL TRY to rip you off at all costs and will sell you a BRAND NEW vehicle without the decency to even clean the inside unless you specifically ask and beg. Absolute absurdity.I called repeatedly for help on various subjects and my phone calls were ignored and never returned.I had an extremely small dent on the rear of the brand new truck and they wanted to charge me full price for removing it. Just a heads up, at 100% of other dealerships they would take a look and help for likely little to no charge. This ladies and gentlemen is 1-star customer service.Stay away unless you are an experienced car buyer and know what you want for the exact price.
The worst service ever! Would leave 0 stars if I could!!! Made an appointment for a simple oil change 7:30am after being turned away the day before….. Showed up and no one from the parts department was there. Service tech says he called but no on in the parts department was answering. What’s worse is that none of management answered their phones. I was told “ you can wait until some one shows up and get service here or not, it really doesn’t matter to me. Heck I really don’t know if we’re even open today.”

I worked with Nick in internet sales. They had the selection and price I wanted to pay and match a CarMax offer on my trade. No games or gimmicks when I went in to buy the truck I wanted. All in all Im very happy with both Nick and the whole Haley team.
Worst service department and customer service experience Ive ever had. This dealership doesnt care about anyone. They overpromise and never deliver. They accepted a service appointment, held my truck all day and never even touched the vehicle. They dont return phone calls and they are arrogant. Their service tech, Chris, is inept and makes excuses for all their broken promises. I counted on them to complete a scheduled repair and they didnt care. There are other options in Richmond, dont make the same mistake that I made.
After being pushed around by some other dealers, the sales manager, Devin, and salesman Nate made my buying process the easiest and most staright forward purchase of a vehicle ever. They went above and beyond to find a car that met my needs (new soft top manual jeeps are difficult to find), even trading with a nearby dealer and having the car ready within 48 hours to acquire the perfect car for me.
I dropped my 300 off on August 16th and I ride by daily and car still hasnt been moved or serviced. I wouldnt recommend this dealership.

Avoid this dealership for service. I took my 2020 Ram 1500 in for an oil change, when I came back to pick it up the door handle was dented in and missing paint. The worker checked the photos they took beforehand and sure enough, the dent was new. The manager couldnt care less, he told me accidents happen. Well Mr. Manager the reason I spend extra getting my oil changed at the dealership is to avoid accidents like a tech slamming my door into a wall and then trying to hide it.They agreed to replace the handle which was another huge pain in itself. They informed me theyd call to set up an appointment when the handle arrived the following week. This never happened. I spent the next month calling and calling and getting transferred from department to department, waiting on hold till the call got disconnected. No one had any idea what I was talking about, there seemed to be no record of the damage and the manager who had told me its not a big deal, accidents happen no longer worked there. I finally found someone who had a record of the incident and was able to get the handle replaced.The cherry on top? The oil lube tech didnt remove the old oil filters gasket when changing my oil so a good portion of oil leaked out within a month. If I didnt check my oil regularly and notice the missing oil I couldve had major engine issues.If the dealership cant handle changing oil without doing it improperly and also damaging your car can you trust them to do more major work? Id avoid at all costs.
Please don’t bring you cars to fix to this dealer they don’t have any experience people they don’t try to help they just try to get you money on the repairs
This place is distatsteful. I completely paid for my service and they continue to push my service date back for ridiculous reasons i.e. the weather... I will not be coming back here and I do NOT recommend this location for anyone who cares about customer service and especially if you are black and want to be treated with dignity.
If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. I called before I went there. I wanted to make sure the Jeep I looked at online was still available. They assured me it was. Just didnt tell me it was in their Chester lot. I live in the Westend and drove across town to look at the jeep and test drive it. They told me someone just left to go get it. I had my son with me and there was no way we where waiting. So I came back the next day and test drove it and decided to buy it. Me and my son drove it the next day and sure enough it was raining andl it Leaked everywhere. So I took it back to the dealership on Monday. They saw me drive up and the manager came from behind the desk after I told the saleswoman that helped me, the jeep leaked and the soft top it was supposed to come with the jeep wasnt in there. They said oh we can look for the top and put new seals on the hard top . Well most Jeep owners know once it leaks it needs a new top. Back to the Manager. He overheard the conversation and came storming down and said just give me the keys and we will give your money back. I said no! You dont have to give me my money back, I have already called my bank and put a stop payment on the check. He was not happy. Poor baby. Avoid this dealership like the plague. The worst dealership I haver ever dealt with. Again AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!

