Got the shoes i need in my size and they employees were soo nice even tho i came in like 5 minutes before closing

I went in with my Two KIDS and within 5 min “Brian” told me that my Kids were “ripping up paper” long story short let’s just say y’all lost a 4+ shoe sale thanks to “Brian” and his obsession over paper.

Dont order on line the worst experience ever order a 200.00 pair of shoe on Thursday and I just Call Saturday to check on my order the CSR told me they arent available . Thursday when I order they were available now they not....when was I supposed to know they arent available no notification at all..3/5 days before I get my money back...smh. Footlocker will get my business now they are reliable

Has shoes others dont carry

Customer service was bad, wanted to order shoes online that were only on display. The guy acted like it was a problem with my request, after several minutes of waiting I just walked out the store. Some people just dont need to work retail if they cant understand what the customer want. Who wants a shoe that everybody has tried on, call me crazy but if Im paying for it, why should you have an attitude about something I am paying for.