The new RAM 1500 is the best truck you can buy. I bought a 2020 Laramie with the 5.7L Hemi with eTorque and it is smooth, powerful, high tech, and luxurious. I had an excellent buying experience with Haley who gave me a great deal, transparently explained the fees, gave me a good price on an extended warranty, and delivered a beautiful well-prepared vehicle. Since I was trading in an F-150 they gave me a “conquest” bonus for switching brands. Ask for Ty, she’ll set you up even if you currently drive a Ford, ha ha ha!

Within 2 weeks these problems that dealer should have been aware of and taken care of were found by my mechanic:right akle seal leaking, rotors on front brake pads were worn to metal, rear brakes at 65%, brake fluid dark, needed a flsuh, so sway bar had to be removed and replaced, axle seal removed and replaced, rotors removed and replaced and brake fluid exchange done, tires rotated and balanced. this is in addition to incredibly slow service by sales and finance department on the day of the sale no one should buy a vehicle from this dealer.I sent an email to the manager several days ago and have not received a response from him -- this is what Haley means by trying to resolve issues with customers and maintaining a 5 star review which is in fact a zero star. selling a car with a defective axle is unconscionable!
One star for being friendly.So state inspection, oil change, and mini detail cleaning added up to $190. Never got that explained but got recommendation reports twice on email. Not my detail reports on what I paid. Mini detail cleaning was 30, only thing they did was change wiper blades how is that so much. I just know not to come here again. Thanks
They were awesome at the time of sale. They got me into the exact truck that I wanted. They got me to the monthly payment I was looking for. Shortly after buying the truck I noticed small red rust spots all over the truck I called them and basically they said it wasnt there problem I needed to contact Dodge myself. They knew that they sold me a rusty truck but failed to inform me. I took it to another Dodge dealer close to my house on September 20 and they took pictures of the rust. Today October 8 still no response from anyone. Please avoid this Service Department at all cost. My vehicle went in for one problem and came out with several others. Wires unplugged things left un-done that did not need to be disconnected. If your vehicle is wrote up by Chris absolutely run the opposite direction. I was told the items they broke on my car broke while they were attempting to repair it because my car is OLD please do yourself a favor RUN dont walk away

I been a mechanic for 13 years. I have a 2016 charger 5.7 with 75k thats starting to develop a lifter tap. This is the 2nd time trying to get this resolve before it becomes something bigger all I hear is we cant duplicate. I go to pick up car up today first thing I hear when I start my car is a loud lifter tap. I have purchased 2 vehicles at this location thinking about a 3rd but after them pushing my car out for the 2nd time Im done with dodge. I believe theyre faster at taking my money to sell me a car then fix it.

These folks will not call you back after any issue you had or questions with a repair. They replaced several ignition coils in my sons dodge and the car has been running rough a few days after. Its barely starting and sounds horrible . So strange after a complete diagnostic, passing inspection and and offer to buy the car . The car was driven 4 times and now this. They usually do pretty good work. We will not be taking our dodges back here the communication is poor. The technicians do not call you back .
Make sure you look your car over when having the pro pak put on. The detailer did a poor job at doing it. Stuff wasnt completely finished, run streaks all over front and rear spoiler and when asked to correct it he still didnt do the job right. When the service desk staff member tried to get him to come look at it, the service desk guy came back with a cloth. He td me the detailer told him to go fix it himself. He did. My hTs off to the Service desk guy but thumbs down for the detailer. Im giving a five star rating only because the guy made sure it was corrected.
Haley Dodge service department is the reason we purchased our pickup in 2018, they have gone above and beyond servicing my 2015 Dodge Challenger that we bought from another dealership that the service department sucked (not Richmond). The sales department has proven to be just as courteous and professional and accommodating which is why we just bought another vehicle from them, Dodge Challenger Hellcat. 150% satisfied with this dealership all around! I purchased a car from this place in 2014 and recently returned for a second purchase. Will Edwards was the original sales person and was so nice that I requested him again. He had been promoted to manager (not surprised at all!) so I was introduced to Sheldon Hogan. Buying a new car was not what I had in mind when I left for work that morning, but circumstances made it necessary. Sheldon patiently spent the next 4 hours with me. He completely took care of everything form paperwork, transfers, financing, etc. He also answered my emails and phone calls for the next 2 days, which was greatly appreciated. I left feeling like I could call on him any time if I have any problems with the car, which gives me paece of mind to say the least.I also have to give praises to Warren Collier in the service department for never making me (the customer) feel as though I was interrupting his work day. He is the only one I like dealing with because he has been more than helpful each and every time I have used their service.If you are looking for a great sales person, go see Sheldon! And if you need help in the service department, stick with Warren.
Brought 2013 Ram 1500 everything was good until I only received one key with no fob they gave me a promissory note tha I would be getting one and havent received it truck has features that cant be utilized and the key technician had me waiting for two hours and never showed up
I really liked my Dodge Ram and after about a week finally signed the papers. I explicitly told everyone at the Dealership I did not want any extended contracts added into the deal. But sure enough, when I reviewed the papers when I got home, they added 3,000.00 in service contracts. I can never trust this company again and this is disappointing to say the least being new to the area and all.
I’m 0 for 2 with these people. Last time they left a gasket off of a power steering pump nearly causing a wreck and this time they failed to even properly rotate tires. I’ve had a couple conversations with them where I wondered if they are even properly equipped to be working on diesel/dual wheel vehicles

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 from Haley and worked with RJ in my purchase. I can’t speak highly enough of RJ. Not once was I pressured to make a deal or compromise on my wants/needs in my new truck. He listened throughout the whole process and even worked to get me in for install of the parts that weren’t available on this specific truck. He worked this out even though the parts and service department were closed (it was on Memorial Fay). He truly went above and beyond.
TY Baskerville, a Sales associate along with Amy the online sales associate loves to play games with people. I’m in desperate need and found the car I wanted Ty and Amy assured me it would be here. I call the day before my appointment to have my ducks in the row and Ty says “oh sorry the car YOUVE been calling about all week sold” was going to have me show up to the appointment disappointed. Then she tries to up sell me on a similar car with MORE mileage, also didn’t want to help me find a car in my price budget. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I would not recommend the Haley Dealership on Laburnum for service. I scheduled an appointment for service on my 2019 challenger about a week ahead; however, I needed to cancel due to not being able to drop off or pick up my vehicle that day. I went into the dealership before 9am to cancel my appointment scheduled for the next day but the clerk assured me she could fit my car in for service immediately. I called an uber and left my car there for an oil change and inspection of a grinding sound. I later called at 4pm to see if my car was ready and to my surprise they hadn’t started the work. I was then told that there was some miscommunication that I wanted to leave my car overnight to be serviced for the following day. After hours of sitting at the dealership my car didn’t even recieve an oil change. Of course I was highly disappointed after being told my car would be ready by the end of the day.
These guys and gals are great! They fixed my car quickly and kept in touch during the entire process. This was a used 2014 Jeep GC Limited but they treated me like I bought a new car from them. Great service!!!! Thanks Chris (Haley Jeep) and Mark (Haley Volvo)!

WONDERFUL car buying experience. We had been looking at the new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few weeks and EVERY dealership in the Hampton Roads area were extremely rude, pushy, and not willing to communicate. Vincent was extremely kind and didnt use the typical script with us. He was patient and showed us all options. Not only are they the cheapest Jeep dealership around, they also gave us a wonderful trade in on our Tundra, they also offered a military discount!!Vincent sold us a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for 3500 under the asking price!! Its fully loaded and couldnt be more happy with it. Every where else wants at least 40k for it.. add on Tax title and fees.. its pricey. Its well worth it, but if you can get a deal why not!! I highly recommend Vincent at this location! I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
I keep saying I got the car I wanted...But there is some ticking in the dashboard panel which they can seem to have happen with they have it. Then the driver side wheel or power steering is rubbing on occasion but of course they cant find it either. And my transmission doing some hard pulls and bucking but Im quiet sure as I sit here waiting for them to open they wont find anything wrong. The best thing in reference to my car might be the sales person. But then again I dont know about that either I had my loan through my bank told them that still ran my credit anyway...I hope this not a problem car.smh
Made an appointment and took my Ram 2500 there for a recall and the service 4 wd light on. The people were friendly, however they did not have the parts for the recall and told me that the entire transfer case needed to be replaced. Did some research online and found out all that transfer case needed was a new transfer case shift motor, about a 16th of the cost of a new transfer case. Replaced that and no problem since. Would have thought the dealership would be well aware of this issue.

Take your car somewhere else to get it looked at and inspectedI had to take a day just to gather my thoughts on what I wanted to say so I could be fair. Let me start by saying that I normally NEVER post reviews but I just to had to this time. I have never in my life been more disappointed with a dealership in my life until I came here. First off, like a lot of people, my time is very limited. I made an appointment to get an oil change, an inspection and also get my car looked over because I felt as if it wasnt driving properly. When I set the appointment up I made it clear that I wanted the ENTIRE car looked over and I even asked them for the price. The person I talked to told me that it was included with the state inspection but I AGAIN tried to clarify that I wanted an overall thorough look at the car NOT just a quick glimpse thats included in the state inspection. The person I talked to basically just told me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. So when I get there I wait at least 2 hours for everything to be completed (They also gave me the cheapest oil they probably had because my oil life only went back to 15%) but then they tell me that if I wanted my car looked over I have to bring it back and pay another fee which at the time says it was $116 for it. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid (Not the fee) but me bringing my car back in and taking off another day from work! If the person I talked to wouldve just listened to my request I would not have had this problem and even if they couldnt complete all of that in a day thats fine, but TELL ME THIS WHEN I CALL! So I can make the additional and needed plans.I ended up making another appointment on Monday at 9am. I sat in there from 9am all the way until 3pm, 6 HOURS For them to find nothing?? In JUST 5 mins of me walking around my car I found that my car had a windshield wiper fluid leak! They NEVER mentioned this and I didnt notice until I got home. So what was they doing for those 6 hours?? My GPS is still malfunctioning and they claim they must observe it malfunctioning before they can fix it. They gave me the run around with my broken tire sensors and claimed that I or someone else was the one that damaged them so they refused to let warranty cover it. Also they was supposed to change a filter and add new brake fluid since my current fluid was black, but they didnt even do that. So let me get this straight, I payed $129, and sat and waited patiently for 6 hours for yall to do NOTHING? Is that fair?? It was so ridiculous that the cashier said I thought you wouldve been out of here by now I think she was also being sarcastic and passive aggressive, but I cant prove it. They didnt even send me a survey to rate them like they did on the previous visit because they know that their service was terrible. I just dread going to dealerships because the service departments always just seems like they deliberately try to screw you and its almost pointless to buy extended warranty on cars when they make it almost impossible to use it. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone in a million years! Dont let these positive ratings fool you!

The service department was excellent! I was having issues with my jeep one morning just as I was passing Haley, and to my surprise they were able to help me right then, despite being busy already.Im not the best at describing mechanically what is going on with vehicles, but Chris took the time to listen and take note of everything I said and relayed [my broken attempt to describe] the symptoms my jeep was having to the technician.Thank you Chris, their service department manager, and and Matthew, the technician who repaired my jeep, for their prompt service and professionalism. I am impressed and so grateful. I will definitely be back for regular maintenance and repairs in the future.
Earlier this year, I bought at 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Haley They were the only dealership in Richmond with multiple manual transmission vehicles in stock, and the buying process was incredibly easy. Kory was a fantastic sales consultant. Ive also had the vehicle serviced, and Warren in the service department was great to work with as well. I dropped the Jeep off prior to flight out of town and they happily transported me to the airport for free. All of the work was covered by the warranty and the service department explained everything they worked on in detail. I highly recommend all of the folks at Haley.
Best experience I have ever had with a dealership service department. Worked with Wes in having new shocks installed on my truck. His communication was excellent. Took great care of me on cost of getting it done and even squeezed my truck in a day earlier than my appt. He and the tech even stayed late to get it finished the same day! Wes was honest and straight forward with me on everything. Will be bringing my truck back for any and all future service. Thanks guys.

Ive been shopping for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for the past two weeks. I did a ton of research online and visited about a half dozen different dealerships in Northern Va. I found the vehicle I wanted at Haley Jeep Ram in Richmond and sent them an email. First thing in the morning I received a call from Kory Clayton. He was fantastic and answered all of my questions. Kory knew I was out of town so he sent me additional photos of the vehicle I was looking at. I spoke to Kory at least 3 times throughout the day and he was always helpful and friendly.I drove to Richmond yesterday evening and Kory had the vehicle I wanted polished and ready to show up front. He came outside to greet my family and I with the vehicles key in his hand. After a short test drive we told him wed take it. We had already agreed upon a price over the phone so things went quickly at the dealership. There were no high pressure sales tricks, pushy finance people, or anything. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. The experience was so good my wife commented that shed make the drive back to Richmond just to buy from Haley again. To begin with, I was approached and threatened by the salesman Sheldon here, mind you, while I was on crutches with a broken ankle. I came in with my wife today looking for a specific make, model, and trim for a car. Sheldon continued to try and sell me a different model so I went out on the lot to look for it in my own. He was working with my wife inside on the meantime.I found the car I was interested in and came in to ask for a price from the GM. Sheldon came over and exclaimed that I didn’t have to work with him and continued on by yelling out my wife’s credit score. I walked over and asked why he did that.At that point, he stood up and walked up to me(again, I’m on crutches) and said that I better step away from him or else and puffed his chest out and cracked his knuckles. I asked him what he was going to do and the GM told me to leave or else he was going to call the police. Mind you, he was standing there the whole time and did nothing up until this point.I have never been threatened by a salesperson at a dealership until now and his and the GM’s conduct was very unprofessional. This is definitely not a family friendly business.

It was such a great experience. My nephew needed a car and he doesn’t have any credit yet, so they helped him get his first car. No one was pushy at all. Once the loan got approved the loan company gave stipulations on what he could get and he got a really nice, low mileage car for a great deal. We are very pleased.

I visited the service department. The service manager was working a Saturday because he rotates himself into the schedule to give his team more Saturdays off. He was super friendly and my car was worked on quickly. I appreciate the weekend service hours!

This dealership has big issues! When i bought my truck they made a deal one day, then when i came back to finalize they said “No”. I pushed and threatened to sue, they gave in. I even had it in writing from the “rude” sales manager! Then today i booked a service appt. Drove from one side of town to where they are. Left work early too. They told me they were backed up and could no get it done. I will NEVER go to Haley again!!
I would not recommend that you take your car for Service or diagnostic, To 5400 s. Laburnum Avenue. My 07 Charger been sitting for 5 days just for a diagnostic. I had to rent a car for work and the New Year. Its sad that they hold your car for so long they charge you a whole bunch of money. SMH!!! Haley Chrysler Dodge jeep. The service department is awful. I bought my jeep A little over 3 years ago, and have had problems with them from the beginning. Most of the time you have to leave a message for an appointment, and they do not return your call. When you actually go for service they are not friendly when you walk in. One service I had to call to see if my jeep was ready, because no one called to let me know. Its just a shame, because they are convenient to my job & home thats why I chose to buy from them. I have not had one pleasant experience with the service. I love my jeep, and when my jeep is out of warranty I will be taking my business else where. I would really consider A staff meeting on customer service, and customer relations...
First time experience with Haley and it was outstanding! I made my appointment online for some work on my Dodge Dakota. I had the pleasure of working with Mike whom demonstrated excellent customer care. I received a courtesy ride back to my home and they fixed my vehicle in the timeframe it was promised. I was surprised to receive a reasonable discount on the services provided. I also received a booklet of information describing the work performed on my vehicle and why. Overall, I had a great experience! I would recommend Haley for parts and service.
Service is a JOKE. We booked an appointment at 11 for state inspection. Its 12:20 they are just now starting it and told us another hour. They have no loaner cars or anything. I advise going somewhere else to get a rental cat. When we stopped to ask how much longer they had no idea what service was to be done and very confused.
Went in interested in purchasing a vehicle from these guys and I was put with one of their “best” salesmen. After 5 minutes, I realized he had no idea what he was selling. I knew more about the car I was trying to buy than him, although he did point out the cool sun visor mirrors... however, the sales department is the least of their worries. I have a Jeep that needed a recall on the driver AIRBAG. They said they didn’t have any openings for over a month, which is ridiculous because every other dealer I called in the area could get me in within 2 days, they just didn’t want to do the legally required work for free. Refusing to wait a month to fix one of the most vital safety components of my vehicle, I gave up on Haley and got my vehicle fixed at Pearson Dodge, which is less that 15 minutes away from Haley. They got me an appointment within 48 hours and had my Jeep was fixed in less than 3 hours at the shop. Save your time, don’t bother with this dealer.
I paid over $2000 for a repair and received horrible service. My car has additional damage from the repair. They left the inside of my car a complete mess. If you want good quality work do NOT go here.

My husband and I had been considering buying a vehicle for some time and were just unsure about the style and model we wanted. We have always been Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep fans. We first came to Captial at the end of the day when the showroom was closing, however Will Edwards took the time to come out, greet us, talk to us for a little while, and offer to have us come back to test drive a few of the models when they were open. He gave us his card and told us to call him at any time. I went back later with my son and we took test drives in 3 different style vehicles. Never were we pressured to make a choice. Will could tell we were still undecided and needed time to discuss the options. When we finally made a decision to purchase a new Chrysler 200, I was very specific in what I wanted. Will and Ken worked together to locate a vehicle with the specifications that I wanted and had it brought in for me to purchase. The transition was smooth and painless and made us realize we had made a great choice in coming back to Will and the employees at Capital for our purchase. I had to take my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan in for a recall service and a transmission fluid service. The service was provided and in about the time they told me it would take so I thought everything went excellently. Then I noticed the two large oil spots on my drivers floor mat that were previously not there. In the end they were able to clean that off for me to make it right but it would be nice if they just put a floor mat paper down in the first place so it would have never been an issue.Thank you for the service and thank you for making a mistake right with a simple request!

Took my 2015 Chrysler 300s in for a simple oil change an they thought it was necessary to preform recalls when nothing was wrong in the first place, after having my car almost two full days I get it back an the very next day all types of things started going wrong like my ABS & Traction control light keep coming on the an my backup camera no longer works now I got to go back this Monday morning before I go to work to see whats wrong pretty sure theres gonna be a healthy bill to go along with it for something Im pretty sure they messed up cause like I said I never had none of these problems before I took it to them. Never again will I take it there!!!

If there was a star rating for my service today it would be 00000!!! I am a firm believer in giving praise and not tearing down a company. However, customer service and experience is Key. Today I arrived based on me calling ahead for a battery install. An hour later I checked with the technician and was informed. It was almost complete and I should be out of here soon. Ok, with knowing I had time to spare I Informed the technician that I had an appointment that I needed to get to and needed to be done in a timely manner. Im appropriate at this point. 40 minutes prior to my scheduled visit I asked again, informed by the technician “ they are buttoning it up now” with clarification, that translated to, they are almost done. I go back into the waiting area, noticing everyone who had come before me as well as some afterwards were gone. I walked out of the front door, came around to find my vehicle had not been repaired. The service technician ( working on the car) informed me I purchased the wrong size battery!!! Ok here comes the annoyance! I asked how long was this known, why did it take 1.45 minutes to make me aware and I was given multiple apologies and no sound reasoning. I became upset knowing I was going to miss my appointment made 3 months ago and asked if there was a driver to take me back to the parts store to get the appropriate size. My service guy not one time acknowledged what was going on. All knowing he had not kept me in the loop. I could have made arrangements way in advance if I knew this. Finally, we ( driver and myself) return to parts store. Manager as well as assistant manager assured myself and the driver this was the correct part based on manufacturer recommendations. Call placed to Dodge, very nice and professional driver spoke to initial service technician, informed him of the above and subsequently went back to dealership. At the time of arrival, I got nothing no apology, no nothing. Also the batter does fit. They needed the “shop foreman” to take a look and suggest the appropriate method with inserting the part. Finally, the initial technician comes over, never apologize but gave me more excuses about this “after market” part. I called Dodge before coming. The battery for dodge was no in stock however, informed they would install if purchased outside. All this to say. Its 1202 pm. Here since 9am. Still no car and oh the manager I asked to speak with NEVER CAME TO SPEAK TO ME!!! How unprofessional, time consuming, and inexperienced this location is. A simple this may take a while or even sensing my urgency an hour into the repairs and asking the mechanic how long or is there any barriers go a long way. Utterly unsatisfied customer!!!! (forgive any typos as I am standing in the cold watching ever step of this process)
